Already without Zach LaVine, the Kings won’t have Keegan Murray for Saturday’s game, either. As a result, Ellis enters the starting lineup, which raises his fantasy ceiling. While most valuable for what he can do defensively, Ellis will have more opportunities to contribute offensively. Some fantasy managers will also hope that this means Malik Monk will take on a more prominent role off the bench.

Sharpe appeared on Friday to be on pace for a seventh straight 20-point game after tallying 12 first-half points on efficient shooting. Yet, the fourth-year guard shot only 2-of-10 from the floor after halftime and tallied four points the rest of the way. He didn’t do much on the glass and had minimal impact as a facilitator, leaving him without much fantasy production overall on Friday. Sharpe will have an opportunity to bounce back against the Celtics on Sunday.

Camara followed up a 0-of-6 shooting performance from the three-point line against the Magic by draining five against the Clippers on Friday. It marked the seventh time in December that the third-year forward has tallied at least three makes from beyond the arc. If he can remain efficient from long distance on this type of volume, he’ll have a chance to turn himself into one of the better young 3-and-D wings in the league.

Avdija flirted with a triple-double on Friday, ultimately landing one assist and one rebound shy of the feat. He dominated inside the arc and found scoring in several ways, including at the rim, in the midrange, and by working his way to the charity stripe, before finishing as Portland’s leading scorer. Avidja has had a breakout sixth NBA season and is performing like one of the most productive forwards in the league. As the clear No. 1 option, he’ll likely continue to put up big numbers for the Trail Blazers and be an impact player in fantasy leagues.

After going from questionable to probable ahead of Friday’s game, Murray’s recent upgrade to available should come as no surprise. The fourth-year forward tied a season high in points the last time he took the floor, and will enter Friday’s contest with a bit of momentum. Despite the strong recent performance, Murray is not someone fantasy managers should consider to be rosterable at the moment. He’ll likely remain in Portland’s starting lineup against the Clippers.

Love’s role with Portland has bene inconsistent, but the undrafted guard has had some big scoring nights. This was his sixth game scoring in double figures this year, and he also got it done on the defensive end in this one by blocking the first three shots of his career. This was a third straight start for Murray, who has replaced Jerami Grant while he is sidelined with Achilles tendonitis. It isn’t expected to be a long-term absence for Grant, but Murray should continue to start until he returns. Avdija’s field goal percentage has suffered recently, but he has still been able to pour in the counting stats. Over his last six games, he has shot 40 percent or worse in five of them. His percentages haven’t been great this year, but this is a step down for him. Still, he has had an excellent season. While most of the focus has been on Maxime Raynaud (eight points, eight rebounds, two assists and one block) recently, and rightfully so, it was Achiuwa who stole the show on Tuesday. Not only did he match his season high with 15 points, but he also set a new high with 11 rebounds. Add in the defensive stats and Tuesday’s performance by Achiuwa, and some may push to add him. Not so fast, as he totaled nine points and eight rebounds in the previous three games. One game removed from hitting five three-pointers, Westbrook hit four more on Tuesday. Over the last two games, he’s shot 9-of-24 from deep. Three-point percentage is not a scoring category in most fantasy leagues, so the hope is that the increased willingness to put up those shots won’t crater Westbrook’s overall field-goal percentage. Make it three double-doubles in as many games for Raynaud, whose 14 boards were a season-high. While Murray has reached double figures in five straight and six of his last seven games, 20-point efforts have been few and far between. Sunday’s was his first since November 28, and the Kings forward is up to three on the season. Of course, Murray did not make his first appearance until November 20. However, the number of scorers within the Kings’ rotation has limited his ceiling as a scorer, so it was encouraging to see Murray be as productive as he was on Sunday. Portland blew significant leads late in regulation and overtime, but Avdija came to the rescue to help the Blazers avoid a terrible loss. His two free throws with 1.5 seconds remaining in overtime gave Portland the 134-133 victory, and the wing finished with his eighth 30-point game of the season.
