Curry went through a successful scrimmage on Tuesday, and he is now looking to return to the lineup against Houston after missing over two months. That will leave five games left in the regular season, though Curry would play in four at the most due to a back-to-back on April 9 and 10. Green has totaled 18 assists over his last two games, including eight in Sunday’s loss to the Nuggets. His season-long fantasy value has been underwhelming, but the veteran forward has been a top-100 player over the past week. The Warriors don’t play again until Wednesday, and they have three games in Week 23. That makes Green a slightly less appealing option for some fantasy managers, particularly those looking for more production in the points category.

Podziemski has scored 20 points or more in four consecutive games, the first time he’s done so this season. The Warriors’ guard finished with a complete stat line, and he has been a second-round player in eight-cat formats over the past week. Porziņǵis has played 29 minutes in three of his last four games, and the production has been good for those who have him in their lineups. During this four-game stretch, the 7-foot-3 center has averaged 22.5 points, 5.8 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 0.5 steals and 3.0 three-pointers. That has not qualified as elite value due to limited defensive production, but most will be pleased to have Porziņģis available. The Warriors play three games in Week 23, but the slate opens with a back-to-back on Wednesday and Thursday, so Porziņǵis may be limited to two appearances.

Powell, who entered Sunday shooting 28.5 percent from three, made his first four attempts on Sunday. That’s an area where he will need to become more consistent in time, and the performance against the Kings was a step in the right direction. Powell played 28 minutes on Sunday, and he should continue to take on that level of workload moving forward. If so, the rookie wing may have some deep-league value in the Nets’ three-game Week 23.

Lines like the one Clowney recorded on Sunday will satisfy most fantasy managers, outside of the free-throw percentage. However, while the third-year forward/center finished with a complete stat line, he only played 20 minutes. Making sense of which Nets reserves will figure prominently in Jordi Fernandez’s rotation on any given night is a near-impossible task. After totaling 15 minutes in losses to the Kings and Trail Blazers, Agbaji played 21 minutes in Friday’s loss to the Lakers. On Sunday, he earned 25 minutes and matched his season-high with 18 points. Hopefully, Agbaji’s performance was good enough to earn him more rotation minutes in Week 23, but that isn’t guaranteed.

Traoré and the Nets ended their 10-game losing streak impressively, beating the Kings by a 116-99 final score. After totaling nine points on 4-of-23 shooting in the final two games of the Nets’ road trip, the rookie guard rebounded nicely on Sunday. While Traoré provided good value in the assist and steal categories, he was terribly inefficient against the Lakers. In addition to shooting 4-of-14 from the field, the rookie was responsible for six turnovers in 26 minutes. Ben Saraf dropped into the backup point guard role after starting the last time out, finishing with 10 points, three rebounds, two assists and one steal in 22 minutes. Sunday’s game against the Kings is not part of a back-to-back, which may keep Traoré in the starting lineup. However, if he sits, Saraf will be worth streaming in deep leagues.

Claxton shot 80 percent from the field and was solid on the glass, providing good value in those categories. However, he logged 23 minutes and has not played 30 or more minutes in a game since February 24. Given where the Nets are in the standings, that’s unlikely to change between now and the end of the regular season. While Claxton is not a player who should be dropped in all leagues, fantasy managers in 12-team formats who need more production for Sunday’s action need to seek alternatives.

BKN • Forward • #8

It is anyone’s guess which reserve frontcourt player will play the most minutes for the Nets on any given night. Against the Lakers, it was Minott, who was effective in 26 minutes on the floor. Chaney Johnson (two points, two rebounds and two assists), who’s had his moments recently, played 14 minutes. In theory, Minott’s superior night should earn him more minutes on Sunday when the Nets host the Kings, but that hasn’t been the case. Williams has started each of the Nets’ last five games, and he’s scored at least 16 points in each. Over the past week, he has provided sixth-round value in eight-cat formats. Santos has been on fire recently. He followed up his career-high 31-point performance on Wednesday with another strong scoring performance in this one. Plus, he shot better than 65 percent from the floor in each game. He has contributed a little value across the board, but his strongest attribute has been his efficient scoring. Golden State just won their third game in a row, which is their longest streak since January. They had Stephen Curry for those games.
