Clingan will be back after a one-game absence, which will push Kris Murray to the bench. Robert Williams, who has played well recently, may lose out on a few minutes with Clingan back, but he had been productive in limited minutes anyway. Clingan’s return shouldn’t negatively impact Williams by much.

Due to left adductor strain injury management, Antetokounmpo is back on the Bucks’ injury report. The good news is that he’s considered probable, so he’s likely to play. Antetokounmpo was still able to pour in the points, but after scoring 29 points in 19 minutes in Milwaukee’s last game, this one was underwhelming. He has scored at least 25 points in all three games since he returned from a four-game absence with a groin injury, and the only game this year in which he failed to score 20 points was the game that he exited after scoring 14 points in 13 minutes. Giannis will continue to dominate usage for Milwaukee, though up next is a tough matchup with Detroit.

KPJ made his return to the lineup on Saturday and was solid in that game after missing 19 games with a knee injury. However, he was a stud in this game before exiting with 6:37 left in the fourth due to lower back spasms. This shouldn’t be a lengthy absence for KPJ, but there is a chance he misses Wednesday’s game against the Pistons. Still, this was a phenomenal performance for him, and he has a chance to have a special season, as long as he remains healthy.

The veteran guard has been a consistent part of the Bucks’ rotation off the bench, though he’s currently averaging the fewest points and minutes per game of his career. With Clingan unavailable, the Trail Blazers began Sunday’s loss to the Thunder with a smaller lineup. Kris Murray joined the starters and played 35 minutes, with Robert Williams getting 19 minutes off the bench. If Toronto’s Jakob Poeltl is available for Tuesday’s matchup, that could be a spot where Williams receives the starting nod if Clingan can’t play. However, that isn’t guaranteed, and the Time Lord’s minutes are still being restricted due to his injury history.

With Donovan Clingan sidelined with an illness, Avdija practically filled in as the starting center. He fell one rebound shy of matching his career high for rebounds, but he was still able to record the fourth triple-double of his career. Avdija is enjoying a phenomenal breakout season and will continue to be an elite option in fantasy basketball, even if the lack of defensive stats and subpar shooting percentages have slightly limited him.

Love is still on a two-way contract for Portland, but he has been a source of offense off the bench in recent weeks. He has scored in double figures in four of his last seven appearances, though it hasn’t come efficiently in recent games. Murray got the starting nod with Donovan Clingan (illness) sidelined for this game. It was a smaller starting unit for Portland, and Murray wasn’t able to fill the void on the glass. However, he was able to score in double figures for just the third time this season. This was Murray’s second start of the season, and it was far more productive than the first. He won’t get the chance to start often, but he does have enough upside to make an impact in deeper league when he does.

Rollins led the Bucks with 31 minutes played, but he wasn’t as productive as he has been in recent weeks. The return of Kevin Porter Jr. (knee) may have impacted Rollins’ production. This game isn’t the best data point due to the lopsided score, but this is a situation worth monitoring over the next few weeks. Rollins is clearly enjoying a breakout season and is going to be a productive player for a long time. But KPJ could impact Rollins’ usage in the short term. Antetokounmpo only played 19 minutes due to the lopsided score, but that was more than enough time for him to pour in the points. KPJ injured his knee in the season opener and has been sidelined since. In his first game back, he immediately returned to the starting lineup. Clingan has yet to miss a game this season, and his absence would leave a significant hole in the middle of the Trail Blazers’ lineup. He made his first seven attempts from the field, and the 20 points were the most he’s scored in a game since November 14 (season-high 29 vs. Charlotte). The fourth-year guard pulled down a handful of boards in his 22 minutes, as well, but didn’t have much impact elsewhere. Avdija set a new season-high in scoring on Wednesday, using the three-point shot and accurate shooting inside the arc to achieve it. Six missed free throws prevented the versatile forward from reaching the 40-point mark, and his six turnovers also likely cost him a few shot attempts. However, he also tallied a team-high in assists against the Spurs before the final buzzer sounded. The sharpshooting guard was productive from beyond the arc, as usual, against Miami. However, his playmaking was the bigger story on Wednesday.
