Bradley Beal (hip) is questionable for Monday’s game against the Hawks.
Beal is back on the injury report. The good news is that it is due to a sore hip, rather than the knee that was operated on during the offseason. With Kawhi Leonard (ankle) out, there are more scoring opportunities available to Beal. His production still hasn’t reached the point where he’ll provide solid fantasy value, but the ceiling is higher with no Leonard on the floor.

Bradley Beal struggled on Thursday and finished with just five points (2-of-14 FGs), one rebound, one assist and one three-pointer against the Suns.
After missing Tuesday’s game, which was the second leg of a back-to-back, Beal was back to take on the Suns. With James Harden (personal) and Kawhi Leonard (ankle) both sidelined, it was a great opportunity for Beal to get back on track against his former team. Beal was limited to 20 minutes once again. The hope is that he’ll eventually play better and play more, but at this point, he isn’t doing much to help fantasy managers or the Clippers.

Kris Dunn, Bradley Beal, Derrick Jones Jr., Nicolas Batum and Ivica Zubac will start against the Suns on Thursday.
Beal enters the starting unit in place of James Harden, who is sidelined due to personal reasons. Beal is reportedly on a minutes restriction, so even though he is back in the lineup and starting, he isn’t going to play a significant role, which means more minutes for Bogdan Bogdanovic.

Bradley Beal (knee) is off the injury report for Thursday’s game against the Suns.
Beal did not play in Tuesday’s loss to the Thunder, as the Clippers were playing their second game in as many nights. His return will bump Kris Dunn to the bench, where he provides limited fantasy value at best. There’s no need to hold onto Dunn if you streamed him on Tuesday.

Bradley Beal (knee) is out for Tuesday’s game against the Thunder.
Beal will sit out Tuesday’s game for knee injury management reasons after playing 20 minutes in Monday’s loss to the Heat. Fantasy managers should expect Beal to remain limited for the foreseeable future. While Bogdan Bogdanović was the starter the last time Beal missed action, neither he nor Nicolas Batum was productive enough to merit being streamed. Kris Dunn is the superior choice despite being limited as a scorer.

Bradley Beal (back) finished Friday’s win over the Pelicans with nine points (3-of-8 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), one rebound, two assists and one three-pointer.
Beal was back in the Clippers’ starting lineup on Friday after missing two games with a back injury. However, he remains under a minutes restriction, as the veteran guard is also returning from offseason knee surgery. Beal did not provide much value in his first game back, and reserve Kris Dunn (six points and three steals) played 23 minutes off the bench. While Beal’s status as a starter may convince some to hold onto him, his being rostered in 79 percent of Yahoo! leagues feels a bit high right now.

James Harden, Bradley Beal, Kawhi Leonard, Derrick Jones Jr. and Ivica Zubac will start Friday’s game against the Pelicans.
Beal is back in the Clippers’ lineup after missing two games with a back issue. His return means that Bogdan Bogdanović will head to the bench, and he may fall out of the rotation entirely. There was no reason to roster Bogi when he started, and this will remain the case with Beal available to play.

The Athletic’s Law Murray reports that Bradley Beal (back) will play in Friday’s game against the Pelicans.
Beal will return to action after missing two games with a back issue. Bogdan Bogdanović replaced him in the starting lineup but provided no fantasy value in that role. Beal, who was on a minutes restriction before the back injury due to offseason knee surgery, will likely be limited on Friday.

Bradley Beal (back) has been ruled out against the Warriors on Tuesday.
This will be a second straight absence for Beal, who had been on a minutes restriction due to a knee issue to start the year. Now, it’s his back that’s bothering him. Bogdan Bogdanovic could get another start, but he was held scoreless in 24 minutes on Sunday with five turnovers. Kris Dunn is another candidate to fill the role.

Bradley Beal (back) is questionable to play against the Trail Blazers on Saturday.
Beal has been on a minutes restriction to start the season, and he hasn’t been productive when he has been out there. If he isn’t available against Portland, Kris Dunn would likely slide into the starting lineup.

Bradley Beal added 12 points (6-of-9 FGs), two rebounds, one steal and one block against the Warriors on Friday.
Beal logged his first minutes in a Clippers uniform on Friday as he made his way back from offseason knee surgery. He got the start and made all six of his two-point shots before his night ended after the first half. Beal is expected to start for the Clippers in their regular-season opener and could serve as a nice replacement for Norman Powell, who had a career-best season alongside James Harden last season before being traded to the Miami Heat. If Beal can remain healthy, he should be a solid addition to a veteran team that has plenty of depth.

