Added to the injury report Friday evening, Champagnie is good to go for Saturday night. He has been Devin Vassell’s replacement in the starting lineup and can provide deep-league streaming value, especially for managers needing three-pointers.

Champagnie, who has starting for the injured Devin Vassell, is dealing with mid-back soreness. If he’s unable to play on Saturday, the Spurs could potentially turn to Dylan Harper to fill the void. Champagnie’s availability may also affect Carter Bryant, who is considered questionable due to a G League assignment.

Champagnie came out of the gate on fire, knocking down four three-pointers to finish the opening stanza with a game-high 15 points. He was relatively quiet over the final three quarters but still managed to break the 20-point barrier for the third time in his last four games. The 24-year-old guard is worthy of a speculative roster spot in all fantasy formats based on his recent production but there’s some regression looming based on his track record since he’s in the midst of an insanely hot run from a shooting standpoint.

After coming back to earth in Friday’s win over the Pacers, Champagnie had a better night shooting the basketball on Saturday. In addition to the 20 points and four three-pointers, he recorded his fourth double-double of the season. With Devin Vassell (adductor) out until mid-January, Champagnie is worth streaming in deep leagues.

Champagnie, who set a franchise record with 11 three-pointers en route to a career-high 36-point effort earlier this week against the Knicks, came crashing back to earth in this one. The 24-year-old went 2-of-11 from beyond the arc but managed to salvage an otherwise forgettable effort by corralling eight boards. There should be some additional opportunities for him in the short-term while Victor Wembanyama (knee) is sidelined but his streakiness limits his appeal to extremely deep leagues.

Champagnie dropped a career-high 36 points in this one. The 24-year-old small forward’s 11 three-pointers are the second-most anyone has had in a game this year, trailing only Stephen Curry with 12, and a Spurs franchise record. On a night when the Spurs trailed by nine entering the fourth quarter and lost Victor Wembanyama to injury not even two minutes into the fourth quarter, Champagnie kept the Spurs afloat and led the late comeback. With Devin Vassell (adductor) set to miss a few games, Champagnie is rewarding managers that chose to stream him.

Spurs coach Mitch Johnson said that Vassell will likely be out “more than a game or two.” It’s safe to assume that Champagnie will start multuple games, which gives him upside as a streaming option, especially if Stephon Castle (thumb) ends up missing this game.

The Spurs will be without De’Aaron Fox for Saturday’s game due to left adductor tightness. His absence means that Stephon Castle and Devin Vassell will shift up a position, with Champagnie moving into the starting lineup. Completing the quintet are Harrison Barnes and Victor Wembanyama. Wemby’s move into the lineup pushes Luke Kornet to the bench.

Champagnie has played 29 minutes in each of the last two games since Stephon Castle returned from a hip injury. The 24-year-old small forward had played at least 35 minutes in three of the last five games before Castle returned. Castle played 27 minutes Wednesday, which will only increase with time and potentially cut into Champagnie’s minutes even more. He’s still worth holding in deeper formats for now, though.

Having started the last five games due to injuries, Champagnie has recorded double-doubles in three straight. The 25 points he tallied on Friday were a season-high, and Julian has three 20-point games. Rostered in 10 percent of Yahoo! leagues, Champagnie has provided sixth-round value in nine-cat formats over the past two weeks. As long as Stephon Castle and Victor Wembanyama remain out, he’s worth streaming in deep leagues.

A fixture in the Spurs’ starting lineup since Stephon Castle was lost to a hip injury, Champagnie struggled with his shot on Sunday. He was 2-of-9 from beyond the arc, dropping to 9-of-24 over the last three games. The good news for the few managers streaming Champagnie is that he recorded his first double-double of the season, leading all players with 12 rebounds. Those looking for someone capable of compensating for Castle’s absence are better off with Keldon Johnson, even with his issues in category league formats. He finished Sunday’s defeat with 14 points, six rebounds, two assists, one steal and two three-pointers in 24 minutes.

