Since it was Washington’s second game in as many nights, Middleton did not play in Saturday’s loss to the Mavericks. His return means Justin Champagnie will head back to the bench, where he isn’t worth the risk in any fantasy leagues. Johnson will make his third start as the Wizards remain without Bilal Coulibaly.

Robinson is still being limited due to left ankle injury management, which explains his appearance on the injury report. And with New York hosting Orlando on Wednesday, it’s possible that he won’t play against Memphis. If Robinson sits, Landry Shamet is the most likely replacement in the starting lineup, with Josh Hart and Ariel Hukporti also being options. Hart’s fantasy value will be fine whether he starts or comes off the bench, while Hukporti should not be streamed in any league format.

Brunson didn’t have to do much on Sunday, as five other Knicks finished the 134-98 victory in double figures. The point guard still dished out seven assists and shot 3-of-8 from beyond the arc, and he only played 29 minutes. In fact, no Knicks starter reached 30 minutes. While that may not be great for fantasy managers, Brunson and the other starters remained effective. New York plays three games during Week 4, starting with the Grizzlies on Tuesday.

The Knicks’ wings continue to shine in first-year head coach Mike Brown’s system. Anunoby has scored at least 19 points in four of his last five games, and he finished Sunday’s rout a blocked shot shy of a complete stat line. Boasting a Yahoo! ADP of 66, he’s close to providing first-round value in 12-team formats. Mikal Bridges, who’s been just as good as Anunoby, contributed 16 points (6-of-8 FGs), one rebound, five assists and four three-pointers on Sunday. Whether the wing tandem can continue to approach first-round value for the entire season is up for debate. Still, Anunoby and Bridges are capable of exceeding their ADPs by a considerable margin.

Towns extended his double-double streak to nine games on Sunday, taking full advantage of matchups that worked in his favor. The Knicks center/forward attempted two three-pointers, matching his season-low, doing all of his work in the restricted area or just outside of it. Towns is providing top-20 value in nine-cat formats, not too far off from his Yahoo! ADP (12). The Knicks play three home games within four days during Week 4, starting with the Grizzlies on Tuesday.

Sarr came up big for Washington in this game and was able to turn in a strong line across the board. Overall this season, his rebounding has been improved, but the last two games have been rough in that department; he matched his season-low for boards in this one. Still, this has been an excellent start to Sarr’s second season in the league, and he’ll look to keep it going in Detroit on Monday.

Since scoring 14 points in the season opener, Whitmore has only scored in double figures once and hasn’t played a significant role. However, he was able to contribute off the bench in this game and set a new season-high for points. Still, outside of the buckets, he only contributed three boards. That’s it. Whitmore is a talented scorer, but until he is able to contribute in other areas, his upside and minutes will both be limited.

It was a tale of two halves for McCollum. He got off to a scorching hot start to this game, scoring 23 points in the first half alone. That came after he had a season-high 25 points on Friday. He only scored two points after the break, and he wasn’t able to help the Wizards end their losing streak. Still, this two-game stretch was great to see from McCollum after he scored a total of eight points over the two previous games.

Middleton had four points in 22 minutes in the loss to the Cavaliers on Friday, but he’ll sit out the second game of the back-to-back. Unsurprisingly, Sarr struggled on the glass against Cleveland’s tandem of Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen. However, the second-year center shot over 50 percent from the field and recorded four blocks, continuing to make strides on both ends of the floor. Sarr’s start to the season has been very encouraging, but there’s still room for improvement. Can he be a top-50 fantasy player for the entire season? Yes. But, for those who don’t believe in Sarr that much, now would be a good time to see what selling high can fetch on the trade market.

Having shot 3-of-19 from the field and 1-of-10 from three in his two previous games, McCollum was looking to snap out of that funk. Mission accomplished, as he shot 50 percent from the field and led the Wizards in scoring. Thirteen of his 16 shot attempts were from beyond the arc, and he has a three-point attempt rate of nearly 55 percent through nine games. When the shots are falling at a solid clip, as they were on Friday, that’s a nice deal for those who have McCollum rostered.

With Bilal Coulibaly unavailable due to injury, Johnson made his first career start on Friday. While he certainly would have preferred to do so in a win, the rookie guard had a good night on the offensive end of the floor. Johnson provided solid value in points, three-pointers and field-goal percentage, although he was just 1-of-3 from the foul line. Johnson’s value at this point in the season hinges on the availability of players like Coulibaly, but the rookie certainly has the potential to be a “silly season” standout.

Back in the Knicks’ starting lineup after missing Monday’s win over the Wizards, Robinson was dominant on the offensive glass. In just 16 minutes of action, he grabbed nine offensive rebounds and finished with his second double-figure rebounding effort in three games played. Robinson also blocked three shots and made 80 percent of his field-goal attempts, providing solid value to the few fantasy managers who have him rostered. Brunson recorded his first double-double of the season on Wednesday, including a season-high 10 assists. Finishing three rebounds shy of his first career triple-double, the Knicks’ point guard has increased his scoring average. Averaging 26.0 per night last season, he’s up to 28.3 through eight games. While the ball has been in the hands of the Knicks’ wings more often than it was last season, Brunson is still a focal point of the team’s offensive actions. While it’s still early in the 2025-26 season, Sarr’s progress from Year 1 to Year 2 has been impressive. He was one of the few bright spots in Wednesday’s blowout loss, continuing an excellent run to begin the season. Sarr is providing top-25 value in nine-cat formats thus far, and you’d be hard-pressed to find a fantasy manager who expected this level of production. While Wizards second-year center Alex Sarr has shown signs of improvement thus far, he still isn’t a match for stronger post players.
