Avdija sat out Friday, but he’s got a chance to return against Detroit. If Avdija is unable to play, Walker could see increased run, and if both are out, Kris Murray would be in line for additional minutes. Jerami Grant could also see plenty of playing time after returning from a four-game absence.

Henderson’s 22 points were the most he’s had in a game since January 30. The 21-year-old point guard had shot 41 percent or less from the field in three games in March entering play Friday, but against the Thunder he shot 53 percent from the field. Henderson might’ve benefited from additional usage with Deni Avdija (quad) and Dalano Banton (personal) out, but he’ll need more consistent minutes in general to be a legitimate fantasy asset.

Grant returned from a four-game absence due to right knee tendinitis. The 30-year-old power forward played just 24 minutes despite getting the start. Grant struggled from the field going 2-of-10 including missing all six of his 3-point attempts. Fantasy managers should assume that the Trail Blazers will continue to be cautious in working Grant back in over the coming games.

Sharpe has now played at least 33 minutes in six straight games and scored at least 18 points in all six of those games. The 21-year-old shooting guard is a consistent scorer when given the requisite minutes. While Jerami Grant returned from a knee injury, he only played 24 minutes Friday. Dalano Banton (personal) and Deni Avdija (quad) were both out. Given the number of rotation players that have been in and out of the lineup in Portland, Sharpe should be rostered in all formats going forward.

Allen’s double-double was his third in his last four games. The 26-year-old center was an absolute monster on the defensive end with five steals and a block against the Hornets Friday. Mobley sat out Tuesday’s game against the Bulls for rest reasons, but has come back and posted a double-double in both games since. The 23-year-old center continues to have a breakout season that includes 29 double-doubles now. Mobley has been a fourth-round value in eight-category leagues since the All-Star break. Cleveland might look to give him some more nights off in the future as the Cavaliers prepare for a playoff run.

Mitchell missed all six of his 3-point attempts Friday, which was the first time he hadn’t made a 3-pointer in a game since February 16. The 28-year-old shooting guard instead continued to draw fouls and made 12-of-18 free throws. Mitchell has now attempted at least 11 free throws in four of his last six games. He’s scored at least 24 points in four straight games and seven of his last eight games. Fantasy managers will have to worry about potential rest days for Mitchell down the stretch given the Cavaliers’ huge lead for the No. 1 seed.

Back in the lineup after sitting out Tuesday’s win over the Bulls, Mobley recorded his 28th double-double of the season on Wednesday. By comparison, he had 22 in the entire 2023-24 campaign. Since the All-Star break, the Cavaliers forward has provided fourth-round value in eight-cat formats. Mobley’s return pushed De’Andre Hunter to the bench, but that didn’t prevent him from delivering value. Hunter played 23 minutes, finishing with 16 points, five rebounds, two assists and one blocked shot.

Wednesday night, Garland hit double digits in assists for the sixth time this season and first since February 2. However, the issue for him has been his shooting, especially since the All-Star break. Garland is shooting 34 percent from the field, 14 points below his mark for the season (48.1). While his season-long fantasy value remains strong, managers need Garland to turn the shooting around heading into the playoff weeks.

Wednesday’s victory made the Cavaliers the first team to clinch a playoff spot, and Mitchell led the way. He’s scored 25 points or more in three straight and six of his last seven games, providing fifth-round value in eight- and nine-cat formats since the All-Star break. While that doesn’t align with Mitchell’s season-long fantasy value, his availability will be the more significant concern for fantasy managers. Cleveland holds a sizable lead on Boston for the best record in the East, which could result in a few more rest days for Mitchell before the end of the regular season.

Sharpe has now scored 20 points or more in four of his last five outings, one of the reasons why he’s ranked just outside the top 50 in nine-cat formats over the past week. The third-year guard may have a “fantasy-friendly” game, but being able to play starters’ minutes raises his ceiling. With Deni Avdija aggravating a prior quad injury during Wednesday’s game and Jerami Grant also dealing with injuries, Sharpe should be rostered in more than 49 percent of Yahoo! leagues as he currently is.

Simons was highly efficient in Boston, shooting over 50 percent from the field and not committing a turnover. And for the first time this season, he’s scored 30 points or more in consecutive games. Since the All-Star break, Simons has provided sixth-round value in eight- and nine-cat formats, solid production for a player ranked just inside the top 100 for the season. Portland plays two more games during Week 18, starting with the Thunder on Friday.

On a night when Donovan Clingan (two points, seven rebounds, one assist and one block in 20 minutes) didn’t have much of an impact, Walker stepped up with a big night off the bench. The 22 points were a season-high for the Blazers forward, who shot 6-of-6 from beyond the arc. While an afterthought in most fantasy leagues, Walker has provided 14th-round value in nine-cat formats since the All-Star break, which aligns with Clingan’s value. He certainly isn’t a must-add, but deep-league managers should not overlook Walker while the Blazers remain without Deandre Ayton and Robert Williams III.

Garland struggled from inside the arc on Tuesday, making two of his 11 attempts. He was far more accurate from deep, shooting 5-of-11 from three. Overall, shooting has been an issue for Garland since the break. Ranked just outside the top 150 in nine-cat formats, he’s made 32.9 percent of his attempts from the field. Fantasy managers need Garland to turn things around with the playoffs either underway or on the horizon in most leagues.

With sidekick Evan Mobley (rest) getting the night off, Allen produced a masterclass in the Windy City. The 17 rebounds were three shy of his season-high, and this was the Cavaliers center’s third game with at least 20 points and 15 rebounds. Mitchell returned to the Cavaliers’ lineup after getting Sunday afternoon off and made good use of the foul line in Chicago. The six-time All-Star attempted a season-high 14 free throws, which helped compensate for a 1-of-7 night from three. Allen provided a modest point total on Sunday, but the Cavaliers center finished with his 33rd double-double. Allen’s fantasy value has taken a hit since the All-Star break, as he has only been an 11th-round player in eight-cat formats. However, while Evan Mobley continues to emerge as an elite option on both ends of the floor, Allen’s fantasy value has not fallen off a cliff. Starting in place of Donovan Mitchell (rest), Hunter did not provide much value during the first half of Sunday’s game, going scoreless with one shot attempt. That changed after the halftime break, as Hunter ripped off 28 points in the second half and overtime to help Cleveland extend its win streak to 10 games. Rostered in 39 percent of Yahoo! leagues, Hunter provides late-round value in 12-team formats, but that’s his ceiling due to the limited production outside of points, rebounds and three-pointers. In addition to shooting the ball well in Cleveland, the second-year wing racked up fantasy value with his steals.
