Nembhard finished Monday’s victory with a season-high 12 assists, and the double-double was his first since March 8, 2025. With Tyrese Haliburton out for the season, it has effectively been Nembhard’s show to run, but an injury kept him on the sidelines for two weeks earlier this season. Since November 8, the Pacers guard has been a seventh-round player in eight-cat formats, which aligns with his Yahoo! ADP (74). Unsurprisingly, Nembhard is rostered in 92 percent of Yahoo! leagues.

Counting Monday, Siakam has scored at least 23 points in six straight and eight of his last nine games. The Pacers forward has seen his season-long fantasy value decline, mainly due to the team’s many injuries, most notably Tyrese Haliburton. While the point guard’s absence may have been viewed as an opportunity for Siakam to do more playmaking, that isn’t how things have worked out. He’s providing seventh-round value in eight-cat formats, well behind his Yahoo! ADP (30).

For the first time since the Pacers’ first two games of the season, Mathurin has scored at least 25 points in back-to-back games. He was efficient against the Kings, posting solid percentages and committing only one turnover. Over the past two weeks, Mathurin has provided seventh-round per-game game value in eight-cat formats. The good news for fantasy managers is that the Pacers still have two more games to play in Week 8, starting with the 76ers on Friday.

Jokić fell one rebound shy of a triple-double, but fantasy managers will undoubtedly take the final line that he produced in Charlotte. The Nuggets center remains the best player in fantasy basketball, regardless of league format. And the break in the schedule due to the NBA Cup should do Jokić some good, as the Nuggets don’t play again until Thursday against the Kings. With Domantas Sabonis (knee) sidelined, that stands to be another big night for The Joker.

Except for the Nuggets’ December 1 loss to the Mavericks, which he left prematurely with a sprained right ankle, Murray has been on a roll since mid-November. Since November 15, the Nuggets guard has scored at least 30 points on four occasions, including Sunday’s efficient 34-point performance. During this time span, Murray has been a first-round player in eight- and nine-cat formats, which is slightly better than his season-long value. While the Nuggets only play once in Week 8, it’s against a Kings team ranked in the bottom five of the NBA in points allowed and defensive rating.

Sheppard will miss a second straight game after straining his calf during a December 3 loss to the Nuggets. How much time he’ll miss remains unknown. While Jarace Walker has made starts in the past, the Pacers went with Garrison Mathews for Friday’s game against the Bulls. Neither player is a must-roster option, but Mathews can provide three-point production as a starter.

Siakam remains the top option on the Pacers as they navigate this season without Tyrese Haliburton. The 31-year-old power forward has expanded his game to include three-point shooting and knocked down five threes against the Bulls on Friday. The Pacers are off for the rest of the weekend and have three games on the schedule in Week 8.

Brown’s contributions this season have been inconsistent, but he’s still capable of making a large impact. He matched his season high for steals and scored in double digits for a second straight game while playing a season-high 32 minutes. Brown isn’t worth rostering, but he is still making an impact off the bench for Denver.

He wasn’t able to come anywhere close to his 52 points from Wednesday’s game, but Murray was still able to have a productive night. 17 of his 23 points came in the second half to help Denver get the comeback win in Atlanta. Murray is enjoying the best season of his career, and it could result in his first All-Star appearance in February.

It was a tale of two halves for Jokić. He struggled mightily in the first half of this game and entered the break with 10 points on 2-of-13 shooting, but he came out firing to start the third quarter. He had 19 points without missing a shot in the third, which brought Denver within striking distance, and then he added 11 more to complete the comeback. Jokić failed to record a double-double for just the second time this season, but it was certainly a masterclass performance.

Siakam remains a solid scorer as he’s averaging 24.1 points per game this year, though his overall fantasy value hasn’t lived up to preseason expectations. The 31-year-old power forward was drafted in the third-round, but is providing seventh-round value so far this year. Jokić rarely takes a backseat to anyone, but his teammate Jamal Murray scored 52 points against the Pacers on Wednesday. The 30-year-old center was still just two rebounds shy of a triple-double. Jones bested his career-high 16-point performance against the Suns by scoring over 20 points for the first time on Monday. Efficient shooting throughout and high production from beyond the arc nearly led the second-year forward to the 30-point mark. With Aaron Gordon (hamstring) out, Jones has seen more action than previously. Jokić entered Monday’s contest having come up just shy of a triple-double in each of the previous two games. He made sure to check that box against the Mavericks, to secure his 11th triple-double of the season. Yet, inefficient shooting left him unable to carry the Nuggets past the Anthony Davis-led Mavs, as Denver has dropped three of its last five games. The Nuggets, already without Aaron Gordon (hamstring) and Christian Braun (ankle), lost Jamal Murray on Monday to an ankle sprain. Given the injuries, Jokić may have to shoulder even more of the load in the near future.

Watson’s strong play continued on Monday. He scored in double figures for the fifth straight time and sixth time in the last seven games, giving him an average of 17.7 points over that period. The fourth-year wing is averaging double figures in points on the season for the first time in his career, and has enjoyed a strong first quarter of the season from an efficiency standpoint. Nembhard surpassed the 20-point mark for the first time in five games on Monday. In fact, after scoring 32 points in the Pacers’ November 21 loss to Cleveland, he shot 11-of-34 from the field in the following three games. Before the season, Nembhard was a player whom many fantasy managers believed could safely provide top-100 value. Unfortunately, an early-season injury put him on the shelf for a few weeks, stunting his progress.

With the Cavaliers regaining control of Monday’s game early in the fourth quarter, Siakam lost out on a few minutes due to Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle pulling the plug. Given how many games the Pacers have lost, this has to be a frustrating season for Siakam and, by extension, those who have him on their fantasy rosters. Having entered the season with a third-round Yahoo! ADP, he’s ranked outside the top-75 in eight- and nine-cat formats. And with Indiana being 4-17, buying low comes with the risk of “Spicy P” being shut down later in the season, as the Pacers regained control of their 2026 first-round pick via a June trade with the Pelicans.

Hardaway has played a consistent role off the bench for Denver this year, but this was one of his best performances. Jackson was bumped to the bench for Friday’s game, and he wasn’t effective in that role. However, he was able to make a large impact in this one. Both Pacers bigs had success, as Jay Huff, who started at center, contributed 14 points, four blocks and four triples. Through their first nine games, he shot at least 50 percent from the floor just once; over their last nine games, he has shot below 50 percent just twice.
