Jackson will miss a ninth consecutive game as he remains in the league’s concussion protocol. The Pacers have relied on a rotation of Jay Huff and Micah Potter at the center position, with whichever player has the “hot hand” getting more minutes. Neither has been the most reliable fantasy option, and the rotation may have something to do with that.

The Magic wasted no time releasing their injury report for Wednesday, doing so a couple of hours after Tuesday’s loss to the Wizards. With head coach Jamahl Mosley saying on Tuesday that Suggs has not resumed on-court activities, his being ruled out for Wednesday is unsurprising. He may be closer to “week-to-week” than “day-to-day.”

Richardson and the other Magic reserves were the reason why Orlando pulled to within two points with just over five minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. Due to their effort, Magic head coach Jamahl Mosley stuck with the reserves for the entire fourth quarter, which likely factored into their running out of steam late. But it was earned. In Richardson’s case, the rookie recorded his first 20-point game. And as the Magic await the returns of Jalen Suggs and Franz Wagner, he’ll continue to have opportunities to contribute off the bench.

Bane only played 24 minutes on Tuesday, as he and the other Magic starters were benched for the entire fourth quarter. The lone positive for fantasy managers who have him rostered is that Orlando has three more games in Week 12, starting with the Nets on Wednesday. Tuesday’s production would sting a lot more if Bane only had two more opportunities this week.

Tuesday was a bad night for Banchero and the Magic, specifically the starters. Orlando’s first five were being beaten soundly, and head coach Jamahl Mosley ultimately decided to stick with his bench for the entirety of the fourth quarter. As a result, Banchero only played 25 minutes, which was tops amongst the starters. They’ll look to redeem themselves on Wednesday in Brooklyn against the Nets.

Huff, who leads the NBA in blocks this season, knocked down 4-of-7 from three-point range and matched his previous season-high mark that he set back on November 19 in a win over the Hornets. Unfortunately, his offensive outburst wasn’t enough as Indiana dropped their 13th straight game and remain winless since December 8. The 27-year-old shot blocker is averaging 2.2 per-game, which gives him some relevance in deeper fantasy leagues.

Siakam did his best to spark a late rally for the Pacers as he scored 13 of his 22 points in the second half, including a three-point play in the final minute to slash the deficit to a single point. It still wasn’t enough to help Indiana avoid their 13th consecutive loss. The 31-year-old scoring machine has been on fire of late, averaging a robust 26.3 points over his last four games, providing fifth-round fantasy value during that span.

While Suggs was initially listed as doubtful for Tuesday’s game, he was ultimately ruled out during the afternoon. And with the point guard yet to be cleared to resume on-court activities, this does not appear to be a day-to-day injury. Anthony Black will continue to start at point guard in Suggs’ absence, with Tristan da Silva starting for the injured Franz Wagner. While da Silva is not a must-add, Black is.

Bane shook off a relatively slow start to pour in 20 second-half points on 8-of-11 shooting, including 2-of-3 from three-point range. The 27-year-old scoring machine has been a little underwhelming in his Orlando debut, but he’s still delivered sixth-round fantasy value this season, averaging 19.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, 4.6 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.6 blocks through 36 games. Siakam cobbled together a monster third quarter, exploding for a whopping 20 points on 8-of-11 shooting, as the Pacers managed to make this one close in the final minutes. Unfortunately, his second-half heroics weren’t enough as the Pacers suffered their 12th consecutive loss since December 12. After taking just eight shots in the first half, Banchero put together an extremely impressive second half, shouldering a significant portion of the scoring workload with both Franz Wagner (ankle) and Jalen Suggs (knee) out of action. He finished with 17 points on 6-of-10 shooting, including a pair of triples. The 23-year-old franchise cornerstone has shaken off a mid-December funk to score 23 points or more in four consecutive games over the past week, delivering third-round fantasy value during that span.

The Pacers hold the worst record in the NBA after dropping their 12th consecutive game in this one. However, Nesmith has been one of the few glimmers of hope as he’s shown few signs of rust since returning from a left knee sprain, averaging 13.2 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 0.6 steals and 1.4 blocks in five games. The 26-year-old wing led the Pacers with 18 first-half points on 5-of-10 shooting, including 4-of-8 from downtown and has topped 29 minutes in three straight contests. He came back to earth in the second half with elite offensive threats Paolo Banchero and Desmond Bane taking over the scoring duties. While Tyus Jones has served as the starting point guard on past occasions when Orlando was without Jalen Suggs, that is not the case here.
