With Coby White and Tre Jones unavailable, there were rotation minutes available for Carter. He took advantage of the opportunity, shooting 5-of-10 from beyond the arc. Carter didn’t provide much value beyond points and three-pointers, which is why there’s little need to stream him on nights when the Bulls are shorthanded. However, he deserves credit for Monday’s performance, which was his best of the season.

Carter is available after sitting out Tuesday’s game in Toronto. His return gives the Bulls another option on the perimeter, but he’s unlikely to get the minutes needed to impact fantasy basketball.

Under normal circumstances, Carter and Phillips’ absences would not impact fantasy basketball. However, with the Bulls missing multiple perimeter players, the available options will likely log significant minutes on Tuesday. Talen Horton-Tucker and Patrick Williams should see their minutes increase due to the absences.
