Undrafted from Arizona in 2024, Johnson has been a part of the Heat’s bench for the last two seasons. The 24-year-old forward won the slam dunk contest, besting the Spurs’ Carter Bryant in the final round. Bryant earned the only 50 score of the night with a dunk that resembled Vince Carter’s iconic dunk in the 2000 slam dunk contest, but failed to complete a dunk on his next turn. Johnson won the competition with a windmill jam after taking off from a step inside the free throw line.

After putting up All-Star-level numbers with the Clippers last season, Powell was traded to the Heat ahead of the final year of his current contract. And the move east has been a successful one for the guard individually, going into the All-Star break with averages of 23.0 points, 3.6 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.2 steals, and 2.9 three-pointers per game. That production was good enough to earn Powell his first All-Star nod, and he hopes to continue the relationship with the Heat for years to come. “Hopefully, there’s some good synergy from what they’ve seen that I bring to the table,” Powell said, according to the Miami Herald. “And hopefully a deal is able to be done sometime. But yeah, I see myself being here and being a part of the Heat organization for however long they’ll have me.” Having entered the season with a Yahoo! ADP of 86, Powell has offered top-50 fantasy value for most of the season. A lingering subplot for the Heat is Giannis Antetokounmpo’s future in Milwaukee, and the team is one of many that will have more resources at its disposal in the summer to make a move for the star forward if he becomes available.

Queen finished Wednesday’s defeat with a modest stat line, but he did play 31 minutes. Given where the Pelicans are in the standings going into the All-Star break, it would be unsurprising if the rookie played even more once the team returns to play. Rostered in 51 percent of Yahoo! leagues, Queen goes into the All-Star break having been a seventh-round player in eight-cat formats over the past two weeks.

Fears didn’t shoot the ball well, but he was efficient as a playmaker in Wednesday’s defeat. In addition to the eight assists, the rookie guard committed just one turnover in 31 minutes off the bench. It remains to be seen how Dejounte Murray’s eventual return will affect Fears’ playing time, but that may not be a concern. In addition to Murray’s likely minutes restriction whenever he’s cleared, the Pelicans lost Trey Murphy to a shoulder injury during Wednesday’s game. The Pelicans don’t have an incentive to tank, but giving their younger players as many minutes as they can handle after the All-Star break makes sense.

Williamson has scored 18 points or more in four straight games, shooting 45 percent or better from the field in each. While the lack of defensive production may be a point of frustration for some category league managers, the good news is that he hasn’t missed a game since December 11. And over the past two months, Williamson has provided top-50 value for managers punting free-throw percentage, according to Basketball Monster. The Pelicans complete their Week 17 with two games after the All-Star break, starting with Milwaukee on February 20.

Ware’s inconsistency has been maddening, as it’s landed him in Erik Spoelstra’s dog house on multiple occasions. However, after a poor showing in Monday’s loss to the Jazz, he got another opportunity to start on Wednesday. Give Ware credit for taking advantage of the opportunity, recording his second double-double in three games. While his season-long value remains high, Ware’s inconsistency lowers his ceiling. Hopefully, he’ll be able to go on a sustained run of good play after the All-Star break.

While he wasn’t the choice to fill the void left in the starting lineup by Andrew Wiggins, that didn’t prevent Jaquez from having another solid night at the office. And it was much needed, as the Heat wing totaled 13 points on 3-of-19 shooting against the Wizards and Jazz. Jaquez’s 23 points were the most in a game for him since a December 27 win over the Pacers in which he dropped 28. Add in the other categories, and this was an excellent night to have Jaquez rostered. Myron Gardner made the spot start in Wiggins’ absence, finishing with eight points, 10 rebounds, three assists, one steal, one block and two three-pointers in 23 minutes.

Murphy’s early exit with right shoulder soreness is concerning. His 2024-25 season ended early due to a torn labrum in his right shoulder, and now he’s dealing with an issue in the same area. Alarms shouldn’t be raised yet, but this is a situation worth monitoring, especially in a lost season for New Orleans. Jeremiah Fears should return to the starting unit if Murphy misses more than just the end of this game.

This was the second time in his last three games that Wiggins scored exactly 26 points, a number he has only surpassed on two other occasions this season. Wiggins has been solid this season, and his production as of late, poor free throw shooting aside, has been excellent. For the second straight game, Jakučionis finished with at least 20 points and exactly six three-pointers. Those are the only two such games of his career. The rookie got off to a hot start, scoring 17 points in the first half. Unfortunately, he cooled down after the break and wasn’t able to expand on his early success. Adebayo didn’t have an efficient night shooting the ball, but he was able to record a 20-point double-double for the seventh time in 2026. While Fears’ final stat line was boosted by a fourth quarter in which he tallied ten points on 4-of-4 shooting, the rookie was solid throughout. Murphy has been on a roll in February, providing top-5 per-game value in eight- and nine-cat formats over the past week. In addition to knocking down five three-pointers, he recorded a team-high seven assists on Monday. Jakučionis had the best game of his rookie season on Sunday, recording new highs in points and three-pointers. The 6-foot-6 guard shot 6-of-6 from beyond the arc and made 80 percent of his attempts from the field. Jakučionis’ fantasy value moving forward depends on the availability of Davion Mitchell (5/2/3/1 and one three-pointer in 25 minutes), as his opportunities tend to be limited when “Off Night” is available. With Sunday’s game being a blowout, Jakučionis got to play more during the fourth quarter.

Miami rolled on Sunday, and that factored into Ware getting more playing time than he has recently. However, that should not be used to overlook his performance, which was the other reason why the second-year center logged 30 minutes.
