JJJ suffered a nasty ankle injury on March 3 and was immediately considered “week-to-week” because of it. However, he could be back in the lineup less than two weeks later. Even if he doesn’t play against Cleveland, he is inching closer to a return, which is a great sign for managers in the fantasy playoffs. GG Jackson will likely return to playing a bench role when JJJ returns.

Oklahoma City had both of its starting big men available for Monday’s game, the team’s second in as many days. However, neither Hartenstein nor Chet Holmgren (8/4/1/0/2) played more than 30 minutes in the rematch with the Nuggets. Given how far ahead of the competition the Thunder are in the Western Conference, it would be unsurprising if the team took steps to rest some of its key players ahead of the postseason. As long as Hartenstein and Holmgren are on the court, fantasy managers will receive solid value from both on most nights.

After going off for 40 points in Sunday’s win over the Nuggets, Gilgeous-Alexander was held in check in Monday’s rematch. However, the stat line SGA recorded wasn’t bad; he provided good value in his 36 minutes on the court. A pedestrian night for Gilgeous-Alexander is an excellent one for most of the NBA’s other players, which indicates how good he’s been this season. SGA remains the betting favorite for Most Valuable Player, with Nikola Jokic being his closest competition.

Dort was hot from beyond the arc on Monday, shooting 8-of-8 with the eight makes being a career-high. As for the 26 points, that was his highest tally of the season. Dort hasn’t been the most reliable shooter, but he has made strides this season. That progress will be tested if the Thunder are forced to play without Jalen Williams, who exited Monday’s game with a strained right hip. Oklahoma City plays three more games during Week 19, starting with the Celtics on Wednesday in Boston.

Morant has scored at least 20 points in 11 of his last 13 games. The 25-year-old point guard continues to deal with a shoulder issue, which has cost him some games, but he’s produced seventh-round value in eight-category leagues since the All-Star break. His turnovers have tanked his value in nine-category leagues and Morant turned it over another five times Monday. He’s had at least four turnovers eight times in his last 13 games, which isn’t going to cut it. Morant is outside the top-150 in nine-category formats since the break.

The Grizzlies are certainly in a bind tonight against the Suns as their four top big men (Edey, Clarke, Santi Aldama, and Jaren Jackson Jr.) have all been ruled out. Bane recorded his fourth 30-point game of the season on Sunday and efficiently got his points. The Grizzlies guard shot over 50 percent from the field and finished one blocked shot shy of a complete stat line. While Morant’s availability has been occasionally problematic, the last two games were his most productive of the season. He’s recorded consecutive 30-point games for the first time, tallying 63 points, seven rebounds, 14 assists, four steals and four three-pointers. While Morant has been a seventh-round player in eight-cat formats since the All-Star break, he’s ranked outside the top 150 in nine-cat due to turnovers. Holmgren and Isaiah Hartenstein (10 points, 11 rebounds and one assist in 31 minutes) returned to the Thunder after sitting out Friday’s win over Portland, and both were effective. While the latter recorded his 23rd double-double of the season, Holmgren has blocked at least three shots in 11 games. The second-year forward/center has been a top-25 player since the All-Star break, but availability remains a lingering concern. Morant returned to the Grizzlies lineup on Wednesday after a two-game absence due to what was described as a right deltoid contusion, and he did not shoot the ball well.
