Filipowski was hardly efficient offensively in this one. Still, the 22-year-old center played 38 minutes despite the blowout loss and also added major value with rebounds and assists. Sensabaugh was one of the bright spots for the Jazz in what was otherwise a mess of a game for Utah. He hit six three-pointers. The 22-year-old small forward’s point total was a game-high. Nights like the one Strus had on Sunday are what fantasy managers fear when rostering a player because of his shooting ability. The Cavaliers’ wing shot 1-of-9 from beyond the arc and 1-of-10 from the field overall, sinking his field-goal percentage. More concerning for the Cavaliers was that Strus appeared to injure his left wrist late in the second quarter. He was on the court at the start of the third quarter with his wrist taped. Between the wrist and the lengthy absence due to offseason foot surgery, Strus may not be available for Monday’s game against the Grizzlies.

While the move to Cleveland has allowed Harden to do less as a scorer, the absence of Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen on Sunday meant that more was required of The Beard. He answered the call, with the 28 points being the most in a game for Harden since he put up 36 in a March 19 win over the Bulls. In addition to the points, Harden provided fantasy managers with a complete stat line in his final game of Week 23.

Neither the Pacers nor an apparent ankle tweak in the fourth quarter could slow Mitchell on Sunday. The Cavaliers’ star made over 50 percent of his shot attempts, and the 38 points were the most in a game for Spida since he dropped 42 on the Magic on March 24. Add the rebounds and assists, and this was an excellent end to Week 23 for those rostering Mitchell. For managers whose leagues run through Week 24, the Cavaliers play four games, starting with a Monday game against Memphis.

Sensabaugh tallied a second straight 20-point game on Friday — three-point shooting played a role, as did free-throw shooting and two-point scoring. But also for a second straight game, the former Ohio State Buckeye struggled with ball protection. Turnovers aside, Sensabaugh has made fantasy impact throughout the season. With four games left in the regular season, Sensabaugh should continue to function as one of Utah’s best offensive options.

Friday’s 34-point defeat was nothing to celebrate for the Jazz, but Bailey’s continued production to close the regular season could serve as a bright spot. In 33 minutes, the rookie forward impressed as a scorer, shooting above 50.0 percent from the floor to finish as one of three Jazz players with at least 20 points. Williams’ strong end-of-season production continued in the Jazz’s lopsided loss. The second-year guard led Utah in minutes, totaling 38, and was very active in those opportunities. Harden’s night in San Francisco wasn’t as prolific as one would expect, but he was available when the Cavaliers needed him most. Down the stretch, the two-man game between and center Jarrett Allen (16 points, 13 rebounds and one steal) produced some key baskets to help Cleveland remain one game in the loss column behind New York for third place in the East. Filipowski finished the night as one of two Jazz players to reach the 20-point mark. His scoring came in a fairly diverse manner — three-pointers, two-pointers, and free throws were all factors. And although he only played 31 minutes, Filiposwki was still able to secure double-digit rebounds before the final horn sounded. Strus was back in the lineup after sitting out the first leg of this back-to-back, and he ended up starting for the first time this season. He wasn’t able to match his season-high 29 points that he scored on Friday, but he remained efficient. Still, the lopsided score limited him to 23 minutes, so it ended up being a subpar night. Chandler made his first start since joining the Jazz on Monday, as Utah was without Keyonte George, Isaiah Collier and EJ Harkless due to injury. While the efficiency was poor, with Chandler shooting 25 percent from the field and committing five turnovers, he played 40 minutes. That alone may raise some eyebrows as the Jazz move forward with the rest of their Week 23 schedule. Filipowski has scored at least 20 points in three straight games, but Monday’s double-double was his first since a March 9 win over the Warriors. Interestingly, he only played 24 minutes against the Cavaliers, likely a byproduct of Evan Mobley doing whatever he wanted in the post. The role Filipowski currently has won’t align with his role when next season begins, especially if Utah re-signs Walker Kessler. To carve out a consistent role for himself in 2026-27, he has to make strides defensively.

While his performance did not come in a victory, Williams’ play against the Cavaliers was encouraging after a brutal Saturday night in Phoenix.