Kris Dunn, Bradley Beal, Derrick Jones Jr., Kobe Brown and Ivica Zubac will start Friday’s exhibition against the Warriors.
The Clippers are resting multiple regulars for Friday’s preseason finale, resulting in a starting lineup that we won’t see when the team opens its regular season on October 22. The most notable name in the lineup is Beal, who’s making his unofficial Clippers debut after missing the first three games of the preseason after undergoing knee surgery in July. He’ll start at shooting guard when the regular season begins, sharing the backcourt with James Harden.

Bradley Beal (knee) is expected to make his preseason debut against the Warriors on Friday.
Beal has been recovering from an arthroscopic knee procedure that he underwent in July, which has limited him throughout training camp and prevented him from playing in the preseason. He should suit up against Golden State, and coach Tyronn Lue has already said that Beal will start at shooting guard during the regular season. Even if he comes off the bench or plays a limited role on Friday, that won’t continue when games start to count next week.

According to Clippers beat reporter Joey Linn, Bradley Beal (knee) and Bogdan Bogdanovic (back) will be out for Wednesday’s matchup with the Kings.
With Beal and Bogi sidelined, LA will start James Harden, Kawhi Leonard, Ivica Zubac and Derrick Jones Jr. Coach Ty Lue didn’t name a fifth starter but noted that it wouldn’t be John Collins.

Bradley Beal (knee) was a full participant in Monday’s practice.
Beal, who was limited to begin training camp after undergoing an arthroscopic procedure on his knee during the offseason, was a full participant in Monday’s session. That included some 5-on-5 scrimmaging, and the veteran guard is trending in the right direction. Beal will not play in Thursday’s exhibition against Guangzhou, but he did say the plan was for him to be at full go in time for the Clippers’ regular season opener against the Jazz on October 22. While his injury history makes Beal a challenging player to trust with an early draft pick, he’ll be worth a look in the middle rounds.

According to NBA reporter Tomer Azarly, Clippers head coach Tyronn Lue said that Bradley Beal will be the team’s starting two guard.
Beal started all 53 of his appearances for the Suns in 2023-24 but started only 38 of 53 games in 2024-25. Confirmation of a starting gig alongside James Harden in the backcourt is a positive for Beal’s fantasy outlook heading into his first season with the Clippers. After appearing in 82 games in 2018-19, Beal hasn’t played more than 60 in a season. The Clippers already plan to reduce Harden’s workload, and they could do the same for Beal, which may mean fewer touches but increased efficiency. He won’t be asked to do as much as he was in two seasons with Phoenix.

Bradley Beal (knee) will be limited at the start of Clippers’ training camp.
Beal, who agreed to a two-year deal with the Clippers in July, underwent an arthroscopic procedure on his knee during the offseason. The veteran guard missed a substantial amount of time during his two seasons in Phoenix, so Monday’s news provided by Clippers lead executive Lawrence Frank will certainly concern fantasy managers. The injury history has negatively impacted Beal’s early ADP numbers, and Monday’s developments won’t help matters. There’s certainly the potential for him to offer significant value with the Clippers, but fantasy managers who draft Beal are rolling the dice.

ESPN’s Shams Charania reports Bradley Beal has agreed to a contract buyout with the Suns and intends to sign a two-year, $11 million contract with the Clippers.
Beal will have a player option for the second season of his deal with the Clippers, so if he has a bounce-back year, he could certainly decline the option and sign a larger deal next summer, which makes this a great scenario for him. Beal should start at shooting guard, likely alongside James Harden, Kawhi Leonard, John Collins and Ivica Zubac, making this one of the best lineups in the league in 2021. How well will it work next season? That’s on coach Tyronn Lue to figure out. This is certainly a fun collection of talent. Bogdan Bogdanovic and Kris Dunn will likely lose out on minutes with Beal in the mix.

Duane Rankin of the Arizona Republic reports the Suns are discussing a potential buyout for Bradley Beal.
Beal’s time in Phoenix has not been what anyone hoped it would be, due to the combination of injuries and underwhelming production. He’s been the focus of trade rumors in the past, but as one of two players in the league with a no-trade clause (LeBron James is the other), Beal has been incredibly difficult to move. Regarding a buyout, there are multiple issues at play. Accepting the deal would include Beal losing his no-trade clause, but he would be an unrestricted free agent once he clears waivers. The more significant issue is that Phoenix has already waived and stretched Nassir Little and E.J. Liddell, so they will need Beal to leave some money on the table. Per league rules, the amount of salary stretched cannot exceed 15 percent of the salary cap.

