Barrett exited Friday’s loss to the Celtics during the latter stages of the fourth quarter. With Brandon Ingram and Scottie Barnes listed as questionable, the Raptors could be severely shorthanded on Sunday. Ja’Kobe Walter and Ochai Agbaji will see their minutes increase with Barrett unavailable.

Barrett injured his left ankle during the fourth quarter of Friday’s game and was ruled out late in the period. He finished with 19 points (6-of-15 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), four rebounds, seven assists and three three-pointers. More will be learned about the severity of Barrett’s injury on Saturday, and the Raptors were without Brandon Ingram and Scottie Barnes for Friday’s game.

An early exit from Brandon Ingram (thumb) resulted in Barrett leading the way offensively for the Raptors. He fell one point shy of matching his season high for scoring, which he set four days prior to this game. Barrett’s production has been up and down since he returned from a 15-game absence due to a knee injury. However, he was able to step up on offense in this game, which certainly didn’t hurt for fantasy managers. Still, his fantasy impact will continue to be limited due to his lack of production in other categories.

Barrett took over as Toronto’s primary offensive catalyst in the second half, draining 7-of-14 shots, including 4-of-7 from beyond the arc, to finish with 16 points. The 25-year-old forward is still working his way back from a lingering knee injury that has been an issue since late November.

Barrett will return to the starting lineup after missing Monday’s game against the Magic. He returned from a 15-game absence the game prior to face the Warriors on the first leg of a back-to-back. In his return, he tallied 24 minutes and made contributions as a scorer, passer, and facilitator in the overtime victory. He’ll have a chance to make an impact again against a Nuggets team currently dealing with a long list of injuries.

Barrett sat out on Monday, which was the second night of a back-to-back after making his return from a 15-game absence the day before. Sandro Mamukelashvili came off the bench in his return but started with Barrett out. Either Mamu or Ochai Agbaji will come off the bench with Barrett back.

Barrett returned from a 15-game absence in Sunday’s overtime win over the Warriors, but he’ll miss the second leg of the team’s back-to-back set as he works his way back from injury. Poeltl will miss another game, and with the pair out of action, expect Ochai Agbaji and Sandro Mamukelashvili to see additional run.

Barrett, who is on a minutes restriction, will start in his return from a 15-game absence. However, it won’t be Agbaji that heads to the bench. This is likely a matchup-based decision, but it will be Sandro Mamukelashvili that will play a reserve role in this game. He should still play significant minutes off the bench.

Barrett will make his return after a 15-game absence. He will be on a minutes restriction, which will limit his production. However, his return will likely push Ochai Agbaji back to the bench. The only way it won’t is if head coach Darko Rajakovic opts to bring Barrett off the bench to ensure he’ll be available to close the game despite the restriction. That would only be temporary, and Agbaji will lose minutes regardless.

Barrett has been out since November 23, but his return isn’t far away. The 25-year-old small forward had a full practice Friday and is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Warriors. Even if he’s ultimately held out, his return should happen soon. If he’s available, he’ll likely be on a minutes limit.

Barrett has been out since November 23, but a return to game action may happen soon. According to Raptors head coach Darko Rajakovic, the forward/guard did some full-contact work on Friday and is progressing in his recovery. Barrett is now considered to be day-to-day. Ochai Agbaji should remain in the starting lineup until the Raptors clear RJ to play in games.

Barrett has not appeared in a game since November 23, and it’s unknown when he’ll be able to return after being cleared to resume on-court activities last week. Ochai Agbaji should remain in the starting lineup for the time being, with Jamal Shead picking up additional minutes off the bench.

Barrett has missed Toronto’s last 12 games and does not have a concrete return timeline. However, he’s progressing in his recovery, and the plan is to have the forward scrimmage live with the Raptors coaches in the coming days. If all goes well, the next step would be for him to rejoin practice. Ochai Agbaji has moved into the starting lineup and should retain that role for the foreseeable future, with Jamal Shead picking up additional minutes off the bench.

Saturday’s game will be the 12th that Barrett has missed since suffering a sprained right knee. Ochai Agbaji has been the most recent replacement in the starting lineup, sitting just outside the top-150 in nine-cat formats over the past two weeks. Jamal Shead, who’s rostered in seven percent of Yahoo! leagues, has also seen his minutes increase, but his production isn’t good enough to warrant rostering him in redraft leagues.

Barrett was expected to begin the return-to-play process this week, and there’s still more work to be done before he’s cleared to play in games. Ochai Agbaji has been his most recent replacement in the starting lineup, with Ja’Kobe Walter also making multiple starts. Neither player has been consistent enough to merit being streamed in most leagues.

Barrett - who last played on November 23 - will remain out on Monday against the Heat. Toronto plays three more games in Week 9, so it’s possible Barrett could get back on the court for one of them. Until then, Jamal Shead is a worthwhile streamer in deeper leagues.

