Banchero could’ve probably had a triple-double if he played a few more minutes. Nevertheless, the 23-year-old power forward led the Magic to victory over the Bulls as he was +21 in 27 minutes. He had 14 points on 10 attempts from the field, nine rebounds and seven assists. Banchero and the Magic didn’t have the year they’d hoped for this season, leading to him providing 11th-round per game value.

Wagner played only 23 minutes, but was very efficient with 25 points on 13 attempts from the field. After scoring 25 points or more in three consecutive games, Bane was limited to 18 on Wednesday. Wagner shot the ball well on Wednesday, but of greater concern for him and the Magic was his third-quarter left knee injury. The good news is that Franz returned to action later in the quarter, finishing with 22 minutes played. However, given the amount of time he missed due to the high left ankle sprain suffered in early December, the last thing the Magic needed was to see Wagner injured again. Recording his 12th double-double of the season, Queen finished Tuesday’s victory three assists shy of his third triple-double. And much to the delight of the Pelicans, the rookie center enjoyed one of his most impactful games as a defender. More active on that end of the floor, Queen recorded three steals and two blocked shots. Peavy has not been a consistent member of the Pelicans’ rotation this season, which makes this part of the season that much more important for him. Given the many absences from the Pelicans’ rotation, Tuesday’s game was set up to be a showcase for Fears. The rookie guard took full advantage, as he set the Pelicans franchise rookie record for points in a game. And this wasn’t an inefficient 40, either. Fears shot over 50 percent from the field and committed just two turnovers. He was 1-of-7 from beyond the arc, but that’s the only negative to take away from the rookie’s performance.

Williamson’s final line was adequate, but most fantasy managers who roster the forward expect more.
