While Wagner did not do much during Thursday’s shootaround in preparation for Orlando’s matchup with Sacramento, he did respond well to a recent contact session, according to Magic head coach Jamahl Mosley. It has been over a month since the forward was shut down due to a need for additional time and rehabilitation to recover from a high ankle sprain suffered in December. With many fantasy leagues concluding in Week 23, if not sooner, the chances of Wagner having an impact are slim. Tristan da Silva remains a worthwhile hold in 14-team leagues, and some 12-team leagues as well.

After missing Orlando’s last two games due to illness, Suggs was listed as questionable on the injury report for Thursday’s game against the Kings. His ability to participate in shootaround, with Magic head coach Jamahl Mosley saying that the point guard is “definitely” feeling better, is a positive sign regarding Suggs’ availability. If he can play against Sacramento, Jamal Cain is the player most likely headed to the bench. Jevon Carter, who started the first game that Suggs missed, would also lose out on streaming value with the point guard back in the lineup.

Cain, who signed a standard contract with Orlando last week, moved into the starting unit for the first time this season. He set a new season high for scoring and assists while playing a season-high 32 minutes. Cain should continue to be a rotation piece for the Magic, but he isn’t a player to consider with a roster spot outside of the deepest leagues.

Carter came off the bench after an unproductive start on Monday. Clearly, he’s better as a reserve; he has scored in double figures in five straight games while coming off the bench, but he scored just two points on Monday. He matched his season high for scoring in this game, though it wasn’t enough to help Orlando snap this losing streak. Carter may not be a reliable fantasy option, but he should continue to play extra minutes with Jalen Suggs and Anthony Black sidelined.

Though it didn’t help Orlando snap their losing streak, Banchero remained hot for a second straight game. He has averaged 37.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 3.5 triples per game while shooting efficiently in both games. The turnovers have been an issue, but that is expected with this much volume. Banchero has struggled in category leagues throughout his career, but he has been much better during the second half of this season, largely because he is shooting better from the floor and free throw line.

For the third time this season, White scored exactly 27 points in a game, which is his season high. After doing it in 23 minutes on Thursday, he only needed 18 minutes in this one. White continues to thrive in limited minutes, which has been helpful for Charlotte as they fight for playoff positioning. He likely won’t stay quite this hot, but he is clearly an important piece for this team and should continue to be productive for fantasy managers.

Diabate’s production has been inconsistent as of late, but he put together a second straight strong performance in another victory. This was his second straight double-double, and he has contributed six stocks while shooting 11-of-13 from the floor during those games. Over the past two weeks, he ranks inside the top 10 in nine-category leagues while playing just 26.3 minutes per game. On a night when the Magic were without Jalen Suggs, Bane took on more playmaking responsibilities. The seven assists, which equaled his total in Orlando’s prior two games, were the most for Bane since he recorded nine in a March 8 win over the Bucks. Add in the points and rebounds, and this was a decent start to Week 22 for Bane. Jevon Carter, who replaced Suggs in the starting lineup, offered little in 24 minutes, finishing with two points (1-of-5 FGs), three rebounds and one steal.

Rostered in 18 percent of Yahoo! leagues, da Silva has provided fifth-round per-game value in eight-cat formats since March 1. Given the injuries that the Magic have been dealing with, the second-year forward should be a bit more popular in 12-team leagues. Da Silva’s final line on Monday only lacked a blocked shot, and he shot 6-of-8 from inside the arc. With Orlando playing three more games in Week 22, his rostership should increase ahead of Tuesday’s game against the Cavaliers.

Banchero’s 39 points on Monday were a season-high, but it wasn’t enough to keep the Magic from dropping a fifth straight game. Even worse for Orlando was that Indiana entered the game on a 16-game losing streak. Since March 1, Banchero has provided fourth-round value in eight-cat formats, despite his limited defensive production. Suggs entered Saturday having recorded an average of 11.3 points on 36.5 percent shooting in his past four games. He was able to clean up the field-goal percentage against the Lakers, and the six assists were solid. Seven Magic players reached double figures on Saturday, but none had more than Banchero’s 16 points. The issue for him was the poor shooting from the field, with the Magic forward making four of his 11 two-point attempts. Before Saturday, Diabaté failed to hit double figures in points in nine consecutive games. He ended that streak against the Grizzlies, putting up 11 points on the night. And the 14 rebounds were the most in a game for Diabaté in just over two weeks, as he last hit that number on March 6 against the Heat. After having his highest-scoring game as a Hornet in Tuesday’s win, White surpassed that mark for a second straight game. He has been a fantastic addition for Charlotte, and it’s clear he’s still capable of contributing in fantasy despite coming off the bench. Two games prior to this, Miller may have tweaked his right wrist in a game where he shot 2-of-14 from the floor. Unfortunately, he was even less productive than he was in his previous start, when he produced nine points, six rebounds, two assists and one block in 22 minutes.
