Less than a week after it was announced by Nets head coach Jordi Fernandez that Dëmin did not have a return timeline, the rookie has been ruled out for the rest of the season. The eighth overall pick in last summer’s draft, Dëmin has been dealing with plantar fascia issues in his left foot since the summer. While the Nets managed his workload throughout the season, with the rookie not playing back-to-backs, the issue flared up recently. The expectation is that he’ll be good to go for basketball activity early in the offseason. Dëmin appeared in 52 games, starting 45, and averaged 10.3 points, 3.2 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 0.8 steals and 2.4 three-pointers in 25.2 minutes. While perimeter shooting was believed to be a significant question mark during the pre-draft process, Dëmin shot 38.5 percent from beyond the arc. The most consistent of the Nets’ five first-round picks, he’s someone who will be worth picking in drafts next fall.

Plantar fasciitis has been an issue for Dëmin since the preseason, but the Nets have been able to manage his workload for most of this season. However, the rookie has missed the last three games and it’s unknown when Dëmin will return to action. Terance Mann has moved into the starting lineup, but he doesn’t offer the production needed to impact fantasy basketball.

Thursday’s game will be the third that Dëmin has missed due to his current foot injury. Terance Mann has moved into the starting lineup, most recently logging 27 minutes in Tuesday’s loss to the Heat. He is not worth the risk in fantasy leagues.

Tuesday’s game will be the second straight that Dëmin has missed due to his foot. Terance Mann moved into the starting lineup for Sunday’s loss to the Cavaliers, but he only played 14 minutes. There’s no need to consider streaming him, especially after Ziaire Williams logged 33 minutes off the bench.

While Sunday’s game is not part of a back-to-back, the Nets are still resting Dëmin for left plantar fascia injury management reasons. With Drake Powell being optioned ot the team’s G League affiliate, the Nets may give another rookie, Ben Saraf, more rotation minutes. He is not worth the streaming risk in redraft leagues.

Dëmin did not play in Monday’s win over the Bulls, as it was Brooklyn’s second game in as many nights. The rookie’s return will likely push Terance Mann to the bench, a role in which he offers minimal fantasy value.

Monday’s game isn’t part of a back-to-back, but the Nets will still give the rookie a night off. His absence could lead to Terance Mann returning to the starting lineup, but the veteran wing is not worth the risk in most fantasy leagues.

Dëmin continues to be the shining star of Brooklyn’s five-player draft class. The rookie guard shot 66.7 percent from the field, setting a season high with 26 points. Add in the rebounds, assists and three-pointers, and Dëmin once again showed why he has “silly season standout” potential. If he’s sitting on the waiver wire, don’t hesitate to pick him up.

Dëmin had arguable his best game as a professional Friday against the Jazz. The 19-year-old shooting guard made NBA history, setting the rookie record for most consecutive games with at least one made three-pointer at 34. The eighth overall pick in last year’s draft, Dëmin had six threes on the night on his way to 25 points and also 10 rebounds. The Nets close out the week against the best team in the East in Detroit on Sunday.

After sitting out Thursday’s loss to the Nuggets, Dëmin is good to go for Friday night. His return will likely push Nolan Traoré to the bench, eliminating his streaming value.

Thursday’s game is the first of two in as many nights for the Nets, who visit the Nuggets on Friday. As a result, Dëmin is one of the few rotation players who will not play in Denver. Drake Powell and Ben Saraf stand to see their minutes increase, but neither has proven trustworthy in redraft leagues.

After failing to score at all during the first half, Dëmin knocked down three three-pointers and scored 12 points in the third quarter. Of course, the outcome was no longer in doubt by that point, with the Clippers winning by a 126-89 final score, but Dëmin has made encouraging strides as a shooter. The rookie entered Sunday’s game averaging 2.4 three-pointers per game while knocking down 40 percent of his attempts. The percentage will take a hit after Dëmin shot 3-of-10 on Sunday, but managers who are rostering him should be pleased with the overall development.

Dëmin is back after sitting out Monday’s loss to the Suns, as it was Brooklyn’s second game in as many nights. Due to his return, Terance Mann will head to the bench. Whether he starts or comes off the bench, Mann is not worth rostering in most leagues.

Dëmin did not play in Monday’s loss to the Suns, as it was Brooklyn’s second game in as many nights. His return means that Drake Powell or Terance Mann will be headed to the bench, with the former being the more likely choice.

Monday’s game is the second in as many nights for the Nets, who lost to the Bulls on Sunday. As a result, Dëmin will not be available due to plantar fascia injury management. Drake Powell and Terance Mann will figure prominently in the Nets’ perimeter rotation, especially with Cam Thomas also out.

