Though it has been a disappointing season overall for Quickley, mostly due to a lack of availability, he has put together a strong stretch of production over the past two weeks. During that time, he has provided third-round value in nine-cat leagues. Fantasy managers had high hopes for Quickley, but numerous injuries and playing on a lottery team really hurt his chances of living up to the preseason expectations. Still, it is good to see him finishing strong to build momentum heading into next season.

After sitting out the second night of Toronto’s back-to-back on Monday, Poeltl was back in the lineup against Golden State. His production has been limited by a lack of minutes in some of his recent appearances, but that wasn’t the case in this game. Poeltl’s 28 minutes on Thursday were the most that he has played in a game since February 2. Unfortunately, this was the last non-lottery team that Toronto will play for a while, so managers may have to deal with more limited performances from Poeltl.

Barnes has had a few rough performances recently, but he got back on track on Thursday. He scored 17 points in the first half and ended up having his highest-scoring performance since before the All-Star break. Barnes ranks just inside the top-150 in nine-cat leagues over the past two weeks despite producing top-50 value over the course of the season. Things have been messy in Toronto, which has included the benching of starters late in games to help the team lose. That wasn’t the case on Thursday, which contributed to Barnes’ fantastic night.

Both players have been sidelined frequently lately, which has opened up extra minutes for Cody Williams, Brice Sensabaugh and Johnny Juzang. Tshiebwe is going to sleep well after his long Wednesday. The Jazz center began Wednesday with the team’s G League affiliate, playing 41 minutes and finishing a win over Mexico City with 37 points and 26 rebounds. Due to the Jazz being without multiple rotation players, Tshiebwe logged 18 minutes off the bench against the Wizards on Wednesday night. He’s the first player in G League history to record seven 20/20 games in a season, and that may be enough to earn Oscar some opportunities with the Jazz before the season ends. As evidenced by his 10 rebounds on Wednesday, he can provide value in that category.

Sensabaugh had a good night scoring-wise and appears to be cleaning some things up regarding his offensive decision-making. He has shot 48.7 percent from the field since the All-Star break, but the lack of production outside of points and three-pointers is why he’s ranked well outside of the top 150. Sensabaugh is rostered in nine percent of Yahoo! leagues, and he’ll be worth a look down the stretch due to the available playing time.

UTA • Point Guard • #13

Collier was excellent on Wednesday, only missing one shot and dishing out six assists with just one turnover. Add in the four steals, and this was a terrific night to have the rookie rostered. Rostered in 31 percent of Yahoo! leagues, Collier’s fantasy value has not been great. However, he has offered solid value in the assist category. If Collier can clean up his percentages, that would go a long way toward making him a viable option for standard leagues in 2025-26.

George has scored 20 points or more in three of his last six games, and Wednesday’s effort was one of his most efficient. In addition to shooting over 50 percent from the field, he finished with a 2-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio. Since the All-Star break, George has been an 11th-round player in eight-cat formats. While some Jazz veterans have seen their minutes cut, George has consistently approached 30 minutes.

Filipowski started Wednesday’s game, as Lauri Markkanen was out for personal reasons. The rookie has put together some solid performances during the post-break portion of the schedule, and Wednesday’s was one of his best. Filipowski has scored 20 points or more five times since the All-Star break and has provided 12th-round value in eight-cat formats. He’s worth holding onto for the rest of the season because even when they’re available, Markkanen and Walker Kessler have played fewer minutes than usual. Kessler (7/5/2/1/1) only played 15 minutes in Wednesday’s victory.

The Jazz are without Lauri Markkanen for Wednesday’s game as he is unavailable for personal reasons. Barnes played both games of Toronto’s road back-to-back, logging 31 minutes after playing 28 in Portland on Sunday. The lingering question for fantasy managers is how long this will last, as the Raptors are focused on developing their younger players and improving the franchise’s draft lottery odds. Monday’s game was Mogbo’s first since March 4, when he suffered a back contusion. The rookie did not offer much production in his 27 minutes, but there will be more opportunities for him to start before the season ends. Quickley returned to the Raptors’ lineup after sitting out Sunday’s loss to the Trail Blazers. The good news for fantasy managers is that he logged 30 minutes, which has not been the norm for Toronto’s proven options as the regular season approaches its conclusion. The Raptors play two more games during Week 20, but the second is part of a Sunday/Monday back-to-back. This could be a two-game week for Quickley, which would be a bitter pill for fantasy managers to swallow.

Clarkson did not play in Sunday’s loss to the Timberwolves, and his return meant fewer minutes for Johnny Juzang. While the veteran guard shot 50 percent from the field and dished out three assists, he was also responsible for four turnovers. Add in the 22 minutes, and there may not be much to gain from rostering Clarkson down the stretch. As for Juzang, he finished the loss with eight points, two rebounds, one steal and two three-pointers in 16 minutes. He isn’t a must-roster player, but there will be nights when Juzang is allowed to start as Utah looks to improve its draft lottery odds.

After sitting out Sunday’s loss to the Timberwolves, George returned to the Jazz rotation. While the points and steals were solid, he was responsible for four turnovers. The inefficiency has factored into Utah’s decision to start rookie Isaiah Collier at the point, as he has been better than George at setting up his teammates. Collier finished Monday’s loss with eight points, six rebounds, eight assists and one turnover. George is the superior scorer, but the hope is that he’ll use the rest of the season to improve as a playmaker for others.

Fantasy managers should be accustomed to the shenanigans in Salt Lake City. Markkanen was in the starting lineup for Monday’s game but only played 24 minutes, an apparent response to the NBA’s decision to fine the Jazz $100,000 regarding his availability for prior games. With 8:41 remaining in the fourth quarter and the Raptors holding an 86-80 lead, Barnes was subbed out of Sunday’s game. He would not return, underlining the concern regarding elite fantasy players whose teams want to improve their draft lottery odds. Fantasy managers received solid production in the rebounds, assists and steals categories, but Barnes was also responsible for five turnovers. And with the Raptors visiting Phoenix on Monday, managers should plan for the likelihood that Barnes does not play. AJ Lawson (nine points, eight rebounds, six assists and one three-pointer) played 33 minutes off the bench against Portland, and he could move into the starting lineup if Barnes sits on Monday.

Give the Raptors credit for a well-executed tank job on Sunday. Once Poeltl and Scottie Barnes were pulled from the lineup, the Trail Blazers mounted a rally and won by three. The next few weeks may be frustrating for those who have Poeltl rostered; even if he plays, there’s the chance that his minutes are cut like they were on Sunday.
