Collier finished one assist shy of a double-double on Saturday, with his playing time receiving a bump due to Utah losing by a franchise-record 55 points. With Keyonte George (four points, two rebounds, five assists, one steal and one block in 23 minutes) having the best season of his brief NBA career, Collier’s fantasy upside is limited. However, he’s worth a look in deep leagues for managers needing assists.

Sensabaugh’s offensive performance was the lone bright spot for the Jazz in Saturday’s 150-95 defeat. Scoring isn’t an issue for the third-year wing, but he has offered minimal value outside of points and three-pointers. Over the past two weeks, Sensabaugh has an eight-cat value ranked outside the top-150. While playing time shouldn’t be an issue for him when the silly season rolls around, the category-league value will be limited.

Plus/minus is an imperfect stat, but Williams made the kind of history that no player wants on Saturday. His rating of minus-60 was the worst in league history (spanning 30 years of play-by-play data). He shot the ball relatively well, but the overall production wasn’t there for a player making his second consecutive start. Williams will have more opportunities between now and the end of the season, but he isn’t worth stashing for the “silly season.”

Chet Holmgren joining Isaiah Hartenstein and Jaylin Williams on the sidelines did not push “Kenny Hustle” into the starting lineup, but it did guarantee him more playing time. Williams made the most of his opportunity, recording season-highs in points, rebounds and three-pointers. He’s rostered in less than one percent of Yahoo! leagues, so there weren’t many fantasy managers willing to roll the dice. Williams’ night should only influence the thinking of fantasy managers if the Thunder are just as shorthanded for Sunday’s game against the Heat.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was unavailable for Friday’s game, which led to a spot start for Mitchell. Despite coming off the bench on most nights, the second-year guard has been productive enough to merit being rostered in some 12-team formats, so Friday’s output was unsurprising. Over the past two weeks, Mitchell has offered top-75 per-game value in eight- and nine-cat formats. If SGA remains out for Sunday’s game against the Heat, fantasy managers should not hesitate to stream Mitchell if he’s sitting on the waiver wire.

Playing without Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Chet Holmgren, among others, Friday’s game was one in which the Thunder appeared to be at a serious disadvantage. And they would trail by 21 points during the third quarter, seemingly underlining that assumption. However, Williams and the other available Thunder didn’t accept that, going on a 14-0 run to take the lead in the final minute. J-Dub didn’t score any of those 14 points, but his 26 beforehand helped Oklahoma City stay afloat. The Thunder end Week 12 with a home game against the Heat on Sunday.

Calayton Jr. is enjoying a nice stretch to begin the new calendar year. Thursday’s solid performance gives him back-to-back games with double-digit points and four three-pointers. He logged north of 20 minutes in each of these games, which, notably, weren’t garbage-time minutes. The former national champion with the Florida Gators seems to be firmly in the nightly rotation at this point, with each productive performance likely helping him maintain his spot.

George had a relatively average game production-wise, finishing with fewer than 20 points for only the 12th time this season and less than two three-pointers for the 11th time. He was his usual productive self as a facilitator, leading Utah in assists for the game. And he was also active on defense, finishing as Utah’s leader in steals, ultimately helping his final line stand out a bit more. George has been stellar throughout his third NBA season and should continue to perform well moving forward.

The veteran center has been on a roll of late. Wednesday’s double-double marked his second straight, and also marked the sixth consecutive game in which he’s totaled at least 15 points. George notched his first triple-double in nearly a month in the overtime defeat. He didn’t shoot well from the floor, but high volume allowed him to escape with a 20-point outing after failing to do so on Monday vs. Portland. Williams had a solid outing, functioning as OKC’s main facilitator on Wednesday. He led the Thunder in assists before finishing just shy of the 20-point mark in the overtime victory. Fantasy managers will hope for better shooting going forward, especially from the three-point line, to pair with the current level of playmaking he’s displayed for a second straight season. Holmgren delivered his best performance of the calendar year, putting on a two-way clinic to help end the Thunder’s two-game skid. In his season-high 40 minutes of game action, Holmgren led his team in blocks, was the only OKC player to collect double-digit rebounds, and finished as one of two to score at least 20 points. Struggles from the free-throw line and from beyond the arc prevented him from finishing with greater scoring totals. Still, he had an impactful night and should be in line for another good outing on Friday against the Grizzlies.

Gilgeous-Alexander was exceptional in the overtime win, going for 40-plus points for the first time since November. He scored efficiently after a couple of bad shooting performances, which helped OKC end a two-game losing streak. The Thunder has struggled in recent weeks, having lost six of its last 12 games prior to Wednesday’s contest. Oklahoma City led by as many as 18 but faltered down the home stretch as Phoenix rallied late to pull out a comeback win.
