Kalkbrenner, who started Wednesday’s home game against the Bucks after the birth of his child, did not travel with the team for Friday’s rematch in Milwaukee. He’s good to go for Saturday’s matchup with the reigning champs, which means Moussa Diabaté will return to the bench. It also means that Mason Plumlee falls out of the rotation entirely. Deep-league managers who have Diabaté rostered should hold onto him.

In his last six games, Knueppel has scored at least 30 points twice, had a double-double and come one assist away from a triple-double. The 20-year-old small forward appears to be coming into his own. With Brandon Miller out of the lineup, Knueppel’s usage has taken off. Ball returned after missing five games with an ankle injury. The Hornets held him to 27 minutes in the overtime loss, but Ball was productive when he was out there. He was still able to put up 15 points and 10 assists in limited time. Powell only has two games with at least 30 points this season, but both have come in his last three games. The 32-year-old shooting guard was basically unstoppable, scoring 38 points on 22 shots and going 8-of-15 from behind the three-point line. This will be the fifth missed game in a row for Adebayo, who is dealing with a sprained toe. He was seen without a boot earlier in the week, so it seems like his return is close, but it won’t be in New York on Friday. Kel’el Ware will get another start in his place, but he could have a tough night if Mitchell Robinson suits up for New York. If Robinson is out with his own injury management, then Ware should have a strong showing against Karl Anthony Towns in the paint.

One game after securing a game-winning dunk, Wiggins logged another efficient scoring performance in the rematch against the Cavaliers. He had similar shooting efficiency and production from the three-point line in both games, but lacked the free-throw volume this time around. The veteran wing had one of his better rebounding performances of the season on Wednesday while also notching a season-high in assists along the way. Overall, he finished with solid numbers from a fantasy basketball standpoint.

Ware secured his second straight double-double on Wednesday against Miami. He didn’t reach 20 rebounds, as he did on Monday, but was still productive on both the offensive and defensive glass. On the heels of a 33-point performance in the overtime win over the Cavaliers on Monday, Powell logged another strong scoring performance in Wednesday’s rematch. Knueppel continues to provide solid offensive production, having reached double figures in five consecutive games. In the nine games he’s played since Charlotte lost Brandon Miller to a shoulder injury, the rookie has averaged 17.6 points, 6.9 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 0.7 steals and 3.2 three-pointers, shooting 43.4 percent from the field and 92.0 percent from the foul line. Knueppel has been close to a top-75 player during this stretch, yet he’s still rostered in 41 percent of Yahoo! leagues. That percentage should be higher.

Hours after he and his wife welcomed their daughter into the world, Kalkbrenner was occupying his usual spot in the Hornets’ starting lineup. And he did not miss a shot, going 8-of-8 from the field, while also recording four “stocks.” As a result of his play, Kalkbrenner played more minutes than backup Moussa Diabaté (7/13/2/1/1) after failing to do so the last time out. Bridges led six Hornets in double figures with 20 points, a threshold he’s met or exceeded in five of the six games Charlotte has played in November. Since the first of the month, the Hornets forward has provided second-round per-game value in eight- and nine-cat formats. Jaquez was one of two Heat players to establish a new career-high in rebounds, with Kel’el Ware being the other. Challenging to assess during draft season, Jaquez has provided excellent fantasy value despite coming off the bench. Rostered in 43 percent of Yahoo! leagues, he’s providing fifth-round value in eight- and nine-cat formats. It’s fair to question what Jaquez can do once the Heat get Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo back, but that shouldn’t be a concern at this moment. Ware’s performance and effort level against the Cavaliers is what the Heat and fantasy managers want to see consistently. The second-year center’s 19 rebounds were a career-high, and one more than the Cleveland tandem of Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen combined to grab. Based on his Yahoo! ADP of 11o, Wiggins was expected to provide late-round value in 12-team leagues this season. He’s been better than that so far, sitting within the top-75 in nine-cat formats. He made the game’s biggest play in Monday’s overtime thriller, slamming home an alley-oop pass from Nikola Jović as time expired to give Miami the win. The Heat not having Tyler Herro or Bam Adebayo gives Wiggins more room to work out of necessity, and he’s answered the call more often than not so far.

Given their respective Yahoo! ADPs, few fantasy managers expected Knueppel to outperform college teammate Cooper Flagg. There’s still a lot of basketball to be played by both, but the Hornets have to be thrilled with what they’ve seen from Knueppel. The rookie finished Monday’s game one assist shy of his first triple-double, and he was efficient in putting up those numbers. Knueppel’s rostered in just 37 percent of Yahoo! leagues, which is way too low given his production and his place in the Hornets’ rotation. Especially with LaMelo Ball and Brandon Miller out due to injury.

Initially questionable for Monday’s game with back spasms, Bridges looked fine against the Lakers. He shot well over 50 percent from the field and recorded a complete stat line while only committing two turnovers. With LaMelo Ball and Brandon Miller out due to injury, most of the offense has run through Bridges, and he’s closing in on top-25 value in nine-cat formats. After playing 22 minutes off the bench in Friday’s loss to the Heat, Diabaté played more than starter Ryan Kalkbrenner on Monday. The fourth-year forward/center was the more active of the two defensively, recording five “stocks” in 29 minutes while Kalkbrenner (nine points and four rebounds in 19 minutes) got into early foul trouble and was not responsible for any steals or blocked shots. Jović nearly recorded a triple-double off the bench against a Portland team that entered the night ranked ninth in defensive rating.
