Green has played at least 25 minutes in all seven games the Hornets have played in March, but the 24-year-old small forward has had more than three points in just two of those games. Green was on point with his 3-point shot Friday as he knocked down six shots from behind the arc. It was an impressive shooting display, but Green doesn’t warrant being rostered in fantasy leagues until he makes these occasional good games a more regular event.

Bridges has scored at least 20 points in seven straight games and shot at least 50 percent from the field in each of his last three games. The 26-year-old small forward was just three rebounds and two assists shy of a triple-double against the Spurs. Ball’s 15 assists were a season-high. The 23-year-old point guard had recorded at least 10 assists in a game just once in his last 10 games entering play Friday. He was the focal point of the offense as they scored 145 points against the Spurs. Ball dropped 27 points on 13 shots including seven made 3-pointers. He had four turnovers again and has had at least four turnovers in five of seven games so far in March. While his turnovers are a headache for fantasy managers in nine-category leagues, the potential for a late-season shutdown given his previous ankle issues is also a concern.

The lack of blocks was uncharacteristic for Claxton, but he was still able have an excellent night, specifically as a passer. He wasn’t able to match his 10 assists on Tuesday, but it was still encouraging to see Jordi Fernandez continue to go to him as a playmaker. Of course, the points and rebounds were the best part of his night, and he did take on a few extra minutes at center with Noah Clowney sidelined, which helped the slight bump in production. This was Claxton’s first double-double since before the All-Star break, and he’ll have two more opportunities to add more this week.

It’s no secret that Thomas is an elite scorer, but he showed that he can be more than that on Thursday. He set a new career-high for assists and recorded the first double-double of his career in Brooklyn’s loss to Chicago. In his six appearances since returning from his extended absence with a hamstring injury, Thomas has dished out at least six assists in three of them. Thomas will always be known for his scoring, but if he can continue to be a playmaker at this level, his value to the Nets and to dynasty managers will skyrocket.

Martin got off to a strong start on Thursday and scored 11 points in the first quarter. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to contribute much after that. Williams continues to be an underrated option in fantasy basketball, and he was productive once again as a starter on Tuesday. Williams is rostered in just 14 percent of Yahoo! leagues, but what has made him a valuable streaming option is Brooklyn’s five-game week that they’re currently in the midst of. Williams has provided top-75 value in nine-cat leagues over the past week, and he could certainly continue to produce at that level for the rest of the week. They still have three more games, so it isn’t too late to reap the rewards.

Thomas missed the first night of the back-to-back for Brooklyn, but he returned to the lineup on Tuesday. He got right back to being an elite scoring option and contributed 16 of his 27 points in the first half. Not only was this Thomas’ highest-scoring performance since November, but his 32 minutes were also the most that he has played in a game since then. Brooklyn still has three more games this week, though they have a back-to-back on Saturday and Sunday. After sitting out the second leg of Charlotte’s back-to-back on Saturday, Ball returned to the lineup against Miami. He fouled out of his last two appearances and had at least four fouls in five straight games, but that wasn’t an issue on Monday. What was an issue was his poor shooting, though that isn’t a new thing for him either. He was extra bad in that regard in this game, but he has shot worse than 40 percent from the floor in seven straight games. He’ll look to get back on track in Atlanta on Wednesday.

After missing Charlotte’s last two games, Williams was back in the starting unit against Miami. He got right back to work and was able to contribute value across the board to help the Hornets win consecutive games for the first time since January. During that stretch, he has averaged 33 points, 8.6 rebounds, four assists, one block and 3.2 three-pointers per game while shooting 50.5 percent from the floor and 92.5 percent from the free throw line. Nurkic is rostered in most leagues so he doesn’t count as a streamer, but the 30-year-old center did an admirable job filling in for Mark Williams against the Cavaliers on Friday. The Hornets had the Cavaliers on the ropes in this one as they led by nine points with under six minutes to play. Bridges was a huge part of that effort as he dropped a career-high 46 points. Cleveland showed they were the better team as they closed the game with 23-13 run, but that doesn’t matter for Bridges’ fantasy managers. This was an ideal game for Brooklyn. A competitive loss is what every tanking team craves. It was also an encouraging performance for Johnson, who had his highest-scoring game in over two months. Though Brooklyn isn’t that far out of the Play-In Tournament, it would be surprising if they truly made a push to make it. Johnson was in and out of the lineup over the final few weeks of last season, and managers should expect that to happen again this year. Who anticipated this? Claxton, whose previous career-high for assists was six, dished out 10 dimes and nearly recorded a triple-double in Thursday’s loss. With Cam Thomas back in the lineup, Johnson’s shot attempts took a hit Tuesday night. The 10 attempts are the fewest he’s had in a game since February 10, but the good news for fantasy managers is that Johnson snapped out of his three-point funk. After shooting 0-of-10 from beyond the arc in Saturday’s loss to the Pistons, he made three of his six attempts in San Antonio. Like D’Angelo Russell, availability has been an issue for Thomas. He’s only appeared in two games since injuring his hamstring on January 2, limiting his fantasy upside. And with the Nets playing two back-to-backs during Week 19, Thomas may be looking at a three-game week at best. Keon Johnson (8/7/1/1 with one three-pointer) only played 18 minutes off the bench, but he may be worth holding onto in deep leagues as a safety net in case Thomas misses more time.
