Brown has now had exactly 30 points in three consecutive games. Boston had won six of its last seven games before losing to the Bucks 116-101 on Wednesday. Brown wasn’t blameless in the loss as he had four turnovers and was -15 in 29 minutes. Still, he was the Celtics’ leading scorer and will continue to operate as the top scoring option with Jayson Tatum sidelined.

Ingram starred for Toronto, but it wasn’t enough to get the win. This was his second straight 30-point game and his third of the season. Ingram has bounced back after a disappointing 2024-25 campaign in which he only played 18 games. His tenure in New Orleans was limited by injuries, but his start as a Raptor has them in the playoff race. He’ll remain an offensive star for them, which will continue to lead to strong fantasy contributions.

Walter had been starting with RJ Barrett (knee) sidelined, but he was replaced by Ochai Agbaji for this game. However, he fared much better as a reserve than Agbaji did as a starter. Walter still isn’t worth rostering in standard leagues, but he made his case to return to the starting lineup. It’s unclear if that will happen, and even if it does, Walter should be left on the waiver wire.

With Immanuel Quickley (illness) sidelined, Shead got the starting nod for the first time this season. In the increased opportunity, Shead was able to set a new season high for scoring and reached eight assists for the fifth time this season. Shead is more than capable of making an impact in fantasy basketball when he gets the chance to start, but it is unlikely that Quickley remains sidelined until Monday’s game against the Heat.

Shead will start for the first time this season in place of Immanuel Quickley, who is sidelined with an illness. Shead, who played 22 minutes off the bench in Sunday’s loss to the Celtics, is dealing with a quad contusion. While Shead’s availability won’t impact Immanuel Quickley’s status as the starting point guard, the Raptors may need to look to Scottie Barnes to handle more playmaking responsibilities when Quickley is not in the game. Finishing two assists shy of a triple-double, Barnes recorded his 12th double-double of the season on Sunday. He continues to provide first-round value in 12-team, nine-cat formats while sitting a few spots outside of that threshold in eight-cat. Boosting Barnes’ fantasy value is the fact that he has not missed a game this season. He’ll look to help the Raptors advance to the NBA Cup semifinals in Las Vegas when they host the Knicks on Tuesday.

Coming off of his worst offensive performance of the season in Friday’s loss to the Hornets, Ingram bounced back nicely on Sunday. He recorded his second 30-point game of the season and shot 55 percent from the field. While Ingram didn’t record any defensive stats, that isn’t a departure from the norm for him. He’s been consistently productive on offense and remained available, which has been great for him, the Raptors and fantasy managers. Toronto will play at least one game in Week 8, hosting the Knicks in an NBA Cup quarterfinal on Tuesday.

Sunday’s double-double was Queta’s second in five games and fifth of the season, as he continues to hold down the starting center role in Boston. Rostered in 38 percent of Yahoo! leagues, the 7-footer is providing top-75 value in nine-cat formats. While White did not record any steals on Sunday, the three blocked shots were the most in a game for him since November 23. White finished Week 7 with an excellent stat line, making it three straight and six of the last seven games in which he’s scored at least 30 points. The Celtics star kept the turnovers in check on Sunday, making it two straight appearances with three miscues or fewer. Ingram’s worst game of the season represented Toronto’s struggles in this game. He scored less than 10 points for the first time this season, and they’ve now lost four of their last five games, including twice to the Hornets. While Walter entered Thursday having started four of Toronto’s previous five games due to RJ Barrett’s knee injury, he hadn’t taken advantage of the opportunity. The one double-digit scoring effort in that run occurred in the game that the second-year guard did not start, and he averaged 6.6 points on 36.4 percent shooting. There were no such issues for Walter against the Lakers, as he tallied a season-high point total. Ingram had a difficult night from beyond the arc, missing all five of his three-point attempts in the 123-120 defeat. However, he shot well over 50 percent from two, preserving the overall field-goal percentage, and the rebounds and assists were also helpful to fantasy managers. With Ingram not providing consistently good value in the defensive categories or assists, his margin for error is relatively slim when discussing fantasy value. Barnes and the Raptors didn’t get the victory on Thursday, but he provided fantasy managers with another exquisite stat line. After reaching double figures in 11 of his first 12 games this season, Simons has scored ten points or more in six of his last ten, including three straight. White continues to provide consistent fantasy value. While he may not offer an extremely high ceiling, the veteran guard’s floor is excellent. In nine-cat formats, he’s providing third-round value, sitting just outside the top-30. Against the Knicks, White recorded a complete stat line after sitting out Sunday’s win over the Cavaliers. Pritchard stepped up to carry Boston on the second night of a back-to-back with Derrick White (calf) sidelined, eclipsing the lofty 40-point mark for the first time this season. He came out of the gate firing, scoring eight points in the first two minutes, and finished the half with a game-high 18 points. He finished 6-of-11 from beyond the arc and shot a blistering 68 percent overall. His biggest moment came in the final minute when he buried a turnaround jumper in the lane to give Boston a five-point cushion, later sealing the win with a pair of free throws in the closing seconds. Brown wasn’t as impactful from a scoring standpoint on the second night of a back-to-back following a 41-point outburst during Saturday’s narrow loss to the Timberwolves, but he still found a way to make an all-around impact in this one.
