The 30-year-old power forward missed Friday’s game against the Suns, though his absence doesn’t impact the Knicks rotation or fantasy basketball significantly. Avdija was just 5-of-15 from the field in this one, but made all eight of his free throws on his way to 20 points. The 25-year-old small forward has scored at least 20 points in nine of his last 10 games. Avdija is providing fourth-round per game value over the last two weeks. Towns recorded another double-double on Friday, but the impact was muted. Not only did he fail to record any defensive stats, but the 7-footer was responsible for a team-high five turnovers. Once again, McBride got off to a good start, scoring 12 points in the first quarter of Friday’s game. Unfortunately, he didn’t offer much value offensively in the final three periods, but the final stat line was solid. Camara had another well-rounded performance in Wednesday’s win, despite shooting inefficiently from beyond the arc. To say that Towns wasn’t thrilled with only attempting four shots in Monday’s 31-point loss to the Pistons would be an understatement; some may even interpret his comments after Wednesday’s victory to be passive-aggressive. What matters is that KAT was more heavily involved in the offense, and while he didn’t produce a good field-goal percentage, the overall stat line was more in line with what he should do consistently. Coming off arguably his worst performance of the season, Sharpe bounced back in a big way in this blowout victory. Clingan dominated early on in this game and entered the halftime break with a double-double. This was his third straight double-double, and he has one in five of his last six games. However, it’s the deep-range shooting that has been the real revelation. He hit a total of 14 triples as a rookie, but he has five over his last two games and 12 over his last seven.
