A double-digit scorer in five of his last seven appearances, Walker’s 19 points were the most in a game for him since late-November. While the third-year forward isn’t a trustworthy fantasy option right now, he’s someone who could be more valuable during the “silly season.” Given where the Pacers are in the standings, young players like Walker shouldn’t lack for opportunities after the All-Star break.

While Siakam has scored at least 21 points in five straight appearances, Wednesday’s was his first with at least 30 since a January 8 win over the Hornets. While it has been tough sledding for the Pacers’ forward, he’s managed to provide top-100 per-game value in eight- and nine-cat formats. That doesn’t align with Siakam’s ADP (30), but things could be far worse for those who have him rostered.

According to Carlisle, Mathurin, who has not played since January 2, is progressing in his recovery from thumb and toe injuries. While the head coach also noted that he’s unsure when the wing will be able to play in games, Carlisle said on January 16 that he believed that Mathurin could play at some point during the Pacers’ current five-game road trip. Johnny Furphy should remain in the starting lineup until Mathurin can play without restriction.

Maxey extended his streak of games with at least 20 points to three, but the Suns made him work for everything he got on Tuesday. The good news for fantasy managers is that Maxey did not compound the poor shooting with a high turnover count. He only committed two, and low-turnover nights have been the norm for the All-Star Game starter throughout his NBA career.

Tuesday’s game was the first for Edgecombe in which he scored at least 20 points since January 3. With Joel Embiid and Paul George out, there were more shots available to the rookie, whose 21 attempts were the most in a game for him since December 30. Edgecombe is shooting 41.3 percent from the field over the past two weeks, which has limited him to eighth-round per-game value in eight-cat formats.

Oubre scored 16 points in the first half of Tuesday’s game, giving the 76ers a needed boost with Tyrese Maxey struggling to get going. Unfortunately, for those with the Tsunami Papi rostered, there wasn’t much offensive production after halftime. Still, Oubre totaled 39 points in two starts for the injured Paul George. Hours after being named an All-Star starter, Maxey was able to turn in a monster stat line. Most of the numbers are things he has done all season, but he was able to set a new career high for steals, obliterating his previous mark of five. For the second time this season, Embiid was able to score 30 points in consecutive games. It took him some time to get on track, and he still isn’t as productive as he used to be, but he’s certainly still able to score at an elite level. He’ll continue to light up the scoreboard when he’s available, and his minutes have gone up, which is encouraging for his health. However, that doesn’t mean he’s going to play back-to-backs. Except him to be ruled out against the Suns on Tuesday.

With Paul George (knee) sidelined for the first leg of this back-to-back, Oubre was able to get the starting nod. He has been an inconsistent producer as a reserve, but he took advantage of this opportunity and had his highest scoring game since Nov. 8. He can be productive as a starter, but that is a role that he’ll only have when there is an injury in front of him. George should be back to take on the Suns on Tuesday, so Oubre should head back to the bench.

Nesmith got a rest night on Saturday, but the extra time off didn’t lead to a better performance. He had a rough shooting night and set a new career high for turnovers. He was able to somewhat offset the struggles by setting a season high for rebounds and contributing on the defensive end. This is the fifth straight game he has shot below 40 percent from the floor, and he’s shot below 25 percent in three of those. It has been a rough season overall for Nesmith, and there isn’t much reason to roster him at this point.

Saturday’s game was the first for Jackson since suffering a concussion during a December 22 loss to the Celtics. This was Embiid’s fifth 30-point game of the season, but it wasn’t enough for the 76ers to get the win.
