A late addition to the Hornets’ injury report, Williams will not play, and his absence is more impactful than Smith’s regarding fantasy basketball. Jusuf Nurkic will likely move into the starting lineup, and Moussa Diabate should also have more minutes available. As for Smith, he did not play in Wednesday’s loss to the Pacers, resulting in Seth Curry moving into the starting lineup. Curry should retain that role against the Kings.

Ingram has not made his Raptors debut, as he injured his ankle in early December while a member of the Pelicans and has been sidelined since. While Rajakovic’s update is positive, it will not impact fantasy basketball this season. Most leagues do not include Week 23, and even if Ingram were to be cleared to appear in a game, his minutes would likely be limited. Ingram can provide solid fantasy value, which can be assumed even though we’ve yet to see him share the court with Scottie Barnes. However, injury issues will dent his value during draft season. Ingram has not exceeded 65 games since his rookie season.

While it was reported on March 10 that Gradey could do some shooting and running, updates have been scarce since. With the Raptors eliminated from postseason contention, there’s no need for the second-year guard to return. Gradey appeared in 54 games this season, averaging 14.4 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 0.9 steals and 2.1 three-pointers. He shot 41.0 percent from the field and 85.8 percent from the foul line. Finishing the season ranked just inside the top 200 in eight- and nine-cat formats, Gradey’s fantasy prospects for 2025-26 took a significant hit when the Raptors acquired Brandon Ingram from the Pelicans at the February trade deadline.

No surprises here, as Toronto has alternated rest days for many of its starters since the All-Star break. The Raptors played Thursday, so Barrett and Agbaji will sit out the second leg of the back-to-back set. In their absence, Ja’Kobe Walter and Jamison Battle should earn some extra minutes.

Barrett was back after getting a rest night against Chicago on Tuesday, and based on recent trends, he will likely get another one against the Pistons on Friday. However, while available against Portland, Barrett was able to have a productive night in the loss. He typically hasn’t been productive on the defensive end, but his four total defensive stats in this game were a new season-high for him, and his three steals were the most he has had in a game since before the All-Star break. However, managers shouldn’t expect this to be the new norm for Barrett.

Robinson was back in the starting lineup with Jakob Poeltl sidelined once again. The alternating availability has made it easy to know when Robinson will start and be productive, but it has been a headache to deal with. Still, he had a decent game in a loss, which is exactly what the Raptors are trying to make happen. Robinson will likely be back to being a reserve against Detroit on Friday, but he should start in Brooklyn on Sunday to close out the week.

Agbaji has been part of the resting rotation in Toronto and has been paired up with RJ Barrett. Both he and Barrett were available in this game after resting on Tuesday, and they will both likely sit out against Detroit on Friday. Rajakovic also said that Barnes has been dealing with this hand injury for months, but he has been playing through it. Bridges played just 24 minutes in the Hornets’ 14-point loss. The 27-year-old small forward is the primary offensive option for Charlotte with LaMelo Ball and Brandon Miller sidelined. Bridges was efficient with 18 points on 10 shots including two made three-pointers. Williams once again had no production on the defensive end, but was efficient on offense and pulled down over 10 rebounds. The 23-year-old center isn’t a one-trick pony, but his skillset is limited to scoring and rebounding. He’s quite valuable in those areas, though.
