Following a 10-game absence, Harper’s return to the lineup was uneventful. The rookie guard played only 17 minutes off the bench and shot the ball inefficiently during his time on the floor. He was averaging 14.4 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 4.6 assists in 25.8 minutes per game over the first five games of the season before getting hurt against the Suns on November 2. With De’Aaron Fox back in the lineup and Stephon Castle’s return likely not too far away, it’s hard to predict how much of an impact Harper will make from a fantasy basketball standpoint moving forward. However, his ceiling remains high.

Vassell was San Antonio’s second-best scorer on Wednesday, finishing as one of two Spurs to reach the 20-point mark. He found his scoring production by way of effective three-point shooting, while also being efficient inside the arc. The scoring total tied a season high and marked his seventh straight game scoring in double figures. Vassell’s only other area of impact from a fantasy basketball standpoint came as a rebounder.

Fox erupted for his highest scoring performance of the season on Wednesday. The three-point shot worked in his favor, as free-throw production was also a key in his scoring total. The near-40-point outing also marked the sixth game in a row that the lefty guard has scored at least 24 points. Additionally, he finished as the Spurs’ leader in assists and came up two dimes short of the double-double. He’s integrated himself into the rotation nicely after missing the start of the season due to injury.

Harper will return following a 10-day absence, though it’s unclear if he’ll face any restrictions in his first game back. Despite not recording any defensive stats, Daniels provided solid value in the rebound and assist categories. Over the past two weeks, he has been a seventh-round player in 12-team, nine-cat formats, ranking just outside the top-75. While Trae Young’s absence has not boosted Daniels’ fantasy value to the heights some hoped, he’s been better than he was at the start of the season. The Hawks play games on Friday and Sunday to end Week 6.

Unsurprisingly, Okonwgu’s return to the bench did not negatively impact his fantasy value. He’s scored at least 20 points in six of his last seven appearances, providing top-15 value in nine-at formats during this stretch. While some fantasy managers may be tempted to sell high, a better course of action may be to hold onto him. Not only should Okongwu’s production be considered, but also the injury history of starter Kristaps Porziņģis.

Back in the lineup after sitting out Sunday’s win over the Hornets, Porziņģis was one of the few Hawks to play well in Tuesday’s blowout defeat. Despite having just five games with at least 20 points, he’s closing in on top-25 value in nine-cat formats. Increased assist production has been a factor, with Porziņģis averaging a career-high 3.3 helpers per game. The Hawks still have two games to play after Thanksgiving, but the second is part of a Sunday/Monday back-to-back.

After playing 24 minutes off the bench in Saturday’s win over the Pelicans, Kennard did not play in Sunday’s win over the Hornets. A fixture in the Spurs’ starting lineup since Stephon Castle was lost to a hip injury, Champagnie struggled with his shot on Sunday. He was 2-of-9 from beyond the arc, dropping to 9-of-24 over the last three games. The good news for the few managers streaming Champagnie is that he recorded his first double-double of the season, leading all players with 12 rebounds. Those looking for someone capable of compensating for Castle’s absence are better off with Keldon Johnson, even with his issues in category league formats. After a slow start to the season, Vassell has been a top-50 player in nine-cat formats over the past week. Since the Spurs lost Victor Wembanyama to a calf injury, Fox has scored at least 26 points in four straight games. He’s been a third-round player in nine-cat formats during this stretch, providing value that exceeds his Yahoo! ADP (42). Of course, Fox’s ADP was impacted by the hamstring injury that kept him out to begin the season. However, he had his most productive game of the season on Sunday, recording his first 20-point game while also providing solid value in the rebound, assist and steals categories. Johnson once again flirted with a triple-double, finishing two rebounds shy of the feat against the Hornets. Sunday’s performance certainly ranks among his most impressive this season, as the versatile forward dropped a robust stat line without committing a turnover. Porziņģis eclipsed the lofty 30-point plateau for the first time in his Hawks debut and continues to remind everyone that, when healthy, he’s one of the league’s most uniquely impactful two-way centers thanks to his three-point range and rim-protecting prowess.
