Claxton got last Saturday off for rest before returning Monday against the Mavericks, though he had just six points in 27 minutes. The 25-year-old center had a much better effort against the Timberwolves Thursday as he scored 18 points on 9-of-10 shooting from the field. Claxton started and played 24 minutes, though Drew Timme came off the bench and also played 24 minutes. Claxton should continue to start when available, but it appears he’s ceding some minutes to Timme.

Russell missed last Saturday’s game with an ankle injury but had a nice game in his return against the Mavericks on Monday with 18 points, five rebounds and 11 assists. The 29-year-old point guard had a terrible game against the Timberwolves Thursday. Seemingly out of nowhere, Russell was held without points as he missed all six of his field goal attempts. He played just 13 minutes, which had to do with his effectiveness and not his ankle injury. Russell will look to bounce back Sunday against the Raptors.

No surprise here as Russell was initially listed as probable with right ankle soreness. The 29-year-old point guard missed last Saturday’s game against the Wizards, but returned Monday against the Mavericks and had a double-double. He appears to be mostly over the ankle issue at this point.

While Bogdanovic has been a solid addition to the Clippers’ roster, his production has tailed off over the past two weeks. During this stretch, he’s ranked outside the top 200 in eight- and nine-cat formats. Wednesday was one of Bogdanovic’s good nights, but he’s only reached double figures in four of his last eight appearances. He remains rostered in 60 percent of Yahoo! leagues, but that’s due more to the expectations for Bogdanovic while he was with the Hawks than what he’s done recently.

Surprisingly, Harden’s double-double on Wednesday was his first since March 16. However, despite the decrease in assist production, The Beard has been a first-round player in eight- and nine-cat formats over the past two weeks. Harden has shot 45.7 percent from the field during this stretch, more than five percentage points higher than his 40.1 percent shooting over the course of the season. If he can maintain the improved efficiency through the Clippers’ final two games of Week 22, Harden may be able to carry some fantasy managers to a championship.

This has been a career year for Zubac, who deserves to be included in Most Improved Player conversations. The Clippers center recorded his 53rd double-double of the season on Wednesday, and the six assists were the most in a game for him since March 16. Over the past two weeks, Zubac has provided fourth-round value in eight- and nine-cat formats. The Clippers play two games against the Mavericks to end Week 22, and those matchups may be more challenging since Daniel Gafford and Dereck Lively II have rejoined the Dallas rotation.

Leonard has scored 20 points or more in 10 straight games and has the look of a player primed to put on a show during the postseason. The Clippers forward has rewarded those who patiently awaited his return from offseason knee surgery, and The Klaw could prove to be a league winner. Over the past two weeks, Leonard has been a first-round player in eight- and nine-cat formats. The lone negative for fantasy managers is the Clippers’ schedule, as they end Week 22 with a Friday/Saturday back-to-back against the Mavericks, which means Leonard will likely sit out one of those games.

Wilson started Monday’s win over the Mavericks, filling in for the injured Cameron Johnson and logging 29 minutes. With Johnson already out for Thursday’s game, the Nets could be without two rotation forwards. Maxwell Lewis and Trendon Watford are two players whose minutes would increase if Wilson does not play. Watford offers a slightly higher fantasy ceiling, but both players would be worth streaming in deep leagues.

Johnson has been playing a significant role since December, but Monday’s performance was one of his best in a while. This was his highest-scoring night since he had 25 points on February 5, and it was only his third game with at least 20 points in March. The 23-year-old has shown some flashes of upside throughout the season, and he should continue to play a significant role for the rest of this season. After scoring 20 points as a starter on Saturday, Martin was pushed to the bench for Monday’s game. However, that didn’t stop Martin from contributing in the box score. He has averaged 15.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists and three triples over Brooklyn’s last two games, which have both been wins. This was his first double-double since January 21 and his most assists in a game since he had 12 on January 2, which was his second game during this stint with the Nets. The 25-year-old point guard wasn’t credited with any steals in his last four games entering play Monday, in fact the seven steals were as many as Harden had in his last eight games before Monday. Hours after signing a two-year contract, Timme made his Nets debut against the Clippers. Noah Clowney and Day’Ron Sharpe being out meant rotation minutes for the former Gonzaga standout, and he recorded a double-double. There’s no need to add Timme in the aftermath of this performance, but it’s an indicator of what he can offer when playing rotation minutes. Friday night was rough for Johnson and those who have him rostered. He provided limited production and only played for 20 minutes. While Johnson’s playing time occasionally taking a hit is unsurprising since the Nets aim to improve their draft lottery odds, 20 minutes is extreme for a player of his caliber. And with Brooklyn visiting the Wizards on Saturday, there’s no guarantee he will be available. Consider Johnson questionable for that matchup.

No Nets players did much offensively in the 132-100 defeat, with Johnson leading the way in scoring. Percentages have long been an issue for Johnson, which has lowered his fantasy ceiling. However, most nights, the circumstances have made him worth the risk in deep leagues. Unfortunately, that was not the case on Friday, even with the steals production. Powell didn’t score much on Friday and has not recorded a 20-point stat line since returning from his hamstring injury. However, he did dish out six assists against the Nets, the most in a game since November 6. Over the past two weeks, Powell is ranked outside the top 200 in nine-cat formats. Harden has dished out six assists in two straight games, the fewest he’s had over a two-game stretch since late February. However, the nature of Friday’s game had much to do with the low tally against the Nets, as the Clippers took a 36-point lead into the fourth quarter. Harden did not play during the final frame, getting a head start on his postgame recovery ahead of Sunday’s game in Cleveland. Given the opposition, fantasy managers should expect Harden to log starters’ minutes after only playing 25 in Brooklyn.

Zubac did not miss a shot from the field on Friday, the first time this season that he has accomplished that feat. As good as the Clippers center has been, he’s recently taken things to another level, providing third-round value in eight- and nine-cat formats over the past two weeks. It was the best of both words for Leonard, the Clippers and fantasy managers on Friday. “The Klaw” got his numbers, recording an impressive stat line, and he only needed to log 27 minutes. Leonard and the other Clippers starters did not play at all during the fourth quarter of their 132-100 victory, and they have won 10 of their last 12 games. Since returning to the Clippers’ lineup on March 16, he is ranked outside the top 200 in eight- and nine-cat formats.
