Clingan dominated early on in this game and entered the halftime break with a double-double. This was his third straight double-double, and he has one in five of his last six games. However, it’s the deep-range shooting that has been the real revelation. He hit a total of 14 triples as a rookie, but he has five over his last two games and 12 over his last seven. Clingan doesn’t need to become a true stretch five, but if he can space the floor, it will continue to open up the offense for Portland.

Clingan has recorded four double-doubles in his last five appearances, with Saturday’s ranking among his best of the season. The 7-foot-2 center notched a season-high point total and matched his previous high in made three-pointers. Clingan didn’t record any defensive stats on Saturday, but over the past two weeks, he has offered sixth-round per-game value in nine-cat formats.

Since missing three games in early December with a leg injury, Clingan has hit double digits in rebounds in eight of his 11 appearances. Friday’s double-double was his 11th of the season and fifth since returning from injury, with the second-year center providing eighth-round per-game value in nine-cat formats. Robert Williams III (four points, six rebounds, one assist and one blocked shot) played 18 minutes off the bench; as long as Clingan can meet or exceed 30 minutes, as he did on Friday, his fantasy value will be fine.

For the second time this month, Clingan has recorded double-doubles in consecutive games. While the stat line against the Mavericks did not include any defensive stats, the second-year center shot 80 percent from the field and made multiple three-pointers for the third time in five games. Over the past two weeks, Clingan has provided seventh-round value in eight-cat formats, and he’s been close to a top-25 player for managers punting free-throw percentage. Portland has three more games on its Week 11 schedule, starting with the Thunder on Wednesday.

Clingan was a force of nature on the glass against Boston’s lackluster frontcourt, pulling down seven offensive rebounds as part of a monster effort. The 21-year-old former lottery pick came up with a clutch offensive board in the closing seconds, converting a three-point play to give Portland a commanding four-point lead. He’s put together a strong stretch of late, averaging 13.3 points, 12.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 0.3 steals and 1.3 blocks over his past four games.

Clingan finished Saturday’s victory with his seventh double-double of the season. While the foul line remained problematic after a poor showing in Thursday’s win over the Kings, the second-year pivot only attempted three shots. Clingan still boasts a respectable percentage for the season, and fantasy managers value him more for the rebounds, blocks and field-goal percentage categories.

Clingan, who entered Thursday shooting 79.5 percent from the foul line, struggled mightily at the charity stripe against the Kings. Making well below 50 percent of his attempts, the 7-foot-2 center missed three of four attempts in the final 33 seconds of overtime. That opened the door for the Kings to potentially steal the game, but Deni Avdija’s free throws with 1.5 seconds remaining were the difference. Clingan was productive across the board, and his foul shooting throughout the season is why fantasy managers should not be too concerned about what they saw on Thursday.

Clingan was back in the Trail Blazers’ lineup after missing three games, which factored into his playing 22 minutes. The good news for those who have the 7-foot-2 center rostered is that he provided good value in rebounds and blocks, but that was about it. Robert Williams III (11/11/3/1) was more productive offensively in his 19 minutes, so there may be some value there for deep-league managers. However, Clingan should remain the priority, especially as his playing time increases.

The lone change to the starting lineup is Clingan, who is back after missing three games with a leg injury. Kris Murray heads back to the bench, and he won’t play any minutes at center since Robert Williams III and Yang Hansen are also available.

Clingan is back after a three-game absence due to a lower left leg contusion. He’ll occupy his usual place in the Trail Blazers’ starting lineup, and Portland will have all three of its centers available. Robert Williams III and Yang Hansen are also cleared for Sunday’s game.

Clingan has missed Portland’s last three games with a lower left leg contusion. If he’s able to play on Sunday, he will resume his usual duties as the starting center. However, with Robert Williams III and Yang Hansen also questionable, the Trail Blazers could once again be in a position to play without a legitimate center. Kris Murray started Thursday’s loss to the Pelicans, recording nine rebounds, two steals and two blocked shots in 29 minutes.

Clingan is set to miss his third game in a row with a leg injury. This isn’t much of a surprise as the 21-year-old center wasn’t able to fully participate in Tuesday’s practice. With Clingan out again, expect Robert Williams to start.

Clingan has missed Portland’s last two games, which has allowed Robert Williams and Yang Hansen to each start a game, with Duop Reath filling out the backup minutes in both. Williams should be back to play on Thursday, so he will likely start if Clingan is sidelined again.

Clingan will miss a second straight game as he continues to recover from a left lower leg contusion. With Robert Williams III (illness) also out, the Trail Blazers will have to rely on Duop Reath and Yang Hansen to fill the void at the center position. While neither is a great streaming option, the chosen starter will be worth a look in deep leagues.

Clingan did not play in Friday’s loss to the Pistons, allowing Robert Williams to start and play 30 minutes. That would likely be Portland’s approach if Clingan can’t play on Sunday, making the Time Lord a worthwhile streamer. Also, Yang Hansen has been called up from the G League for added depth.

