With Trae Young (quad), Bilal Coulibaly (heel) and Julian Reese (inactive), Carrington, Champagnie and Gill will enter the starting lineup. Gill played a large role off the bench on Monday, but Carrington was ejected in the third quarter, and Champagnie didn’t see the floor at all. However, all three will receive an upside boost as starters, though the matchup isn’t favorable.

Coulibaly finished Monday’s defeat with his fourth 20-point game of the season, and he was highly efficient in doing so. Shooting 45.2 percent from the field, the Wizards’ wing has provided 10th-round value in eight-cat formats since the All-Star break. That may not be elite value, but it may get Coulibaly on the radar of more deep-league managers, especially if he can continue to play starters’ minutes more often than not.

The good news for fantasy managers was that Johnson reached double figures after totaling 10 points in his prior two appearances. The bad is that he only played 23 minutes, and the rookie has not exceeded 25 since returning from a sprained left ankle that sidelined him for six games in early February. Johnson is rostered in only eight percent of Yahoo! leagues, and with good reason, given his playing time.

Riley’s playing time and production in Monday’s defeat were encouraging. The rookie recorded his fourth 20-point stat line of the season, and he played a team-high 37 minutes. Riley has played at least 29 minutes in six of the Wizards’ eight games in March. While fantasy managers certainly hope that continues, Wizards head coach Brian Keefe’s handling of the rotation has been unpredictable at times.

On a night when Tyler Herro (10/6/5 with one block and two three-pointers) struggled in his first game back from an injury, Jaquez did his best to compensate. Sarr finished with four points (1-of-9 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), five rebounds, two steals, one block and one three-pointer. Jakučionis started a second straight game with Tyler Herro (quad) sidelined, and this outing was far more productive than the first. He set a new career high for rebounds and had one of his most effective scoring nights of the season. Well, it wasn’t exactly an encore. Two days after finishing with 83 points, the second-most in a game in NBA history, Adebayo struggled from the floor and finished with a quarter of his total points from the win over the Wizards. Like Trae Young, Sarr’s playing time has been limited, with the second-year center logging 23 minutes on Thursday. However, that’s all the time he needed to record two steals and five blocked shots, excellent production for category league managers. Young played 21 minutes on Thursday, finishing with solid numbers in points and assists. While the minutes limit does the point guard no favors in terms of fantasy value, getting some production from Young is better than not having him on the floor at all. One game removed from being on the wrong end of a historic performance by Miami’s Bam Adebayo, the Wizards bounced back with a solid effort in Orlando. Coulibaly, whose banked-in three-pointer with five seconds remaining in regulation sent the game into overtime, led the way. His 29 points were a career-high, with the Wizards’ wing recording a complete stat line. The Wizards are still limiting Sarr’s playing time, but he made the most of his 20 minutes on Tuesday. The 28 points are the most in a game for the second-year center since putting up 29 in a January 27 win over the Trail Blazers, and three shy of his season-high.
