George is probable for injury management reasons, so he should be good to go for Saturday’s matchup. It is part of Philadelphia’s first back-to-back since George returned from his 25-game suspension, so the playing time could take a slight hit. However, as long as he’s on the floor, fantasy managers will receive good value from the veteran forward.

On a night when Joel Embiid and Paul George weren’t as accurate as they could be, Oubre stepped up with a good performance off the bench. Friday was his first game with at least 20 points since returning from the elbow injury that sidelined him for eight games last month. Depending on Joel Embiid’s availability for Saturday’s game against the Pistons, Oubre may take on a more prominent role offensively, even though he’s likely to come off the bench.

Back in the 76ers’ lineup after missing Wednesday’s win over the Wizards, Embiid logged 34 minutes against the Timberwolves. While he did not shoot the ball well, the 7-footer had one of his best efforts of the season defensively. In addition to the three blocks, Embiid was engaged defensively throughout Friday’s victory. Fantasy implications aside, the 76ers will need their center to put forth that effort consistently during the postseason. Philadelphia hosts Detroit on Saturday; fantasy managers should consider Embiid questionable for injury management reasons.

Maxey has dished out eight assists or more in each of his last four appearances. Add in the points, rebounds and blocks, and Friday was a good night for the 76ers’ star point guard. Maxey shot the ball well, making over 50 percent of his field-goal attempts. Philadelphia plays once more in Week 23, as they host the Pistons on Saturday. That stands to be a stiffer test for Maxey and the 76ers than Friday’s win over the Timberwolves.

George did not have the most efficient night, shooting 40 percent from the field and committing six turnovers. However, he did finish with a complete stat line and has scored at least 23 points in four of five games since returning from suspension. With Moussa Diabaté out with a sore ankle, Kalkbrenner made his first start since February 22 on Friday. Before Friday, Knueppel went nearly three weeks without consecutive 20-point games. He and the other Hornets did much of what they wanted to offensively, shooting 24-of-49 from beyond the arc. Knueppel was responsible for three made threes, moving to 7-of-16 over his last two games. It’s safe to say that he’s snapped out of the two-game mini-slump in which he shot 1-of-9 from beyond the arc.

Miller did a good job scoring-wise on Friday, but the defensive contributions, as limited as they were, are a notable story from Friday’s win. Before Friday, he had last recorded at least one steal and one block in the same game on March 6. After shooting a combined 4-of-19 from beyond the arc in his previous three games, Knueppel had a better night against the Suns. In addition to making four of his nine three-point attempts, the rookie wing is up to 35 games with at least 20 points. At a minimum, Knueppel is one of the favorites for Rookie of the Year, along with college teammate Cooper Flagg. And given his role in the Hornets’ success, it would be unsurprising if many voters viewed Knueppel as the clear leader going into the final week of the regular season.

Ball’s point total may not have been as high as many fantasy managers have grown accustomed to, but he had one of his best floor games of the season on Thursday. In addition to racking up 11 assists, the Hornets point guard did not commit a turnover. This was Ball’s first game of the season in which he reached double figures in assists without committing a turnover.
