Gordon was limited to 19 minutes in Tuesday’s blowout win, but he’ll still sit out the second leg of this back-to-back. Spencer Jones should return to the starting unit in his place. In his last start, Jones contributed 19 points, four rebounds, two assists, two steals, two blocks and three triples.

This game was a blowout from the beginning, but Braun was still able to have a strong performance. He was incredibly efficient, and he had one of his highest-scoring outings of the year. Braun has been far more productive over the past month than he had been previously, but it is still nowhere near what he did last year. Still, he is starting to pick things up and could end up as an important streaming option down the stretch of this season.

This game was a blowout early, with the Nuggets taking a 32-point lead into halftime. That led to Jokić only playing 25 minutes, and he certainly wasn’t aggressive as a scorer when he was on the floor. Still, this was the fifth straight game that he dished out at least 12 assists, which helped make up for the lack of production in other areas. They head to Memphis for Wednesday’s game, which will hopefully lead to a more dominant outing from Jokić.

Thompson was one of Houston’s most productive players against the Lakers. On the offensive end, he excelled in his role as a combo guard, scoring as well as nearly any other Rockets player while concluding with a team-high in assists. Thompson didn’t wow with his defensive stats in terms of being disruptive with steals and blocks, but he rebounded well en route to his 16th double-double of the season. Wednesday’s rematch against the Lakers will give him a chance to outdo himself.

Smith Jr. led the Rockets in scoring on Monday, despite some struggles from behind the three-point line. He scored the ball fairly consistently throughout the game, but never had any major scoring runs. The fourth-year forward also made an impact on the glass and finished as the only starter not to commit multiple turnovers. Smith wasn’t otherworldly on Monday but did well in his minutes.

Durant logged an unspectacular game on Monday, relative to his usual production. He scored under 20 points and failed to make a three-point shot for the second time in the last three games, each coming in Houston losses. And even beyond the low scoring total, his struggles against this Los Angeles defense can be seen in the seven turnovers he committed. Durant lacked his usual production, but he will have an opportunity to bounce back on Wednesday in a second straight matchup with the Lakers.

After sitting out Friday’s win over the Pelicans, Şengün has been ruled out for a second straight game. However, it will be Capela who replaces him in the starting lineup after Dorian Finney-Smith did so the last time out. Watson has been out since straining his hamstring during a February 4 loss to the Knicks. After Monday’s 3-on-3 session, there is hope that he’ll be available to play sometime this week. While games on Tuesday and Wednesday may not be in the cards for Watson, he may be available toward the end of Week 21. Johnson, who has struggled for most of his first season in Denver, appears to be turning things around. He’s scored at least 15 points in three straight games, with the 18 points in Friday’s overtime loss being the most in a game for Johnson since hitting that number in a February 19 loss to the Clippers. For fantasy managers, now would be a great time for Johnson to provide consistent production, especially with the playoffs in Yahoo! default leagues beginning in Week 21.

Gordon shot 5-of-10 from beyond the arc on Saturday, coming through with much-needed production on a night when Jamal Murray (5/6/2 with one three-pointer) shot 1-of-14 from the field before fouling out. This was his second game of the season with at least five three-pointers, the first being Gordon’s 10 three-pointer explosion against the Warriors on October 23. The Nuggets play four games in Week 21, starting with the shorthanded 76ers on Tuesday.

Jokić recorded his 27th triple-double of the season on Saturday, but it wasn’t enough to get the Nuggets the overtime victory in Los Angeles. Thompson’s stat line on Friday was arguably his best since the All-Star break. The Rockets’ guard/forward finished two assists shy of a triple-double, and he’s scored 20 points or more in four of his last five appearances. Since March 1, Thompson has provided third-round value in eight-cat formats. After a relatively slow start to the season, Amen has upped the production at the right time, with the fantasy playoffs in many leagues right around the corner.

Durant made the biggest shot of Friday’s game, as his mid-range jumper with 7.6 seconds remaining gave Houston a one-point lead. The Nuggets did not have Aaron Gordon (hamstring) for Thursday’s game, resulting in Jones making his first start since February 4. Unsurprisingly, as he made 34 prior starts due to the Nuggets’ injury issues earlier this season, Jones was ready for the moment. Shooting 3-of-6 from beyond the arc, the second-year forward’s 19 points were the most in a game for him since dropping 28 on the Mavericks on December 1. Gordon sat out for injury management reasons, so he should be back on Saturday against the Lakers. If not, Jones would make for a worthwhile pickup in deep leagues.

The “Blue Arrow” was at his best when the Nuggets needed him most, scoring 16 points in the third quarter on 6-of-8 shooting from the field. Murray was efficient throughout the night, making over half of his shot attempts and going a perfect 15-of-15 from the foul line. There were only two positives for Şengün in Tuesday’s blowout defeat. He kept the turnovers in check, recording two, and the three blocks were the most in a game for him since tallying three in a late February win over the Kings. Wednesday was a night to forget for the Rockets, who were outscored by a 40-22 margin in the third quarter and would go on to lose by 36. Having struggled for most of the season, Johnson’s line on Wednesday was in line with what many fantasy managers hoped to get from him consistently. After totaling 11 points on 4-of-13 shooting in his prior two appearances, Braun needed a night like Wednesday. The 19 points were the most he’s had in a game since February 27, when the Nuggets’ wing dropped 23 in a loss to the Thunder. Hardaway had one of his most productive nights of the season on Monday. The eight triples represented a new season-high, and his 28 points were the most in a game for him since dropping 30 in a January 29 win over the Nets. Denver having two days off after Friday’s loss to the Knicks worked in the team’s favor, as Murray did not miss any games after exiting that contest before halftime. While he was able to play 37 minutes on Monday, the Nuggets guard missed all four of his three-point attempts on the night. However, Murray made just under half of his two-point attempts, and category league managers will be pleased with the rebounds and assists. While Şengün shot the ball well from the field on Sunday, his overall impact was limited. And, to the dismay of managers in nine-cat formats, turnovers remain an issue for the Rockets’ center.