John Gambadoro of Arizona Sports 98.7 FM reports the Suns “100 percent” don’t want Bradley Beal to return.
Gambadoro described Beal as “untradable” and relayed that the Suns could be stuck with the 31-year-old shooting guard if he doesn’t accept a buyout this offseason. Phoenix is a team in transition with another new coach and Kevin Durant seemingly on the move. Gambadoro also reported that the Suns haven’t had any discussions about trading Durant recently, contradicting a recent report in the Athletic.

Bradley Beal (rest) and Nick Richards (elbow) are out for Sunday’s game against the Kings.
The Suns have nothing to play for on Sunday, so Beal will sit for rest. To say this was a disappointing season for the veteran guard would be fair, as injuries limited him to 53 appearances. His absence means more playing time for Grayson Allen, who can provide points and three-pointers in that role. As for Richards, his fantasy impact after being traded to Phoenix was not what many managers hoped for. His continued absence means Oso Ighodaro will stay in the starting lineup, allowing the rookie to provide deep-league value.

Bradley Beal recorded 21 points (8-of-13 FGs), four rebounds, six assists and five three-pointers in 28 minutes in Friday’s win over the Spurs.
Beal has surpassed 20 points in his last two outings, but it’s a “too little, too late” case for one of the most disappointing teams in the NBA this season. The veteran guard playing 28 minutes with nothing on the line was surprising, but Friday’s game was also Phoenix’s home finale. If he plays at all, fantasy managers in active leagues should anticipate Beal’s playing time being limited for Sunday’s game against the Kings.

Bradley Beal accounted for 16 points (8-of-19 FGs), two rebounds, two assists, four steals and two blocks in 34 minutes in Sunday’s loss to the Knicks.
While Beal was solid from inside the arc on Sunday, shooting 8-of-14 from two, he struggled from three and at the foul line. The Suns guard missed all five of his three-point attempts and was 0-of-2 from the charity stripe, which was a lousy way to end Week 22 for Beal managers hoping for better percentages. The Suns trail 10th-place Dallas by two games in the loss column and have a game in hand heading into the regular season’s final week. However, if they’re to have any chance of closing the gap, they need more production from Beal.

Bradley Beal (hamstring) shot 0-of-7 from the field and 1-of-2 from the foul line in Friday’s loss to the Celtics, scoring one point with four rebounds, five assists, three steals and one blocked shot in 30 minutes.
The good news for Phoenix was that Beal could play 30 minutes without issue in his first appearance since March 16. The bad news was that he looked incredibly rusty against the reigning champs, missing all seven field goal attempts. Beal gave fantasy managers decent value in the assist and steals categories, but overall, this was a rough night. He’ll look to rebound on Sunday when the Suns visit the Knicks.

Bradley Beal (hamstring) and Royce O’Neale (illness) are not on the injury report against the Celtics on Friday.
Beal had missed the last eight games for the Suns, while O’Neale had only missed one game. Collin Gillespie had been starting in place of Beal, but with Kevin Durant (ankle) sidelined, he may remain in the starting lineup. Grayson Allen started in the Suns’ last game and had a season-high 23 points. Beal should start, with Gillespie, Allen and O’Neale all potentially filling the final open starting spot. The two that are left out should play a large role off the bench.

Bradley Beal (hamstring) is expected to return to action on Friday against the Celtics.
Beal has missed Phoenix’s last eight games, last seeing action March 16 against the Lakers. His return would coincide with Kevin Durant’s continued absence, with KD set to miss a few more games with a sprained ankle. Grayson Allen replaced Durant in the lineup for Tuesday’s loss to the Bucks and was productive, scoring 23 points. He and Collin Gillespie will see their playing time take a hit if Beal is cleared to play on Friday.

Bradley Beal (hamstring) and Royce O’Neale (illness) are out against the Bucks on Tuesday.
Beal and O’Neale have been downgraded from questionable to out, joining Kevin Durant on the sidelines. Their absences free up playing time for Grayson Allen, Tyus Jones and Bol Bol. Whoever receives the starting nod for Durant will be worth streaming, especially if it’s Allen who moved into the lineup.

Bradley Beal (hamstring) is questionable for Tuesday’s game against the Bucks.
Beal has missed the last seven games with a hamstring injury and has a legitimate chance to miss Tuesday’s matchup with the Bucks given his questionable listing. Collin Gillespie could continue to take his spot in the starting lineup while Ryan Dunn has offered more fantasy value in Beal’s absence.

Bradley Beal (hamstring) is out for Sunday’s game against the Rockets.
Sunday’s game will be the seventh Beal has missed with a hamstring injury. Collin Gillespie should remain in the starting lineup, but he has not offered much fantasy value in that role. Ryan Dunn’s fantasy ceiling has been raised, and the rookie is worth a dice roll in deep leagues.