Barrett will miss at least at least two more games, including Tuesday’s NBA Cup matchup with Miami. Barrett has been progressing and received a PRP injection to help his knee. Ja’Kobe Walter will continue to start in his place, though Jamal Shead started in his stead to open the second half of Toronto’s last game. That may or may not continue.

Barrett has missed Toronto’s last seven games with a sprained right knee, and Sunday’s contest will push that unfortunate streak to eight. Ja’Kobe Walter has been the replacement in the starting lineup, but his production has not been consistent enough to merit streaming. Leave him on the waiver wire.

Barrett has already been ruled out for a fifth straight game on Tuesday, which means Ja’Kobe Walter will continue to start in his place. Barrett is reportedly improving and remains “day-to-day”, but his next chance to suit up will be against the Lakers on Thursday.

Barrett sustained a right knee sprain in Sunday’s win over Brooklyn before sitting out Monday’s win over Cleveland. His timeline means Barrett will miss at least four games, though he could be forced to sit out additional games beyond that, depending on his recovery. Ja’Kobe Walter started on Monday, though he did little with his 24 minutes. Jamal Shead logged 24 minutes off the bench, and he should see an uptick in playing time for as long as Barrett is out. Gradey Dick may be more involved, too, so fantasy managers don’t have a clear pickup here.

Barrett will miss a second straight game with a sprained right knee, opening up a spot in the starting lineup. Ja’Kobe Walter started Monday’s win over the Cavaliers, playing 24 minutes. While starting raises his fantasy ceiling, 24 minutes may not be enough for Walter to be worth the risk.

Barrett landed awkwardly after completing a dunk during the third quarter of Sunday’s victory. Already ruled out for Monday’s game against the Cavaliers, he’s considered day-to-day, which is excellent news for the Raptors. Ja’Kobe Walter and Gradey Dick are two players whose minutes may increase with Barrett unavailable.

Barrett injured his knee when he appeared to land awkwardly after a third quarter dunk in Sunday’s game against the Nets. The 25-year-old small forward didn’t return to the game and is out for Monday’s second game of a back-to-back against the Cavaliers. Ja’Kobe Walter and Gradey Dick are candidates for extra minutes with Barrett out, though neither are worth streaming.

Barrett appeared to land awkwardly after completing a dunk during the third quarter of Sunday’s game. He would leave less than a minute later and has now been ruled out for the rest of the night. Ja’Kobe Walter and Gradey Dick are available to absorb some of the minutes that would have gone to Barrett.

While Barrett isn’t providing top-100 value in eight- or nine-cat formats, he’s been more consistently productive this season than in years past. And that’s somewhat surprising given the Raptors’ addition of Brandon Ingram to the mix this season. Barrett has done enough to merit being rostered in most leagues, but increased defensive production would do wonders for his value.

After shooting 1-of-6 from the field in the first half, Barrett really didn’t have anywhere to go but up in the second half. That’s precisely what happened, as he scored 11 points in the third quarter alone. After a solid fourth, he tied for the team lead in scoring with Brandon Ingram. Barrett has never been a great category league option, but he’s been far better this season, providing top-100 value in eight- and nine-cat formats.

Barrett continues his excellent start to the season, having scored at least 19 points in seven of nine games played. He’s shooting over 54 percent from the field thus far and providing fifth-round value in nine-cat formats, exceeding his Yahoo! ADP (96). The lone negative for Barrett so far has been the foul line, where he’s shooting 74.3 percent. Punt that category, and his fantasy value improves by two rounds. Can he sustain this production? Given the career numbers, that may not be easy to do, and some managers may look to sell high as a result.

Barrett poured in a -high 15 points in the first half as Toronto raced out to a commanding 73-54 lead at the half. He knocked down three of six from distance as Toronto shot 46 percent (12-of-26) from beyond the arc in the first half. He finished with four treys and eclipsed 20 points for the sixth time in eight games to open the season. He’s performed at a fifth-round level in the early stages of the fantasy season, averaging just under 21 points per game along with five rebounds and three assists.

Despite a rough shooting night from beyond the arc, Barrett still finished as the game’s leading scorer on Sunday — high volume helped him nearly produce 30 points, as did contributions from the charity stripe. Yet, the seventh-year wing got his teammates involved along the way and recorded a season high in assists in the win. Barrett’s start to the season has yielded similar statistics to those of last year in Toronto, which suggests he should be able to maintain his current level of production throughout the year.

Barrett has gotten off to a dominant start to this season. Through four games, he’s averaging 21.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.5 three-pointers per game while shooting 61.8 percent from the floor. Knowing his career-best field goal percentage in a season is 49.5 percent, and that was an outlier when compared to his other seasons, he’ll certainly cool off as the season progresses. Still, this has been a fantastic start for him, and he’ll look to keep it going against the Rockets on Wednesday.
