Zubac started another double-double streak on Saturday after seeing his previous run of three straight end on Friday. Over the past two weeks, he has provided sixth-round value in eight-cat formats, which aligns with his season-long production. Zubac and the Clippers play once in Week 8, as they visit the Rockets on Thursday.

Leonard has scored at least 20 points in six straight and seven of the eight games he’s played since returning from ankle and foot injuries. He has provided second-round value in eight-cat formats since returning, and he has not missed a game. While the Clippers only playing once during Week 8 isn’t great for Leonard managers from a production standpoint, the added time off may benefit him once the schedule returns to “normal” after the NBA Cup.

Harden finished Saturday’s defeat with a robust stat line, and he made some personal history. The Clippers guard moved into tenth on the NBA’s all-time scoring list, passing Carmelo Anthony. Over the past two weeks, Harden has provided top-25 value in eight-cat formats, one round behind his season-long value. Turnovers remain an issue for the veteran guard, but most fantasy managers understand what they’re getting into at this point in Harden’s career.

Jaquez has scored at least 20 points in seven games this season after enjoying two such games during the entire 2024-25 campaign. The 27 points scored against the Kings were the most for him since November 2, when he dropped a season-high 31 on the Lakers. With the Heat getting closer to full strength recently (Tyler Herro and Davion Mitchell did not play on Saturday), Jaquez’s fantasy value has taken a hit. However, that has been due to lackluster defensive production, despite the offensive numbers being there.

On a night when the Heat were without Tyler Herro and most of the starting lineup struggled, Fontecchio had his most productive night of the season. He hit the 20-point mark for the first time this season, and the four three-pointers were the most in a game for Fontecchio since November 17. A bonus for the few who have him rostered was the seven rebounds. However, for as well as he played, Fontecchio still hasn’t reached the point where he can be relied on for consistent fantasy value.

The Heat starters struggled on Saturday, with Powell and Andrew Wiggins (13/4/4 with one three-pointer) being the only ones in double figures. And while the former offered solid production in points and percentages, his production outside of those categories was meager. Powell is still providing top-50 fantasy value, so managers have little to worry about going into Week 8. The Heat visit Orlando on Tuesday in an NBA Cup quarterfinal matchup, with the winner heading to Las Vegas.

Bogdanović has not appeared in a game since November 20. While his return gives the Clippers added depth on the wing, don’t expect to see the veteran log heavy minutes. However, Bogdanović being available likely means fewer minutes for rookie Kobe Sanders, but this won’t affect fantasy basketball.

Larsson would likely be in line for another start Saturday with Tyler Herro (toe) doubtful, but he’s questionable himself with a hip injury. The 24-year-old shooting guard has just nine points over his last three contests and isn’t worth rostering in most fantasy leagues.

Zubac’s production on Friday was minimal compared to what he has shown over the past couple of seasons. The veteran center didn’t find many scoring opportunities on Friday, and was surprisingly unimpactful on the glass in his 35 minutes of game action. As a result, his streak of double-doubles ended at three games, and he failed to secure double-digit rebounds for the first time since November 22 against the Hornets. He’ll have a chance to bounce back quickly on the second night of a back-to-back against the Timberwolves on Saturday.

Harden’s numbers were down on Friday across the board, as he put forth one of his least productive outings of the season. He finished with fewer than 20 points for just the 15th time this season, which didn’t appear would be the case after scoring 13 first-quarter points. He was also unproductive on the glass and didn’t provide his usual level of impact as a passer. All in all, it was an unspectacular performance from the former league MVP, relative to what type of numbers he’s usually putting up. Fantasy managers will hope Harden can bounce back against the Timberwolves on Saturday.

Leonard led the Clippers in scoring on Friday, but did so without scoring efficiently from beyond the arc. He shot 2-of-9 from deep and struggled with his shooting in the fourth quarter as the Grizzlies took control and eventually won the game. From a fantasy basketball standpoint, Leonard was solid — he did well on the glass and tallied more assists than his season’s average while chipping in a couple of stocks. Most importantly, the two-time Finals MVP has played 35 minutes in consecutive games. He appears to be off his minutes restriction, which could potentially lead to greater fantasy production going forward.

Ware’s performance in Dallas was the most recent example that he does not need to start to provide reliable fantasy value. And it was a game that he needed after going scoreless and playing just 16 minutes in Monday’s win over the Clippers. Ware recorded his ninth double-double of the season, and he’s had one in all four games that he’s managed to score at least 20 points. Even with the poor effort against the Clippers, the second-year center has been a top-30 player in eight- and nine-cat formats over the past two weeks.

Since making his season debut on November 24, Herro has scored at least 20 points in all five games. Averaging 23.8 points on 52.4 percent shooting from the field, he has provided top-25 value in nine-cat formats. Herro’s production is a round worse in eight-cat, but fantasy managers aren’t likely to lose any sleep over that. Miami did not have Norman Powell (ankle) on Wednesday, but he has played three of the five games that Herro has been available for. As long as they can stay healthy, both players’ fantasy values should be fine.

Adebayo was one of three Heat players to score at least 20 points on Wednesday, and he’s met or exceeded that number in consecutive games for the first time since late October. Since returning from a toe injury that sidelined him for six games, the Heat center/forward has provided fourth-round value in eight-cat formats. When Miami is whole, which they weren’t on Wednesday (Norman Powell was out), Bam’s ceiling as a scorer may be lower. Haynes’ initial report said the Clippers were “severing ties” with Paul, and the team released a statement confirming that. Paul also posted on Instagram at 2:40 a.m. in Atlanta, where the Clippers are playing on Wednesday, that he is being sent home. Paul announced previously that this would be his final season, so this could give him an opportunity to join a contending team to close out his career. That was likely the idea with the Clippers, along with Paul enjoying some of the best seasons of his career with them, but the team has started off 5-16.
