LaVine had a brutal afternoon in Orlando. While the field goal percentage wasn’t terrible, Saturday’s loss was the third game this month in which he’s failed to crack double digits in attempts. Add in five turnovers, and Saturday was a day to forget for fantasy managers that have LaVine rostered. And over the past two weeks, he’s ranked outside the top 250 in nine-cat formats. LaVine will look to turn things around during a four-game Week 22, which begins in Indianapolis on Monday.

Sabonis has reached double figures in rebounds in four straight games, including three double-doubles. However, he only shot 33.3 percent from the field in Orlando, and a combination of poor foul shooting and limited defensive production has weighed down the center’s fantasy value. Over the past two weeks, Sabonis is ranked just inside the top 100 in eight-cat formats and has only been a 12th-round player in nine-cat. With the Kings looking to hold onto a play-in spot, they’ll need more production from Sabonis, and fantasy managers can say the same.

DeRozan has scored at least 20 points in nine of his last 10 outings but has not recorded a 30-point game since March 9. However, he’s only shot 43.5 percent from the field over the past two weeks, negatively impacting the veteran wing’s fantasy value. DeRozan has only been an eight-round player in nine-cat formats over the past two weeks, a disappointing return for a player who has been a top-50 option for most of the season. DeRozan and the Kings begin a four-game Week 22 on Monday against the Pacers.

Carter injured his right shoulder as he attempted to strip Paolo Banchero of the basketball, immediately exiting the game. The positive is that it was his left shoulder that was operated on last summer, not the right. The return of Giannis Antetokounmpo also resulted in Rollins moving back into the starting lineup on Friday. The performance was arguably his best as a pro, with the third-year guard scoring a career-high 20 points. Rollins, who shot 66.7 percent from the field, provided solid value in the rebound, assist and three-point categories. He isn’t a great streaming option, but Rollins has a more straightforward path to consistent value with Damian Lillard (calf) out of the lineup. Gary Trent Jr. (14 points, one rebound and four three-pointers) is a safer streaming option despite coming off the bench.

After scoring 15 points or less in three straight games, Kuzma recorded his first 20-point stat line since March 20. Unfortunately for fantasy managers, the move from Washington to Milwaukee has not boosted Kuzma’s fantasy value. However, there is now more room for him to flourish offensively, as Damian Lillard (calf) is unavailable. Whether or not Kuzma can make the most of this opportunity will impact the Bucks and fantasy basketball, as Milwaukee is still in the hunt for the four-seed in the East.

Back in the Bucks’ lineup after missing Wednesday’s loss to the Nuggets, Antetokounmpo recorded his third straight 30-point game on Friday. The percentages were good, and the star forward provided solid value in the rebound and assist categories. Over the past two weeks, Giannis has been a top-30 player in eight-cat formats. After missing Sacramento’s last three games, Monk made his return to the rotation on Thursday. He was listed as a starter and even announced as one in the arena, but he ended up coming off the bench, with Keon Ellis remaining in the starting lineup. Ellis ended up playing 31 minutes to Monk’s 17 and contributing 10 points, three rebounds, two assists, six steals, one block and two triples. It’s unclear if Ellis will continue to start, or if Monk is still getting his conditioning back after dealing with an illness. This is a situation worth keeping an eye on.

This game was all about buckets for LaVine, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing at this point. Outside of the two rebounds he grabbed, he didn’t contribute any non-points value for fantasy managers. However, he scored less than 20 points in each of Sacramento’s last four games, and he was incredibly efficient with his shot on Thursday. Sure, it would be nice if he did more than score, but he won’t put up goose eggs in nearly every other category like he did in this game often. He’ll look to keep the offense flowing during their upcoming six-game road trip against Eastern Conference teams, which starts in Orlando on Saturday.

Sabonis was quiet against Oklahoma City on Tuesday as a scorer, but he continues to be a dominant force on the glass. Through his first three games back after the ankle injury that forced him to miss three games, Sabonis has averaged 16 boards. Unfortunately, he has missed nine games since the All-Star break and has exited early from two of the games that he played in. Even with the move into the starting lineup, not much changed for Trent regarding where he provided value. Eleven of his 15 shot attempts were from beyond the arc, with the Bucks guard connecting on four. DeRozan’s streak of seven consecutive games with 20 points or more came to a screeching halt on Tuesday. The 10 points were the fewest since December 22, when he scored a season-low two in a loss to the Pacers. The good news for fantasy managers is that DeRozan recorded decent numbers in the rebound and assist categories, minimizing some of the damage done by a 4-of-15 night from the field.