Remember when Dëmin’s shooting was the most significant question that draft analysts had about him? The rookie guard has shot the ball well from three, knocking down nearly 40 percent of his 6.1 attempts per game. Dëmin knocked down five on Wednesday while also recording five assists. Rostered in 18 percent of Yahoo! leagues, he has been a top-75 player in eight-cat formats over the past two weeks. There’s no need to wait for the trade deadline to add Dëmin; do it now.

Dëmin will replace Terance Mann in the Nets’ starting lineup on Wednesday as the team looks to end a four-game losing streak. Dëmin missed Brooklyn’s most recent game against Dallas, but his return will provide the Nets’ starting unit with more three-point shooting. The rookie has made multiple three-pointers in each of his last six appearances, while scoring in double figures in five of those contests.

Dëmin was sidelined on Monday but will be back to take on New Orleans. Drake Powell started in his place but will return to the bench with Dëmin available, which limit his upside in fantasy hoops, especially with Cam Thomas (hamstring) back as well.

Dëmin will get a maintenance day due to a left plantar fascia issue, and Thomas will get one for a lingering left hamstring injury. Brooklyn plays again on Wednesday and Friday before another back-to-back set on Sunday and Monday. Ziaire Williams (illness) will sit out Monday, but Drake Powell (knee) is back after sitting out Sunday. Powell, Tyrese Martin and Terance Mann should all see increased run with Dëmin, Thomas and Williams out of action.

Demin stole the show late with a pair of three-pointers, including one that looked to be the go-ahead basket in overtime before Paolo Banchero delivered the actual game-winning triple just moments later. Demin also led his team in assists and has now scored in double figures in eight of his last nine appearances. As the rookie gets more games under his belt, he continues to impresss. He could be someone worth monitoring in fantasy leagues as the season goes on.

Dëmin will be back after a one-game absence, which lines up with both Cam Thomas (hamstring) and Michael Porter Jr. (illness) being out. Dëmin should get plenty of usage against another young team, which could lead to a big night. Drake Powell started in his place on Thursday and should return to the bench, though there will still be plenty of minutes for him.

Dëmin will have to wait at least one more game before following up on his 23-point outing. Tyrese Martin started in his place during his most recent absence, but Cam Thomas being back could prevent that from happening again. Thomas stands to benefit the most, depending on how many minutes they’re willing to play him.

Dëmin knocked down a season-high seven three-pointers as he finished with double-digit shot attempts for the fifth consecutive contest. The encouraging sign for fantasy managers here is that his role hasn’t diminished with Cam Thomas back in the fold after missing nearly two months due to injury.

Dëmin has turned things around after a slow start in December. In the first five games of the month, he averaged 6.6 points while shooting 33.3 percent from the field. Since then, Dëmin has hit double figures in four straight, recording his second 20-point game on Tuesday. While there are going to be moments when the Nets look to evaluate Nolan Traoré (five points, one rebound and two assists in 14 minutes) and Ben Saraf (DNP-CD) at the point, Dëmin has seemingly separated himself from his fellow rookies.

Dëmin will be back after a one-game absence, which allowed Tyrese Martin to start in his place. Martin will likely return to a reserve role with Dëmin available. Dëmin scored a career-best 23 points in the last game he suited up for and will look to build off that.

Dëmin is out for Saturday’s game with the Bucks for left plantar fascia injury management reasons. It’s undoubtedly a bummer after the 19-year-old point guard had his best game since joining the Nets with 23 points against the 76ers on Friday. Dëmin is certainly a player to keep tabs on for fantasy managers going forward, though he may not be worth rostering just yet.

Dëmin had his best game as a Net on Friday, reaching double figures for the sixth time, with this being his first 20-point game. The rookei guard recorded a complete stat line in 30 minutes on the floor. Since replacing Ben Saraf (DNP-CD on Friday) in the starting lineup, Dëmin has not been productive enough to be a must-roster player in 14-team leagues. However, he is definitely worth watching in the aftermath of Friday’s performance.

Dëmin, who has started Brooklyn’s last seven games, is dealing with a sore neck and jawline. However, the probable tag suggests that the rookie will ultimately be cleared to play. If Dëmin can’t play, Terance Mann will take on more of the playmaking responsibilities. Even with an expanded role, Mann hasn’t been the most dependable fantasy option this season.

After shooting 27.3 percent from three in his lone season at BYU, Dëmin was not expected by many to be as productive a perimeter shooter as he’s been. The rookie shot 4-of-7 from deep on Tuesday and is averaging 1.8 three-pointers per game at a respectable 36 percent clip. Dëmin is shooting 37.6 percent from the field overall, and that needs to change if he’s to become a player who should be rostered in more than six percent of Yahoo! leagues as he currently is.

The Nets will be without Cam Thomas (hamstring) for at least three to four weeks, opening up a spot in the starting lineup. Dëmin will fill the void, making his first career start opposite Detroit’s Cade Cunningham. Dëmin is worth rostering as long as Thomas is out and should have solid rest-of-season value for the rebuilding Nets.
