Tshiebwe hasn’t been able to carve out a role in the NBA since going undrafted in 2023, but whenever he gets the opportunity to play, he dominates the glass. He has played in 10 games since the All-Star break and has finished with at least 10 rebounds in eight of them. Sunday’s game was his third-straight double-double, which is a great way for him to end the season. Unfortunately, there isn’t currently a clear path for him to play rotation minutes next season, so we may have to wait until next March and April for him to shine.

Banton played well as the starting point guard for Portland over their final seven games of the season. During this stretch as a starter, he has scored at least 20 points four times. He was also able to match his season-high of 23 points, which he has done a surprising four times this season without ever scoring more. Banton has benefitted from the absences of Anfernee Simons and Scoot Henderson, and he is set to be a free agent this summer. He could find a new team where he can be the backup point guard, but it will be difficult for him to find a situation where he can start.

What a way to close out the season for Sensabaugh. The second-year guard had at least 20 points and five three-pointers in Utah’s final three games of the season. Sensabaugh also had some big performances at the end of last season, but his role entering year two was a minimal one. It’s unclear what things will look like entering his third season in the NBA, which makes him a difficult player to consider drafting next year, especially if Utah opts to tank again. Still, the 21-year-old has proven his potential once again to wrap up the season.

Clingan closed out his rookie season on a high note by posting the eighth double-double of his young career. He has proven that he can be an effective player in a starting role, but it’s unclear what the rotation will look like in Portland next season. Deandre Ayton figures to be the starting center as long as he is with the Trail Blazers, and there hasn’t been any indication that they intend to move on. Clingan likely won’t be worth drafting next season if Ayton is on the roster.

Avdija was initially doubtful for Sunday’s game, while Sharpe was questionable. Deni was one of the revelations of the fantasy basketball season, especially after moving into the starting lineup just after Christmas. From December 28 onward, he was a top-60 player in eight-cat formats. As for Sharpe, he remains a superior option for points league formats than category leagues, but his value increased after a knee injury sidelined Jerami Grant in early March. Kris Murray and Rayan Rupert should play significant minutes for Sunday’s season finale.

While the Trail Blazers have not reached the postseason in Billups’ four seasons as head coach, the team made strides during the 2024-25 campaign. A six-game winning streak that began in late January provided some optimism that the team could remain in the play-in tournament conversation, but injuries short-circuited those hopes. Billups’ contract for the 2025-26 season was not guaranteed, which changes with Sunday’s reported decision by team management.

Collier’s rookie season ends disappointingly, as a hamstring injury cost him Utah’s final three games. However, there were some positives to take from his first NBA season. A fixture in the Jazz starting lineup since early January, Collier provided solid production in the assist category while also being a solid defender. However, the limited scoring negatively impacted his fantasy value, and that’s an area to watch during Summer League play in Las Vegas. Keyonte George should remain in the starting lineup on Sunday.

Sharpe has a better chance of being on the court for Sunday’s season finale, with he and Avdija missing Friday’s loss to the Warriors. Portland started Matisse Thybulle and Kris Murray on the wings for that one, but both players offer limited offensive upside. Sunday could be a massive day for Sharpe if he’s allowed to play, with Murray being the player most likely to head to the bench.

Grant’s season has come to a disappointing end. He has not played in a game since March 9. The veteran forward finished the season as a 12th-round player in eight- and nine-cat formats, shooting 37.3 percent from the field and offering limited value outside of the points and three-point categories. Grant is not a player who should be selected with a top-100 draft pick next fall, whether you’re talking points or category leagues.

Simons and Henderson will miss Portland’s final game of the season, meaning Dalano Banton will remain in the starting lineup. He should be slotted into lineups in active fantasy leagues due to Portland’s lack of options at point guard. While Simons finished the season as a ninth-round player in eight- and nine-cat formats, Henderson was ranked well outside the top-100 in both. Henderson’s per-game value did improve compared to his rookie season, which is encouraging. But he remains a better option for points leagues than category leagues.

Banton started and played 31 minutes Friday against the Warriors with Anfernee Simons and Scoot Henderson ruled out. The 25-year-old point guard is capable of big games when given the opportunity, but this certainly wasn’t one of those. Banton couldn’t get his shot to fall as he finished with three points on 1-of-12 shooting from the field. Portland finishes up the season Sunday with a matchup against the Lakers. While Banton could be in line for a similar workload, he’s made it difficult to trust him on the final day of the season.

Clingan scored in double figures for the third-straight game. He was more aggressive with 13 shot attempts, the most he’s had in six games so far in April. The 21-year-old center also grabbed 15 rebounds, the third time he’s had at least 13 rebounds in his last six games. Clinghan has closed out the season providing top-100 value over the last month. He’s shown what he can do when given the opportunity and the Trail Blazers are likely to let him hang onto a starting spot going into next season.

Sensabaugh scored 16 of his 25 points in the second half, though it wasn’t enough for Utah to come anywhere close to keeping up with Oklahoma City in this game. This was his second-straight game with at least 20 points and five triples, and it was his highest-scoring game since January 5. Sensabaugh also set a new career-high for assists. In fact, he set a new career-high for scoring, surpassing his previous mark of 26 points, which he had reached twice. In fact, the Jazz are now the fourth team that Mykhailiuk has scored 25 points in a game for. Two days after recording a monster 30/18 double-double, Filipowski provided an encore, though it was nowhere near as good as the original. The rookie has grabbed at least nine rebounds in seven consecutive games and has four double-doubles during that stretch. He slipped to the second round of the draft last summer, but the early returns suggest he was one of the biggest steals of the draft. Filipowski should once again play a large role in Minnesota on Sunday to wrap up his rookie season.

Camara returned from a one-game absence on Sunday, and the second-year forward looked sharp. Three-point percentage is not a scoring category in most fantasy leagues, so Toumani going 4-of-11 from deep is not a big deal, especially when he made 50 percent of his shots overall. Banton has started Portland’s last four games, filling the void at point guard with Anfernee Simons (arm) and Scoot Henderson (concussion) unavailable. Shooting a shade below 50 percent from the field and committing one turnover, efficiency was not an issue for Banton against the Spurs. The 38.9 percent mark from the field is why he’s ranked outside the top 150 in nine-cat formats over the past week. That said, Banton will be worth the risk in active leagues if Simons and Henderson continue to miss time.

After scoring 29 points on 11-of-25 shooting across his two prior appearances, George exploded in Atlanta. The 35 points were a season-high for the Jazz guard, who has three games of 30 or more to his credit. However, while George has averaged just under 18 points per game over the past two weeks, he’s only shooting 39 percent from the field. Sexton’s minutes have been up and down lately as the Jazz try to take a look at some younger players. He played 33 minutes Friday against the Pacers and was able to score 27 points. The outing was a bit of an anomaly for Sexton as he shot just 8-of-15 from the field, but got to the foul line 10 times and knocked down nine free throws to boost his total. After a two-game absence, Kessler returned to the Jazz lineup and played 28 minutes on Wednesday. He did fill out the stat sheet, which, unfortunately, included a 1-of-5 night at the foul line. The inconsistent availability has negatively impacted Kessler’s fantasy value, as he’s ranked well outside the top 150 in eight- and nine-cat formats over the past two weeks. Of course, fantasy managers who have him rostered aren’t going to drop Kessler, nor should they.
