Hardaway has played a consistent role off the bench for Denver this year, but this was one of his best performances. He matched his season high for points while also setting a new season high for three-pointers. THJ will continue to play an important role for the Nuggets, but his production will be too volatile for him to be considered a player worth rostering in standard leagues.

Jokić fell one rebound shy of a triple-double for a second straight game, but the difference in this one was that Denver walked away with a win. Jokić continues to dominate every single night, and he was perfect from the floor in this game. His lone missed shot attempt ended up coming at the free throw line. Denver has a four-game week coming up, so expect plenty more monster performances from Jokić.

Jones started for the fourth straight game, but he was unproductive in the first three. However, he set career highs for points, rebounds and three-pointers to help Denver bounce back from a loss 24 hours prior. Jones should continue to start, but this type of performance likely won’t happen often. It was nice to see him play well, but he should be left on the waiver wire.

Raynaud generally hasn’t played a large role outside of blowouts, but he was able to step into 22 minutes in this game and have the best offensive performances of his young career. Even when he is written off, Westbrook continues to fill up the box score. In this game, he was able to record the 206th triple-double of his career, which extends his lead over everyone else that’s ever played in the NBA. Russ has his share of efficiency issues, but he is still more than capable of making a big impact in fantasy basketball when he’s given the minutes. It’s clear that Kings coach Doug Christie will continue to ensure that happens.

Murray’s three-point shooting has been his strongest attribute throughout his career. However, he didn’t provide much value from beyond the arc in this game. He made up for that with his second 20-point double-double of the season and continued dominance in contributing defensive stats. Murray also played a whopping 45 minutes; clearly Kings coach Doug Christie is going to ensure Murray is on the floor. Would Tom Thibodeau even go this far? Murray should have ample time on the court moving forward to dominate in fantasy basketball.

Wednesday’s game was a strange one for Westbrook, who is usually more reliable in the assist category. He shot 3-of-5 from beyond the arc and did a good job on the glass, but the veteran point guard recorded five turnovers. Murray was one of two Kings to lead the way in scoring on Wednesday, with Russell Westbrook also tallying 19 points. The Timberwolves squandered a 10-point lead in the final three minutes, allowing DeRozan to sink a pair of free throws with 34 seconds remaining to force overtime. The 36-year-old veteran — who passed Alex English for 24th on the NBA’s all-time scoring list in the process — went a perfect 15-for-15 at the line and cracked the 30-point threshold for the first time this season. Murray notched his first double-double of the season as Sacramento overcame a 10-point deficit in the final three minutes to ultimately emerge with an overtime victory. Watson has reached double figures in four of his last six starts, first moving into the starting lineup because of Christian Braun’s ankle injury. With Aaron Gordon (hamstring) also out for an extended period, the Nuggets are in a position where they need Watson to be more aggressive on offense. That certainly wasn’t an issue in Memphis, with the 27 points being five shy of his season and career-highs. Watson’s two best scoring nights as a pro have occurred over the last week. Gordon suffered a strained right hamstring during Friday’s win over the Rockets. According to Charania, it is a Grade 2 strain, and the Nuggets forward will be re-evaluated in four to six weeks. Gordon was already dealing with bilateral hamstring issues, and he played through a strain in Game 7 of last season’s second-round series against the Thunder. Losing Gordon will significantly impact Denver’s rotation, especially with Christian Braun (ankle) already out. Spencer Jones started Saturday’s loss to the Kings but provided minimal value in his 24 minutes on the court. Between his recent play and the absences of Gordon and Braun, now is a good time to hop back onto the Cameron Johnson bandwagon. Over his last four games, he’s averaged 15.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 0.5 steals, 0.5 blocks and 2.8 three-pointers while shooting 56.8 percent from the field.

Filling the void left by the injured Aaron Gordon, Jones played 24 minutes on Saturday. As evidenced by the stat line, the counting stats and percentages weren’t good enough to justify streaming him. Bruce Brown (2/3/3 in 27 minutes) and Tim Hardaway Jr. (8/1/1 with one three-pointer in 26 minutes) offer higher fantasy ceilings than Jones despite coming off the bench, but both struggled against the Kings. Having begun the season as Sacramento’s starting point guard, Schröder lost his job on November 14, and the demotion has negatively impacted his fantasy value. Playing in Denver for the first time since leaving the Nuggets in free agency this summer, Westbrook was outstanding on Saturday.
