Injuries took Thybulle off the board for most fantasy managers even before this season began. But Thursday showed what he’s capable of when allowed to take on a more prominent role. With the Pelicans going small for significant stretches, Thybulle played 31 minutes while starting center Donovan Clingan (4/9/2/1) played 22 due to foul trouble. A disappointing end to Week 23 for Clingan was a positive one for Thybulle, who finished a blocked shot shy of a complete stat line.

Camara has scored at least 17 points in each of his last three games, and he’s made multiple three-pointers in each of his last seven. The only negative for fantasy managers was that Week 23 was a two-game week for the Trail Blazers, limiting Camara’s value. For those whose leagues run through Week 24, they’ll get another four games out of the third-year forward.

Holiday has been on a roll from deep recently, having made at least three three-pointers in each of his last five games. And in wins over the Clippers and Pelicans, he shot a combined 14-of-30 from beyond the arc. Add in the rebounds and assists, and this was an excellent end to Week 23 for Holiday. For those whose leagues run through Week 24, the Trail Blazers play four games.

While he shot just 35 percent from the field on Thursday, Avdija recorded a complete stat line in the win over the Pelicans. He’s scored at least 20 points in four straight appearances, and 17 or more in 14 straight. As long as Avdija can keep the turnovers in check, he’ll provide excellent value, especially in category leagues. Unfortunately, the Trail Blazers are done for Week 23, so there’s no more value to be gained from Avdija this season.

Gafford injured his right shoulder during Tuesday’s loss to the Bucks, but his name is not on the injury report for Friday. The same can be said for Marshall, who did not play at all. Both are worth slotting into fantasy lineups, especially with P.J. Washington and Marvin Bagley III trending toward sitting. Gafford being available means fewer opportunities for Moussa Cissé, who is not guaranteed to be active as a two-way contract player.

Due to the doubtful tags, Washington and Bagley are likely to remain out on Friday. This was an offensive outburst for Holiday, which led to his third 30-point game of the season. This performance was only surpassed by his outing against the Grizzlies on March 4, where he contributed 35 points and eight three-pointers. Holiday has been a strong starter for the Blazers this season, though performances like this haven’t come often. He’ll look to carry some of this production into Thursday’s matchup with the Pelicans, which will be their final game of the week.

Rough free throw shooting has limited Avdija’s value as of late, but he was able to have a productive night from there in this game while also recording his third double-double of the month. Avdija has enjoyed a breakout season, though he has certainly cooled off over the past two months. The back injury that has forced him to miss time is certainly a reason, and Portland will hope to have him at 100 percent for the postseason.

Williams scored 12 points in the first half of this game and ended up starting the second half in place of Ryan Nembhard. Williams continues to be a reliable source of points, and he has been a decent source of assists, though he wasn’t in this game. This was his highest-scoring performance since March 3, and he has scored in double figures in every game he has completed since before the All-Star break. He’ll continue to pour in the points over the final six games of the season for Dallas.

It was another rough shooting night for Flagg, who shot 5-of-19 from the floor just 24 hours before this. However, he was able to make more of an impact in other ways in this game. Williams had one of Dallas’ better individual performances on Monday, despite his production coming from off the bench. He showed up all over the box score in his 28 minutes of game action and continues to have a relatively strong season for the Mavericks. Flagg struggled on Monday, as did many of the Mavericks’ starters. He just made it out of single figures in points in his 31 minutes of action, and failed to make much of an impact in other areas of the game. Gafford returned to the rotation on Monday following a two-game absence as he dealt with a shoulder injury. He thrived in his return, finishing two rebounds shy of a double in his 24 minutes of action, while also being the only Mavericks player to reach 20 points. Avdjia did everything but make a three-pointer on Friday, helping compensate for another high-turnover night. The Trail Blazers’ playmaker was responsible for five turnovers against the Mavericks, and he’s been responsible for at least three in each of his last ten appearances.
