After recording 13 assists in Thursday’s win over the Nets, Cunningham was even better against the Grizzlies. The Pistons’ star point guard racked up 15 helpers on Friday, the second time in three games that he’s hit that number. Cunningham also brought more to the table as a scorer, getting into double figures after scoring eight points on Thursday. He’ll likely run into greater resistance when the Pistons visit the Raptors on Sunday.

Duren was dominant on Friday, an unsurprising development, given the Grizzlies’ lack of interior depth and size. The Pistons center made 80 percent of his shot attempts, and the double-double was his 33rd of the season and second in as many nights. For fantasy managers, they’ll get another game out of Duren as the Pistons visit the Raptors on Sunday.

Minott had strong stretch with the Celtics earlier this season, but he hasn’t done much with his minutes since he was traded to Brooklyn. However, he shined in this game with a well-rounded, productive stat line. Michael Porter Jr. (ankle) was sidelined for this game, which may have led to Minott taking on a few extra minutes. Seven Pistons finished Thursday’s 131-107 victory in double figures, with the reserves getting a little more playing time due to the game getting out of hand. However, Green didn’t need “garbage time” to have one of his most productive games of the season. The 17 points were the most in a game for him since hitting that number in a January 5 blowout of the Knicks, and he scored eight in the third quarter. Friday’s game against the Grizzlies may be another opportunity for Green to put up solid numbers against a shorthanded opponent.

The Pistons were able to pull away from the 76ers in the third quarter, despite Cunningham having a limited impact as a scorer. The All-Star guard attempted just six shots in the night, a season-low, with this being the second time he’s failed to put up at least ten. The good news is that Cunningham recorded 13 assists, the fifth time in the last six games that he’s dished out ten or more.

Duren found himself in early foul trouble on Thursday, and that, combined with the blowout, conspired to limit the Pistons’ center to 15 minutes. Given how banged-up the 76ers were entering Thursday’s game, this was an opportunity for some of the Pistons’ unheralded options to put up better numbers than usual. Robinson’s 19 points were the most he’s scored in a game in over a month, and he last made five triples in a February 21 win over the Bulls. In five games this month, Traoré has hit double figures in points in three of them, including Monday’s win over the Grizzlies. What stood out from the rookie guard’s performance was his work from beyond the arc, with Traoré making a season-high four three-pointers on five attempts. He entered Monday having shot 4-of-12 in his previous four games. For the season, Traoré is shooting a little over 32 percent from three, so it’s too early to expect nights like Monday to become the norm. Even though Danny Wolf was the Nets player called upon to fill in for Michael Porter Jr. (rest), MPJ’s absence also meant more playing time for Agbaji. Less than a week after it was announced by Nets head coach Jordi Fernandez that Dëmin did not have a return timeline, the rookie has been ruled out for the rest of the season. The eighth overall pick in last summer’s draft, Dëmin has been dealing with plantar fascia issues in his left foot since the summer. While the Nets managed his workload throughout the season, with the rookie not playing back-to-backs, the issue flared up recently. The expectation is that he’ll be good to go for basketball activity early in the offseason. Dëmin appeared in 52 games, starting 45, and averaged 10.3 points, 3.2 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 0.8 steals and 2.4 three-pointers in 25.2 minutes. While perimeter shooting was believed to be a significant question mark during the pre-draft process, Dëmin shot 38.5 percent from beyond the arc. The most consistent of the Nets’ five first-round picks, he’s someone who will be worth picking in drafts next fall.
