Rostered in 31 percent of Yahoo! leagues, Mitchell continues to provide top-100 value in nine-cat formats. He filled in for the injured Luguentz Dort on Wednesday, providing efficient scoring and playmaking. The lone disappointment for those who rostered Mitchell was that he didn’t record any defensive stats despite averaging 1.6 steals per game. If Dort’s shoulder injury sidelines him for an extended period, Mitchell will be even more appealing to deep-league managers and some standard-league managers as well.

While Wiggins’ value in category leagues hasn’t been great thus far, he has been a valuable option for fantasy managers needing points and three-pointers. He notched season-highs in both categories on Wednesday, taking advantage of the move into the starting lineup due to Chet Holmgren’s absence. Wiggins is rostered in 17 percent of Yahoo! leagues, which is a fair percentage due to the role and production. He’ll remain a specialist in fantasy leagues, but there would be added streaming value if Luguentz Dort (shoulder) misses additional time.

Gilgeous-Alexander recorded another 30-point game on Wednesday, but it wasn’t enough to keep the Thunder from suffering their first defeat of the season. Oklahoma City was down multiple contributors in Portland, so having a chance to force overtime in the final seconds speaks highly of what SGA and the other available players were able to do. Making his second consecutive start for the injured Khris Middleton (knee), Champagnie hit double figures for the first time this season. While it’s still early in the 2025-26 season, Sarr’s progress from Year 1 to Year 2 has been impressive. He was one of the few bright spots in Wednesday’s blowout loss, continuing an excellent run to begin the season. Sarr is providing top-25 value in nine-cat formats thus far, and you’d be hard-pressed to find a fantasy manager who expected this level of production. While some may be tempted to sell high, his role is such that Sarr can still provide excellent value, and he won’t be a shutdown risk on this rebuilding team.

Despite missing the season’s first five games with a knee injury, Joe has hit the ground running for the Thunder. He notched a season-high 22 points on Tuesday, the second time in three games that he’s scored at least 20. The Thunder remained undefeated on the season, and Gilgeous-Alexander led the way with another game of at least 30 points scored — his sixth time going over 30 in the first seven games of the season. Bub Carrington (10/5/5/1/1 with two three-pointers) runs the show, but McCollum has the ball in his hands plenty.
