After sitting out the second leg of Charlotte’s back-to-back on Saturday, Ball returned to the lineup against Miami. He fouled out of his last two appearances and had at least four fouls in five straight games, but that wasn’t an issue on Monday. What was an issue was his poor shooting, though that isn’t a new thing for him either. He was extra bad in that regard in this game, but he has shot worse than 40 percent from the floor in seven straight games. He’ll look to get back on track in Atlanta on Wednesday.

After missing Charlotte’s last two games, Williams was back in the starting unit against Miami. He got right back to work and was able to contribute value across the board to help the Hornets win consecutive games for the first time since January. Though availability continues to be an issue for him, Williams has been a fantasy stud when on the floor this season. Of course, a trade being rescinded because of your health is a red flag for dynasty managers.

Bridges has been on quite the tear over Charlotte’s last five games. He has scored at least 25 points in four of their last five, with a 23-point night mixed in. He has scored at least 35 in three of those, with a career-high 46 point night in there as well. During that stretch, he has averaged 33 points, 8.6 rebounds, four assists, one block and 3.2 three-pointers per game while shooting 50.5 percent from the floor and 92.5 percent from the free throw line. This was the first of a four-game week, with all of their games on the road. Bridges will look to keep it going in Atlanta on Wednesday.

Gobert returned to the Timberwolves’ lineup after a 10-game absence, and, as expected, the veteran center was under a minutes restriction. The 7-foot-1 pivot only playing 20 minutes was good news for Naz Reid managers, as he tallied 20 points, seven rebounds, four assists, two blocks and four three-pointers in 27 minutes off the bench. Reid’s fantasy value will be fine, especially if the Timberwolves are conservative with Gobert’s playing time.

While Randle’s scoring output was limited on Sunday, the rebounds and assists made up for it. He hit double digits in assists for the first time this season, and Randle’s production has increased in that category recently. Accounting for at least nine assists in three straight games, he’s averaged 7.2 per game since the All-Star break. By comparison, Randle is averaging 4.6 per game for the season. And since the break, he has been a fifth-round player in eight-cat formats.

On a night when eight Timberwolves scored in double figures, DiVincenzo shot 4-of-8 from beyond the arc and scored 17 points. He’s reached double figures in six straight games and has been a top-40 player in nine-cat formats since returning from a toe injury. DiVincenzo was a starter before his injury, but Timberwolves coach Chris Finch has decided to bring him off the bench. This approach has boosted Mike Conley’s fantasy value, as he has been an eighth-round player since February 27. Conley finished Sunday’s win with 13 points, five rebounds, five assists and three three-pointers in 23 minutes.

Edwards played well on a night when the Timberwolves shared the ball, as five players attempted between 10 and 15 shots. Before Sunday, the last time he needed fewer than 20 attempts to make 10 was December 8 against the Warriors. Since the All-Star break, Edwards has been a top 40 player in eight- and nine-cat formats, and he’s gotten the turnovers in check. Averaging 3.3 per game for the season, Edwards has that number down to 2.2 since the break.

Bridges was the team’s leading scorer once again, but this was a true team effort as Charlotte finished the game on 12-0 run to steal a win. Bridges is the last starter standing in Charlotte’s war of attrition, and he’ll continue to see heavy minutes and usage until the Hornets decide it’s time to take the tanking to another level. The Timberwolves reserves outscored their Heat counterparts by a 37-35 margin, with DiVincenzo and Nickeil Alexander-Walker (12 points, two rebounds, one steal, two blocks and three three-pointers) leading the way. Since returning from his toe injury, DiVincenzo has provided top-30 value in nine-cat formats. Whether he starts or comes off the bench, the Timberwolves guard will provide reliable fantasy value. No singular Timberwolves player stood out offensively on Friday, as seven players scored between 12 and 15 points. Following the win, Timberwolves coach Chris Finch said his star guard was dealing with an illness, hence his not starting the second half.
