Olynyk has been a consistent presence in the starting lineup since being traded to New Orleans, but this may have been his best performance as a Pelican. He recorded his second double-double since the trade, and he dished out seven dimes for the third time with New Orleans, all of which have come during their last six games. Olynyk has once again been able to thrive while playing significant minutes on a tanking team, and as long as he is available, he should continue to provide strong value for the rest of the season.

Matkovic started on Sunday, but he only logged 16 minutes. With Yves Missi back, Matkovic returned to a reserve role, but he ended up having more success on Monday. He matched his career-high for points and nearly recorded a double-double while still providing multiple swats and triples. The 23-year-old has shown some upside in recent weeks, and he should continue to play a significant role for the remainder of the season, with some spot starts sprinkled in.

Payton made his second appearance on his current 10-day contract and was immediately able to make a huge impact in the assists category. He wasn’t able to match his 21-assist performance from November, which also came with New Orleans. However, it was still an excellent night for him. Despite this being Payton’s 15th appearance this season, with six of those coming with Charlotte, he is one of 12 players to have at least 14 assists in a game twice this year. They don’t play again until Friday, but if he gets the minutes, he should be a solid source of dimes this weekend.

The second-round pick out of Kentucky hasn’t seen a large role with New Orleans consistently despite all the injury issues that they have dealt with this season. Aside from his 34-point outburst in November, this was Reeves’ highest-scoring performance of the season. He was also able to set a new career-high with five triples in this one. Managers should expect Reeves to continue to see minutes for the rest of the season, though they have come too inconsistently for him to be streamed at this time.

Both Cade and THJ were out against New Orleans on Sunday, which allowed Dennis Schroder and Malik Beasley to enter the starting unit for that game. Sasser wasn’t the choice to start once Cade Cunningham was scratched from the Pistons’ lineup, but that did not prevent the second-year guard from having one of his best games this season. The 20 points were two shy of Sasser’s season-high, and this was his first game in double figures since February 11. Holland had one of the best games of his rookie season, impacting the action on both ends of the floor to help the Pistons compensate for Cade Cunningham’s absence. The rookie wing dropped season-highs in minutes (36) and assists (six), and the 26 points matched his previous high. With Cade Cunningham being a late scratch for Sunday’s game, there was room for others to step up offensively. Duren was one of the Pistons who answered the call, notching his first 20-point game since February 21. That was also the last time the third-year center recorded a 20-point double-double, with Sunday’s line raising Duren’s total to three this season. Duren is ranked just outside the top 100 in eight- and nine-cat formats over the past two weeks. Detroit plays three games during Week 21, starting with the Spurs on Tuesday.

Hawkins surpassed the 20-point mark for the second time since the All-Star break and the eighth time this season on Sunday. While there are opportunities for the second-year guard to produce, especially with Trey Murphy out for the season and Zion Williamson also sidelined on Sunday, Hawkins hasn’t consistently taken advantage of them. After scoring 36 points on 14-of-48 shooting in his three games prior, McCollum exploded in Detroit. Recording his first game of 40 points or more since February 13, the veteran guard has met or exceeded that number four times this season. With McCollum being ranked well outside the top 100 in eight- and nine-cat formats over the past two weeks, he needed a day like Sunday to get untracked. Beasley had his typical game Friday against the Mavericks as his only meaningful contribution was in the threes category with him making five of them. It was notable that teammate Tim Hardaway Jr. left the game in the second quarter with an ankle injury and the Pistons predictably leaned on Beasley to pick up the slack, giving him 36 minutes. We’ve seen the Pistons do this at other points in the season. If Hardaway’s ankle injury lingers, Beasley would have a lot of fantasy value playing starter-level minutes.

Cunningham has eclipsed 35 points on three occasions since the start of March. The 23-year-old point guard also chipped in with seven rebounds and six assists. Without Zion Williamson, the Pelicans were no match for the Timberwolves Friday as they lost by 41 points. Alvarado moved into the starting lineup on Wednesday, the Pelicans’ first game since they lost Trey Murphy to a season-ending shoulder injury. He didn’t provide much scoring, but the assists and three-pointers will benefit some deep-league managers. After a brutal 1-of-15 performance in Monday’s loss to the Pistons, McCollum’s accuracy improved on Wednesday. While the rest of the starters’ production was capped by the lopsided score, Cunningham was still able to turn in a strong line in the massive win. It certainly could have been a bigger night if New Orleans was able to keep this game somewhere close. Blowouts have limited Cunningham at times over the past month, but he was still able to be on the floor long enough to make up for Saturday’s 11-point performance that ended early following an ejection. It’s easy to find someone to point fingers at for the blowout loss. McCollum and Jose Alvarado, who started the second half after Trey Murphy exited with a shoulder injury, combined to make just two of their 25 shot attempts.
