Murray aggravated his sprained left ankle during a February 25 game against the Rockets and has not played since. With the update provided by the Kings on Friday, he’s unlikely to be an impact option for fantasy managers again this season. Nique Clifford is as close to a must-add as a player can be going into the silly season, and Precious Achiuwa is also worth a long look in 12-team leagues. Daeqwon Plowden has cracked the rotation, but Clifford and Achiuwa should be the priorities of fantasy managers.

There was some surprise regarding the Pacers’ decision to play Zubac and Andrew Nembhard (8/5/7/2) in both games of their back-to-back. And while head coach Rick Carlisle said that they would be under minutes restrictions, the tandem played 29 and 32 minutes, respectively. Zubac had a decent night, recording a complete stat line. Regarding the minutes, the rivalry between the franchises may have been a factor. That’s something to be mindful of next week, as Tuesday’s rematch is the first game of a back-to-back for Indiana.

While his offense has been hit-or-miss, Walker has made strides in terms of his overall production since the All-Star break. He’s been a top-100 player in eight-cat formats since the break, doing enough to merit being rostered in 14-team leagues. As long as he’s healthy, Walker is one of the Pacers players whose minutes should be relatively safe for the rest of the season. The Pacers end Week 20 with a game against the Bucks on Sunday.

Cardwell sprained his ankle in mid-February, and he was given a four-week re-evaluation timeline on February 18. Slawson signed a two-way deal with Indiana in February, and this was his second time suiting up for the Pacers. He only played 11 minutes in his debut, but he played 32 minutes in this game and ended up turning in a strong line. The 2023 second-round pick should continue to play a role for Indiana over the rest of the season, but it will likely be too inconsistent for him to be worth rostering, even if he was productive in this one.

Nembhard got off to an insanely hot start to this game, entering halftime with 23 points while only missing one field goal attempt and one free throw. Unfortunately, he entered the game dealing with both a back injury and a neck injury, and he ended up not suiting up in the second half, though there was no official announcement from the team. This was still a productive night for him, but it was cut short by an early exit.

Zubac made his long-awaited debut for Indiana after they acquired him ahead of February’s trade deadline. He was solid in 16 minutes in the first half, though he didn’t suit up in the second half. It was great to see him suit up for his new team, but it is clear that the priority for the Pacers is to still maintain their pick, which is top-four protected. DeRozan’s output was limited on Thursday, and that’s been the case since the All-Star break. In eight games, the veteran wing has averaged 14.4 points, 2.1 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 0.8 steals while shooting 43 percent from the field. DeRozan played 27 minutes against the Pelicans, and his playing time is something to watch moving forward. Fellow starter Nique Clifford (7/5/3 with one three-pointer) only played 21 minutes against New Orleans, and for the Kings’ future, it would probably be best if Clifford were asked to log heavy minutes the rest of the way.

However, it’s fair to question whether Westbrook will be asked to play 30-plus minutes consistently between now and the end of the season, especially with Devin Carter needing more playing time for evaluation.