The last time Clingan was unavailable, Kris Murray got the start in his place. That may not be an optimal strategy against Jalen Duren and Detroit, but it could happen. The other option would likely be Duop Reath, though Robert Williams will play an important role off the bench regardless.

Clingan, who was injured during Tuesday’s loss to the Raptors, started and logged 25 minutes in Wednesday’s win over the Cavaliers. The second-year center’s playing time could be limited on Friday, with Duop Reath sliding into the backup role if Robert Williams III cannot play. Portland has already ruled out Yang Hansen, as he has joined the team’s G League affiliate. Reath or Williams will only be worth streaming if Clingan can’t play.

Clingan is good to go after taking a knee to his left leg during Tuesday’s loss to the Raptors. He will take on his usual role as the Trail Blazers’ starting center, with Yang Hansen slotting into the backup role with Robert Williams III out.

Clingan could be unavailable for the second night of this back-to-back. Kris Murray started during Clingan’s last absence, but he is questionable with a hip contusion. If both are out, Yang Hansen and Duop Reath would occupy the center minutes, though in a matchup with Evan Mobley, that wouldn’t make either ideal streaming targets.

Clingan is back in the Trail Blazers’ starting lineup after missing Sunday’s loss to the Thunder due to illness. As a result, Kris Murray will come off the bench, where he offers a considerably lower ceiling. Murray should only be rostered in dynasty leagues.

Clingan will be back after a one-game absence, which will push Kris Murray to the bench. Robert Williams, who has played well recently, may lose out on a few minutes with Clingan back, but he had been productive in limited minutes anyway. Clingan’s return shouldn’t negatively impact Williams by much.

With Clingan unavailable, the Trail Blazers began Sunday’s loss to the Thunder with a smaller lineup. Kris Murray joined the starters and played 35 minutes, with Robert Williams getting 19 minutes off the bench. If Toronto’s Jakob Poeltl is available for Tuesday’s matchup, that could be a spot where Williams receives the starting nod if Clingan can’t play. However, that isn’t guaranteed, and the Time Lord’s minutes are still being restricted due to his injury history.

Robert Williams has played well off the bench this season, but Clingan’s injury frees up a starting spot for Time Lord. Fantasy managers should stream Williams on Sunday based on his increased opportunity. He’s blocked 11 shots in his last three games and figures to be a good source of them whenever he gets real playing time.

Clingan has yet to miss a game this season, and his absence would leave a significant hole in the middle of the Trail Blazers’ lineup. Robert Williams III would be the replacement, and the Time Lord would have a decent fantasy ceiling. However, injuries have been an issue, so he may not take on a starter’s workload. Yang Hansen is also available, and he would slide into the backup role.

Having tweaked his left ankle during Friday’s win over the Warriors, Clingan’s availability for both games of Portland’s ensuing back-to-back was good news for the Trail Blazers and fantasy managers. After providing minimal value in Sunday’s loss to the Thunder, the second-year center recorded his fifth double-double of the season in Milwaukee. By comparison, Clingan had eight double-doubles his entire rookie season. While it’s still early, the question isn’t whether he can provide top-100 value, but rather if Clingan can maintain top-50 value in nine-cat formats.

Clingan tweaked his left ankle during the first half of Friday’s win over the Warriors. While he did return after a quick trip to the bench, the Trail Blazers center was off the floor in crunch time, with Robert Williams III replacing him. Who starts if Clingan can’t play depends on Williams. If the Time Lord is available, he’ll be the starter.

Not only did Clingan record his fourth double-double of the season on Friday, but he also finished with his first 20-point game. Portland dominated the boards in San Francisco, with the center tandem of Clingan and Robert Williams III making the difference. The “Time Lord” played 20 minutes off the bench, finishing with an 8/11/2/0/3 stat line, and he was on the court in crunch time. Clingan is providing fourth-round value in nine-cat formats, three rounds higher than his Yahoo! ADP. Regardless of which center closes games, he’s the preferred option for fantasy basketball.

Clingan was dominant on the glass against the Bulls, recording a career-high rebound total. Even better for fantasy managers was that the second-year center recorded a complete stat line with solid percentages. So far, Clingan has exceeded his Yahoo! ADP (84) in eight- and nine-cat formats, closing in on the top-50 in the latter. With Robert Williams’ availability still being an issue and rookie Yang Hansen not ready to contribute consistently, Clingan’s value will increase if he’s able to play 30 minutes or more. Wednesday’s game was the second this season in which he logged at least 30 minutes.

With Shaedon Sharpe and Deni Avdija being the most heavily used players within the Trail Blazers’ offense, Clingan managers are going to get most of their value from him in the rebound and blocked shot categories. The second-year center was highly productive in those areas on Tuesday, establishing a new season-high in the latter. Despite averaging 8.9 points per game, Clingan is ranked well within the top-100 in nine-cat formats thanks to the rebounds, blocks and percentages.
