While the Clippers may not have expected to require overtime to leave Dallas with a win, the tandem of Leonard and Darius Garland was at its best. The combined to score 75 of the team’s 122 points, with Leonard dropping 34 points and a complete stat line with excellent percentages. Week 22 sets up to be another good week for managers rostering Leonard, as the Clippers play four games without a back-to-back.

Garland put on a show in Dallas, recording his first 40-point game since January 9, 2025. And he was efficient, shooting well over 50 percent from the field and dishing out 11 assists. Also, Garland played 39 minutes in the overtime victory, another step in the right direction for the point guard who’s struggled with toe injuries the last two seasons. The Clippers sat Garland for the second half of overtime, relying on Kawhi Leonard to serve as the closer.

Due to the lack of defensive production, Johnson offers limited value in most category league formats. However, he can be an asset in points leagues, especially on nights when the Spurs are shorthanded. With Stephon Castle and Devin Vassell out, there were more opportunities for Johnson to score, and he took advantage. The 24 points were the most he’s scored in a game since dropping 25 in a February 4 win over the Thunder.

Wembanyama may not have been as dominant offensively as fantasy managers would have hoped, given the matchup. However, with the Spurs grabbing control in the first quarter, it was clear that Wemby’s minutes would be limited in the second half. Making the first start of his career, Miller was able to turn in a well-rounded line. He made up for a rough shooting night by getting to the line, and he was able to extend his double-digit scoring streak to three games. Miller has been a solid rotation piece for the Clippers over the past two months, and while that hasn’t led to much fantasy production, he has been able to provide them with some depth. With both Kawhi Leonard (ankle) and Darius Garland (toe) sidelined, Jones stepped up on offense to lead the Clippers in scoring, matching his season high for points. On the one hand, Garland did well on Wednesday to not commit a turnover in his 29 minutes, after recording a season-high eight giveaways in the Clippers’ recent loss to the Spurs. Garland was likely tasked with doing even more on offense against the Spurs with Kawhi Leonard sidelined (ankle), and he mostly delivered.
