Okoro will make a return to the starting lineup with both Donovan Mitchell (groin) and De’Andre Hunter (illness) sidelined. Okoro started twice in February, but wasn’t productive in either stint. He’ll provide defense on the perimeter, but that hasn’t translated to fantasy production throughout his career.

Both players were initially listed as questionable and have now been ruled out. Though the injuries may be legitimate, playing against Brooklyn is likely a factor in this decision, since Cleveland should be able to extend their winning streak regardless. Isaac Okoro will start in place of Mitchell, while Sam Merrill should see a boost in minutes.

Cleveland isn’t playing a back-to-back set, so the latest injuries to Mitchell and Hunter suggest that they may be game-time decisions against Brooklyn. Monday’s game was Williams’s first since February 12, and he was restricted to 24 minutes. Unfortunately for those who have him rostered, he finished nowhere near that number. Williams has not provided much fantasy value this season, and when healthy, he hasn’t done enough to earn starters’ minutes consistently. There’s a reason why Williams is only rostered in four percent of Yahoo! leagues.

Appearing in his first game since February 22, Vucevic was used in a reserve role for just the second time in his Bulls career. That didn’t prevent him from recording his 195th double-double as a Bull, moving into third on the franchise’s all-time list behind Artis Gilmore and Scottie Pippen. Zach Collins retained his spot in the starting lineup and played 23 minutes, finishing with seven points, nine rebounds, six assists, one steal, one block and one three-pointer. When Vooch returns to the starting lineup remains to be seen. But this may be where he stays in that role until he’s freed from any restrictions.

Seemingly on his way to the best scoring effort of his NBA career, Giddey’s night ended disappointingly during the fourth quarter. He injured his right ankle after landing on the foot of a Pacers defender and did not return from the locker room. What’s concerning is that this is the same ankle Giddey injured during Australia’s final game during the Paris Olympics, which limited him during the preseason. If he has to miss time, Kevin Huerter (13/4/1/3/1 with three three-pointers in 34 minutes) will have added importance, possibly as Giddey’s replacement in the starting lineup.

The tandem of White and Josh Giddey was outstanding on Monday, as they combined to score 58 points. Over the past month, Coby has provided fifth-round value in eight- and nine-cat formats. That production is two rounds better than what he’s done this season, and the Bulls may need a little more from White in the short term. Giddey injured his right ankle during the fourth quarter, and the Bulls have also been without Lonzo Ball and Ayo Dosunmu. With Dosunmu out for the season and Ball not having a timeline for return, look for White’s usage to increase if Giddey misses time.

Vucevic will be back after missing Chicago’s last seven games, but he won’t be able to play a full role. Zach Collins, who had been starting in place of Vucevic, will still play a significant part off the bench. Vooch has missed seven straight games, and it’s unclear if he’ll face any restrictions after such a long layoff. Zach Collins has been excellent as a fill-in at center, but he is headed back to the bench. Fantasy managers should hang onto Collins in case Vucevic suffers any setbacks.

Mitchell shot 1-of-7 from beyond the arc, hence the poor field-goal percentage in Sunday’s victory. He’s only making 43.6 percent of his attempts from the field since the All-Star break, which has been a factor in Mitchell’s decreased fantasy value. He has only been a ninth-round player in eight-cat formats since the break, but there should not be too much concern among fantasy managers. The more significant issue, at least in the short term, is Cleveland only playing three games during Week 19.

CLE • Power Forward • #4

Mobley’s three steals are the most he’s had in a game since February 21, when he hit that number in the Cavaliers’ blowout of the Knicks. Since the All-Star break, the 7-footer has provided third-round value in eight-cat formats. The only negative for fantasy managers is the schedule, as Cleveland only plays three games during Week 19. That won’t hurt Mobley too much, but given his productivity, it would be better to have him available for four games.

CLE • Small Forward • #1

All five Cavaliers starters scored in double figures Sunday night, with Strus leading the way. The 17 points are the most he’s scored in a game since February 25, and the Cavaliers wing is averaging 2.5 three-pointers since the All-Star break. However, Strus hasn’t provided much value in the other fantasy-relevant categories most nights, with Sunday’s nine-rebound effort being an exception. He’s only worth a look in deep leagues where there’s a need for three-pointers.

Collins provided his third double-double in seven starts with Chicago, getting it going from downtown and crashing the glass with authority. Allen’s double-double was his third in his last four games. The 26-year-old center was an absolute monster on the defensive end with five steals and a block against the Hornets Friday. The 23-year-old center continues to have a breakout season that includes 29 double-doubles now. Mobley has been a fourth-round value in eight-category leagues since the All-Star break. Mitchell missed all six of his 3-point attempts Friday, which was the first time he hadn’t made a 3-pointer in a game since February 16. White was electric in this one, and he joined Michael Jordan and Zach LaVine as the only Bulls to hit for at least 44 points and seven three-pointers in a single game. This one came down to the final possession, and White made an impact on defense by tipping a pass intended for Franz Wagner and shaving a couple seconds off the clock on the Magic’s final trip down the court. Wednesday night, Garland hit double digits in assists for the sixth time this season and first since February 2. However, the issue for him has been his shooting, especially since the All-Star break. Garland is shooting 34 percent from the field, 14 points below his mark for the season (48.1). While his season-long fantasy value remains strong, managers need Garland to turn the shooting around heading into the playoff weeks.

Wednesday’s victory made the Cavaliers the first team to clinch a playoff spot, and Mitchell led the way. While that doesn’t align with Mitchell’s season-long fantasy value, his availability will be the more significant concern for fantasy managers. Garland struggled from inside the arc on Tuesday, making two of his 11 attempts. He was far more accurate from deep, shooting 5-of-11 from three. Overall, shooting has been an issue for Garland since the break. Ranked just outside the top 150 in nine-cat formats, he’s made 32.9 percent of his attempts from the field. Fantasy managers need Garland to turn things around with the playoffs either underway or on the horizon in most leagues.

With sidekick Evan Mobley (rest) getting the night off, Allen produced a masterclass in the Windy City. The 17 rebounds were three shy of his season-high, and this was the Cavaliers center’s third game with at least 20 points and 15 rebounds. Mitchell returned to the Cavaliers’ lineup after getting Sunday afternoon off and made good use of the foul line in Chicago. The six-time All-Star attempted a season-high 14 free throws, which helped compensate for a 1-of-7 night from three. Allen provided a modest point total on Sunday, but the Cavaliers center finished with his 33rd double-double. Allen’s fantasy value has taken a hit since the All-Star break, as he has only been an 11th-round player in eight-cat formats. However, while Evan Mobley continues to emerge as an elite option on both ends of the floor, Allen’s fantasy value has not fallen off a cliff. Starting in place of Donovan Mitchell (rest), Hunter did not provide much value during the first half of Sunday’s game, going scoreless with one shot attempt. That changed after the halftime break, as Hunter ripped off 28 points in the second half and overtime to help Cleveland extend its win streak to 10 games. Rostered in 39 percent of Yahoo! leagues, Hunter provides late-round value in 12-team formats, but that’s his ceiling due to the limited production outside of points, rebounds and three-pointers. And with Mitchell likely back for Tuesday’s game in Chicago, Hunter should be headed back to the bench.