Limited to nine points in Tuesday’s win over the Grizzlies, Champagnie was much better in his second start for the injured Stephon Castle. He notched his second 20-point game of the season, finishing two shy of his season-high. While Champagnie has only been a 10th-round player over the past two weeks, he boasts a higher ceiling now that he’s in the starting lineup. He’s worth considering in deep leagues, especially for managers needing three-pointers.

With Stephon Castle (hip) set to miss a couple weeks, Champagnie will slide into the starting lineup. Kornet will also remain in the starting unit in place of Victor Wembanyama (calf), with the rest of the starters remaining the same.

Champagnie was a solid source of offense off the bench in the loss. He was third in scoring for the Spurs behind Victor Wembanyama and De’Aaron Fox, with most of his points coming from behind the three-point line. Champagnie was a starter to open the year, but in his four games as a reserve, his production has been top inconsistent for him to be worth rostering at this point of the season.

Champagnie was initially questionable with a hip injury, but will suit up for this one. The 24-year-old power forward is averaging 9.2 points and 5.1 rebounds this season. Champagnie doesn’t have much fantasy value when the Spurs are at full strength.

Champagnie logged an impressive two-way performance in Friday’s win. He posted season-highs in points and three-pointers on the offensive end while accounting for a third of the Spurs’ 15 steals on defense. The fourth-year forward also was one of San Antonio’s better rebounders on Friday to cap off what was arguably his best performance of the season.

Having totaled 12 points in San Antonio’s first two games, Champagnie contributed a baker’s dozen against the Nets. He certainly has fans within the Spurs organization, and with good reason. Champagnie’s a good defender who can contribute solid perimeter shooting. He shot 3-of-4 from beyond the arc on Sunday, helping to compensate for Harrison Barnes (4/3/1) missing all five of his attempts. Champagnie should remain a starter until De’Aaron Fox (hamstring) returns, with Jeremy Sochan’s (wrist) absence also boosting his value in deep leagues.

Champagnie started Friday’s game as Devin Vassell was out with a sore left ankle. Add in Harrison Barnes (two points, five rebounds and one assist) only playing 15 minutes, and there was ample room for Champagnie to put up numbers. He’s scored 20 points or more in four games this season, one more than his first two NBA seasons combined. While Barnes will likely start Sunday’s season finale against the Raptors, his minutes will likely be limited since the goal is to play all 82 games. That raises Champagnie’s ceiling, especially if Vassell remains out.

Champagnie moved into the starting lineup Wednesday with Devin Vassell out. Despite playing 32 minutes for the second night in a row, his production fell off a bit as he only had 14 points. Champagnie struggled from three-point land as he went 2-of-9 from distance, compared to 5-of-9 against Orlando on Tuesday. Champagnie is merely a streaming option when the Spurs are missing a starter.

The Spurs will not have Devin Vassell for Wednesday’s game, opening up a spot within the starting lineup. Champagnie will fill the resulting void, and his fantasy ceiling is raised even higher with Keldon Johnson also out.

Nights like Tuesday are why Champagnie still has value in deep leagues, especially when Jeremy Sochan (back) is unavailable. The 19 points are the most he’s scored in a game since March 23, and he’s reached double figures in four of his last six outings. However, Champagnie’s value sits outside the top 150 in eight- and nine-cat formats over the past two weeks. Sochan is reportedly not expected to travel with the team for Wednesday’s game in Denver, which makes Champagnie worthy of a look in deep leagues.

Champagnie snapped out of a three-game slump on Sunday, scoring 20 points after tallying 17 on 5-of-18 shooting in the three games prior. He’s ranked well outside the top 150 in eight- and nine-cat formats over the past two weeks, and that’s unlikely to change anytime soon. While the rotation minutes will be there for Champagnie, there’s no need to roster him in most leagues.

Champagnie and Oklahoma City’s Kenrich Williams got into an altercation with about three minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. Ultimately, both were ejected for their roles in the fracas, as was Thunder starting guard Luguentz Dort. Champagnie played 11 minutes before receiving his marching orders, finishing with eight points, two assists and two three-pointers.
