Curry and Co. won a nail-biter against the visiting Pistons, and though Curry led the team in scoring, the win was a true team effort. Curry shot just 8-of-22 from the field and 4-of-15 from beyond the arc, but guys like Jimmy Butler (26), Gui Santos (15 points), Moses Moody (12) and Draymond Green (12) chipped in as well. Curry has now scored at least 30 points in eight of his last 15 games after doing so only seven times across his first 40.

On a team with Steph Curry, there’s only one guy you want taking a game-winning three-pointer - Draymond Green. Down 108-107 with 35 seconds left, Green nailed a wide-open trey to give the Warriors a lead they would not relinquish. He stuffed the stat sheet with a near triple-double and useful defensive stats as he usually does. but the timely three-pointer was a bit of a surprise.

Bridges was the team’s leading scorer once again, but this was a true team effort as Charlotte finished the game on 12-0 run to steal a win. Bridges is the last starter standing in Charlotte’s war of attrition, and he’ll continue to see heavy minutes and usage until the Hornets decide it’s time to take the tanking to another level. Until that happens, fantasy managers should count on huge numbers.

Charlotte will shuffle its starting lineup yet again, with Baugh drawing his first career start and Diabate filling in at center while Mark Williams and Jusuf Nurkic are sidelined. Nurkic is rostered in most leagues so he doesn’t count as a streamer, but the 30-year-old center did an admirable job filling in for Mark Williams against the Cavaliers on Friday. Despite a difficult matchup against Jarrett Allen, Nurkic was able to record a double-double. The Hornets had the Cavaliers on the ropes in this one as they led by nine points with under six minutes to play. Bridges was a huge part of that effort as he dropped a career-high 46 points. Cleveland showed they were the better team as they closed the game with 23-13 run, but that doesn’t matter for Bridges’ fantasy managers. The 26-year-old small forward has been a top-20 fantasy value since the All-Star break and the good times continued Friday with a career game.

Bilateral back soreness forced Podziemski to exit Thursday’s win over the Nets during the second quarter. Podz exited after playing just one minute on Thursday due to lower back soreness. However, it may just be a one-game issue. Podziemski could certainly be back to play Detroit on Saturday, but if he isn’t, Buddy Hield and Gary Payton II would be in line for more minutes. Gui Santos started the second half in place of Podz, and while that is a possibility against the Pistons, Kerr could opt to start someone else. It certainly wouldn’t be the first lineup change that Kerr has made this season. Even if Santos starts, his fantasy upside is limited.

Since his first few games with Golden State, Butler hadn’t been as aggressive as a scorer in recent games. However, he had some success on Thursday and had his second 25-point game since being traded to the Warriors, with the first coming in his debut for them almost a month ago. It’s unlikely that this continues to be the norm for him, though it wouldn’t be surprising if he started to pick things up with the playoffs approaching. Golden State will close out the week against Detroit on Saturday.

GP2 was sidelined against New York on Tuesday due to a nasal fracture, but he was back in the lineup against Brooklyn. Generally, he hasn’t been much of a contributor in fantasy basketball, but he was able to chip in some value off the bench in this game. Brandin Podziemski exited after playing just one minute due to lower back soreness, and while Payton II didn’t start the second half in his place, he was important in helping Golden State get the win. Managers shouldn’t expect this level of production consistently, but it was a nice bonus on a night with only six games.

What an impressive trip to the East it was for Curry. He led Golden State to a 4-1 record on the trip, and they’ve now won eight of their last nine games. During their last five games, Curry has averaged 34.8 points, 4.6 rebounds, 7.8 assists, 1.2 steals and 6.4 threes per game. He started the trip off with a season-high 56 points in Orlando and closed it out with 40 points in Brooklyn. He’ll look to stay hot with Detroit coming to town on Saturday to close out the week.

The Warriors are now 9-1 with Jimmy Butler on the court, as his presence on the offensive end gives the team an element it sorely needs. While the stat line wasn’t robust, he has provided top 100 value in eight- and nine-cat formats as a Warrior. While the Warriors have benefitted immensely from the addition of Jimmy Butler, he’s done wonders for Podziemski’s fantasy value. Since the All-Star break, the second-year guard has been a seventh-round player in nine-cat formats. Curry has made Madison Square Garden his personal playground throughout his career, and Tuesday night was no different. Moving to 12-1 as a pro (13-1 if you count the game he played during his final season at Davidson), the Warriors superstar led the way offensively with 28 points and nine assists, throwing in seven boards and two steals for good measure. During the first quarter, Curry appeared to tweak the right ankle he injured on Monday, stepping on the foot of a courtside fan. The encore to Curry’s 56-point explosion on Thursday was a strong double-double, though it wasn’t enough to extend Golden State’s winning streak with Jimmy Butler (back) out of the lineup.
