Barlow is back after sitting out Tuesday’s loss to the Bulls. His return means that Jabari Walker will head back to the bench, and there’s no need to consider rostering him with Barlow back in the lineup.

Barlow is expected to suit up after initially being listed as questionable for this game. He missed Tuesday’s game, which allowed Jabari Walker to start in his place. With Barlow expected back, Walker will head back to the bench and lose the limited streaming appeal he had.

While Barlow’s absence may not significantly affect fantasy basketball, it did open up a spot in the starting lineup. Jabari Walker filled the void but only played 13 minutes in Tuesday’s loss to the Nets. There’s no need to consider streaming Walker if Barlow remains out.

While the 76ers are on track to get Joel Embiid back on Tuesday, they’ll be without Barlow due to illness. Jabari Walker and Justin Edwards are potential replacements in the starting lineup, with the former offering a slightly higher ceiling.

Barlow has been one of Philadelphia’s pleasant surprises this season, even if his production has not made him a player worth relying on consistently in standard fantasy leagues. If he’s unable to play on Tuesday, additional minutes will be available to Jabari Walker. Also, the 76ers could choose to start Paul George at the four instead of the three.

Already playing without Joel Embiid, the 76ers won’t have Paul George for Tuesday’s game, either. As a result, Barlow joins Drummond in the starting frontcourt, and he’s worth a look in deep leagues since there are only three games on Tuesday’s schedule.

Barlow started the first two games of the season but hasn’t suited up since then. Trendon Watford is now the starting power forward, and he has played well, which likely will leave Barlow in a reserve role.

Barlow remains out with a right elbow laceration that has proven more problematic than the 76ers anticipated. Trendon Watford should remain the starting power forward until Paul George (knee) is cleared to return, and he’s worth a look in deeper leagues.

Barlow has been out since the 76ers’ second game of the season, and he’ll miss both ends of Philadelphia’s Saturday/Sunday back-to-back. He’s due to be re-evaluated on Monday to evaluate the progress made in recovery and a potential return timeline. Barlow’s availability does not significantly affect fantasy basketball, especially with Paul George closing in on his return.

This will be a sixth straight absence for Barlow due to an elbow laceration that 76ers coach Nick Nurse has downplayed the severity of. Barlow opened the year as a starter, and that role has been occupied by Jabari Walker with Paul George still sidelined.

Barlow’s right elbow laceration may not be considered “super serious” in the words of 76ers head coach Nick Nurse. Still, he hasn’t appeared in a game since Philadelphia’s October 25 win over the Hornets. His absence has freed up opportunities for Jabari Walker, who has started three of the 76ers’ last four games.

While Barlow’s right elbow laceration is not considered “super serious,” according to 76ers coach Nick Nurse, the healing process has taken longer than expected. The 76ers will likely provide an update on Barlow’s status early next week.

Barlow left Saturday’s win over the Hornets with a lacerated right elbow, which will cost him at least two games. Later this week, it will be determined whether he will miss time beyond that. The 76ers will also be without Joel Embiid for Monday’s game against the Magic, which leaves the interior rotation minutes to Andre Drummond, Adem Bona and Jabari Walker. Walker started the second half of Saturday’s game and could take on that role Monday night.

Barlow left Saturday’s win over the Hornets with a lacerated right elbow, which will cost him at least one game. The 76ers won’t have Joel Embiid, either, so Monday would be a good time to consider Andre Drummond, Adem Bona or Jabari Walker. The latter started the third quarter on Saturday, which may indicate he’ll take on that role Monday night.

Barlow’s early exit should open the door for Quentin Grimes to play an even larger role in the second half of this game after he scored 17 points before the break. Jabari Walker will start the second half in place of Barlow.

With Paul George (knee) unavailable, two-way contract player Barlow will start at the four after performing well during the preseason. While Adem Bona misses out on the opportunity to start, he’ll get his opportunities due to Embiid being under a minutes restriction. Edgecombe will start in his official NBA debut, with Quentin Grimes coming off the bench.

Barlow is on a two-way contract, but the 76ers’ many absences have allowed him to start three preseason games. He’s taken advantage of the opportunities, stepping up as an active rebounder and defender. Two-way contract recipients can be active for up to 50 games, so the 76ers will have some time to evaluate Barlow. But with his play during the preseason, it’s fair to wonder if there’s a path to legitimate rotation minutes.

After playing 14 minutes on Thursday, one day after agreeing to a two-way deal, Barlow started on Saturday and was productive in his 30 minutes on the court. He finished one rebound shy of a double-double and contributed three steals on a good evening for the newest 76ers player. Barlow helped pick up the slack for Adem Bona (4/6/2/2/3), who offered minimal value outside the defensive categories. Philadelphia also signed Jabari Walker to a two-way deal this summer, giving them two low-risk options to help fortify the frontcourt rotation.

Signed to a two-way contract on Wednesday, Barlow started his unofficial 76ers debut on Thursday. He only played 14 minutes against the Spurs but had a solid night shooting the basketball, and the rebounding production was also good. When healthy, the 76ers will have a frontcourt rotation that Barlow may have difficulty cracking. There isn’t a need to plan for selecting him in fantasy drafts, even if Joel Embiid is not cleared in time for training camp.

Barlow averaged just under 11 minutes per game across 35 appearances for the Hawks last season. The backup big man started four games and averaged 9.5 points and 3.5 boards in 20 minutes. He’ll compete for backup minutes in Philadelphia with the likes of Johni Broome, Adem Bona and Trendon Watford, among others.

Replacing Mouhamed Gueye (DNP-CD) in the Hawks’ starting lineup, Barlow’s limited workload on Monday may not have been his fault. With Memphis star Jaren Jackson Jr. exiting after two minutes with a sprained ankle, there was no need for the Hawks to employ a lineup with two bigs. As a result, Terance Mann replaced Barlow in the starting lineup to begin the third quarter and finished with seven points, two rebounds, three assists, one block and one three-pointer in 29 minutes. Even if Quin Snyder continues to start Barlow, there’s no need to consider rostering him in most leagues.

Gueye has started seven straight, but the results haven’t been anything stupendous. The Hawks will mix up the starting five and insert Barlow at power forward just days after he signed a two-year standard deal.

Barlow’s two-way contract is being converted to a two-year standard deal. He’s played sparingly this season and won’t affect fantasy basketball significantly as he tries to play his way into Atlanta’s regular rotation. The 21-year-old forward started off his career with the Spurs before joining the Hawks this offseason.
