Holmgren and Isaiah Hartenstein (10 points, 11 rebounds and one assist in 31 minutes) returned to the Thunder after sitting out Friday’s win over Portland, and both were effective. While the latter recorded his 23rd double-double of the season, Holmgren has blocked at least three shots in 11 games. The second-year forward/center has been a top-25 player since the All-Star break, but availability remains a lingering concern. Holmgren should be considered questionable for Monday’s rematch with the Nuggets, as he hasn’t played both games of a back-to-back since returning from a fractured hip in early February.

While Shai Gilgeous-Alexander will get the headlines, and rightfully so, Williams is in the midst of the most productive stretch of his career. He’s scored 20 points or more in a career-high seven straight games, and the overall production has made him a fantasy standout. Since the All-Star break, Williams has been a top-10 player in eight- and nine-cat formats. While a wrist injury kept Williams out of Friday’s win over Portland, he did play both games of Oklahoma City’s most recent back-to-back. Hopefully, he’ll be available for Monday’s rematch with the Nuggets.

Fox was traded to the Spurs prior to the trade deadline after he and the Kings failed to agree on a contract extension. On Friday, the 27-year-old point guard struggled in a matchup against his former teammates. Fox had 16 points on 17 shots as he shot 35 percent from the floor. Williams moved into the starting lineup with Chet Holmgren (leg) and Isaiah Hartenstein both out Friday. The 22-year-old power forward didn’t disappoint fantasy mangers that chose to use him as a streamer. Williams had a triple-double and added three steals and two blocks on the defensive end. He’s unusable in fantasy leagues once Holmgren or Hartenstein returns, but this was quite an effort from a player that was on the waiver wire in pretty much every league.

Fox didn’t necessarily have a terrible Sunday night, but fantasy managers likely hoped for a more robust stat line. While Vassell’s shooting has not improved much, as he’s made just 37.7 percent of his attempts over the past week, he’s scored 20 points in two of his last three outings. Castle finished Wednesday’s defeat tied for the team-high in points with Keldon Johnson, but the rookie struggled from deep. He shot 1-of-7 from three and is 2-of-16 since the All-Star break. It’s fair to wonder if the busy weekend in San Francisco has been a factor, as Castle was active on all three days (Rising Stars Challenge, Dunk Contest and Sunday’s All-Star tournament). The good news for fantasy managers is that the points, rebounds, assists and steals were solid on Wednesday; only the field-goal percentage was problematic.
