On a night when Nikola Jokic made history, Murray performed well in the Nuggets’ overtime victory. The points, assists and steals were solid, and the Nuggets point guard only committed one turnover. Since the All-Star break, Murray has provided top-20 per-game value in eight- and nine-cat formats. As a result of this surge, he’s a top-25 player for the season. Since his Yahoo! ADP was 54, fantasy managers should be pleased with what they’ve received from Murray this season.

If Jokic’s performance against the Suns wasn’t the greatest in NBA history, it’s pretty high on the list at the very least. The Nuggets center became the first player in league history to record at least 30 points, 20 rebounds and 20 assists, and his 22 helpers were a career-best. Jokic now has seven games with at least 15 points, 15 rebounds and 15 assists in a season, tied with Oscar Robertson during the 1961-62 campaign for the most in league history. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander may be the betting favorite for Most Valuable Player, but what Jokic has done this season (average a triple-double) has been unprecedented for a center. The Nuggets visit the Thunder on Sunday to end their Week 18 slate.

Back in the Nuggets’ lineup after missing three games with a sprained ankle, Gordon didn’t look rusty on Friday. He matched his career high with seven three-pointers, only needing nine attempts. While the rebounding output wasn’t great, fantasy managers will undoubtedly take Gordon’s offensive production. The Nuggets play a back-to-back in Oklahoma City, with the first game scheduled for Sunday night. We’ll see if Gordon can play both games of a back-to-back this soon after his return from another injury.

Braun may be the fifth option in the Nuggets’ starting lineup, but he’s emerged as a reliable option in standard leagues. The 25 points are the most he’s scored in a game since February 10, and he’s scored 23 or more in three of his last four outings. Since the All-Star break, Braun has provided fourth-round value in nine-cat formats. Thompson was one of two Pistons starters to not miss a shot from the field on Monday, with Jalen Duren being the other. A double-digit scorer in three straight and five of his last six appearances, Ausar’s 17 points are the most he’s had in a game since February 12. While his season-long fantasy value remains outside the top 100 in eight- and nine-cat formats, Thompson has been a top 50 player since the All-Star break. Despite not having backup center Isaiah Stewart for Monday’s game, the Pistons didn’t skip a beat, and Duren was one reason for that. Recording his fourth double-double in five games, he was also responsible for two steals and four blocked shots. Since the All-Star break, Duren has provided top-20 value in eight- and nine-cat formats, sitting just outside the first round in 12-team leagues in the latter. This is the player many fantasy managers hoped Duren would be before this season began, and he’s bounced back from a slow start.

Rostered in 43 percent of Yahoo! leagues, Beasley has provided top-100 value in nine-cat formats since the All-Star break. Cunningham didn’t score as much as he’s capable of Saturday night, but the Pistons’ offensive balance had much to do with that. Jalen Duren, Tobias Harris and Malik Beasley scored 18 points apiece for the Pistons, who notched their 34th win of the season. Not only are those the most wins Detroit’s amassed in a season since 2018-19 (41 wins), but this is also the first time since that year they’ve won at least 25 games. Duren was fantastic on Saturday, recording his fifth double-double in seven games and a career-high six blocked shots. How out of the ordinary were the six rejections? Duren amassed a total of six in his previous 10 appearances. Over the past two weeks, he has been a third-round player in eight- and nine-cat formats. Of course, Isaiah Stewart (three points, four rebounds, one assist and four blocks in 14 minutes) getting into foul trouble led to Duren playing 30 minutes (or more) for just the fifth time since the beginning of February.
