Gordon played 24 minutes off the bench in Friday’s loss to the Hawks and should take on a similar workload on Sunday. The Nuggets have taken a conservative approach to his playing time, with Hunter Tyson starting on Friday since Spencer Jones (ankle, illness) was out.

Gordon hasn’t skipped a beat in three games since returning from a lengthy absence recovering from a hamstring injury, averaging 15.3 points, 7.0 assists, 3.0 assists over 23 minutes during that span. The Nuggets are going to keep a governor on his workload for the immediate future but he’ll continue providing his usual blend of points and rebounds for fantasy purposes.

After sitting out Monday’s win over the Sixers, Gordon and Hardaway Jr. are both expected to play. As a result, Spencer Jones and Zeke Nnaji will likely see reduced roles.

Gordon and THJ sat out of Monday’s win over Philadelphia, and Peyton Watson, Spencer Jones and Zeke Nnaji filled in. Nnaji went for 21/8 across 32 minutes off the bench, and Watson continued to shine as a starter, going for 24/7/4 across 44 minutes. Watson, Jones and Nnaji should all see similar run Wednesday if Gordon and Hardaway Jr. are sidelined again.

It’s not surprising that Gordon will sit out the second leg of a back-to-back set after returning from a long absence on Sunday. With Gordon, Jamal Murray (ankle) and Christian Braun (ankle) all joining Nikola Jokić (knee) and Jonas Valančiūnas (calf) on the sideline, THJ will also get the night off to recover from an illness. Spencer Jones, Peyton Watson and Julian Strawther are all candidates for increased run against the 76ers tonight as Denver trots out a skeleton crew.

Gordon looked sharp in his first game action since November 21, finishing a couple boards shy of a double-double in limited minutes off the bench, following a six-week absence recovering from a hamstring strain. The 30-year-old’s return couldn’t come at a more opportune moment for the injury-ravaged Nuggets, who are missing several starters including franchise icon Nikola Jokić (knee).

Gordon has been cleared to return to action after a hamstring injury suffered on November 21 forced him to the sidelines. Spencer Jones may be headed to the bench, but he should remain in the rotation since Gordon’s playing time will be restricted.

If he’s able to play, Sunday’s game would be Gordon’s first since November 21. Spencer Jones has filled in admirably in Gordon’s absence, but the two-way contract forward’s fantasy ceiling would take a significant hit once he returns to the bench.

Gordon suffered a strained right hamstring during Friday’s win over the Rockets. According to Charania, it is a Grade 2 strain, and the Nuggets forward will be re-evaluated in four to six weeks. Gordon was already dealing with bilateral hamstring issues, and he played through a strain in Game 7 of last season’s second-round series against the Thunder. Losing Gordon will significantly impact Denver’s rotation, especially with Christian Braun (ankle) already out. Spencer Jones started Saturday’s loss to the Kings but provided minimal value in his 24 minutes on the court. Between his recent play and the absences of Gordon and Braun, now is a good time to hop back onto the Cameron Johnson bandwagon. Over his last four games, he’s averaged 15.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 0.5 steals, 0.5 blocks and 2.8 three-pointers while shooting 56.8 percent from the field.

Gordon, who was dealing with some hamstring soreness ahead of Friday’s win over the Rockets, suffered a strained right hamstring during the second quarter. He won’t play on Saturday, and Nuggets head coach David Adelman said following Friday’s win that he expects Gordon to miss some time. While Spencer Jones started the third quarter, Zeke Nnaji is another possibility to replace Gordon in the starting lineup. Nnaji started Wednesday’s win over the Pelicans.

Gordon left Friday’s game with a strained right hamstring in the second quarter. He was already dealing with hamstring soreness, most recently sitting out the November 19 win over the Pelicans. However, with the strain, Gordon will likely miss time. Spencer Jones started the third quarter, but he hasn’t done enough to merit being streamed. Fantasy managers should focus on Peyton Watson and Cameron Johnson when seeking value in Gordon’s absence.

Gordon, who was initially probable for Friday’s game with a sore hamstring, suffered a right hamstring strain during the second quarter. The Nuggets officially ruled him out during the intermission, with Spencer Jones replacing him in the lineup. If Gordon misses time, Peyton Watson and Cameron Johnson will be worth a look. Both are currently in the starting lineup, with the former filling in for the injured Christian Braun.

Gordon was initially probable for Friday’s game, so the upgrade in status was expected. He’ll occupy his usual place in the starting lineup, with Jamal Murray, Cameron Johnson, Peyton Watson and Nikola Jokić completing the quintet.

Gordon did not play in Wednesday’s win over the Pelicans, with Zeke Nnaji replacing him in the starting lineup. However, Peyton Watson was the biggest beneficiary, scoring 32 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. Nnaji will return to the bench if Gordon plays, likely falling out of the rotation entirely.

Initially questionable for Wednesday’s game, Gordon will not play. Peyton Watson is already starting for the injured Christian Braun, so Bruce Brown and Tim Hardaway Jr. are likely the best options to step in for Gordon.

Gordon wasn’t on the initial injury report, but there is a chance he is sidelined against New Orleans. This isn’t part of a back-to-back, but Denver does have one on Friday and Saturday, so don’t be surprised if Gordon is sidelined for one of those. Peyton Watson is already starting with Christian Braun (ankle) out, so Bruce Brown or Tim Hardaway Jr. would likely fill in for Gordon.

One game removed from recording his first double-double of the season, Gordon notched a second on Monday. The negative for fantasy managers is that he did not record any assists, steals or blocked shots, the first time Gordon’s tossed up a bagel in all three categories in the same game this season. Thanks to excellent production in points, rebounds and three-pointers with high percentages, AG is providing top-50 value in nine-cat formats. However, the margin for error is slim due to the lackluster assists and defensive stats.

Gordon has come back down to Earth since his 50-point outburst to open the season, but this ended up being one of his better offensive performances. It was also his first double-double of the year. Gordon has continued to develop his game every season, and his leap as a shooter has allowed him to average a career-high 2.5 three-pointers per game and shoot 88.9 percent from the free throw line thus far. Just two years ago, he hit 0.5 triples per game and shot 65.8 percent from the line.

Gordon had an unspectacular, but somewhat productive night against the Clippers on Wednesday. He was one of four Nuggets players to score in double figures, and he finished tied for second in rebounds. Not much was asked of Gordon on a night in which Nikola Jokic scored 55 points and 18-of-23 shooting. Yet, he finished with decent production from a fantasy basketball standpoint, regardless. A more competitive game on Saturday against the Timberwolves could potentially lead to a more productive game from Gordon.

Back in the Nuggets’ lineup after missing Saturday’s win over the Pacers with a hamstring injury, Gordon played 30 minutes on Tuesday without any issues. What may be of interest to fantasy managers is how he’s shot the ball from deep since going 10-of-11 in Denver’s season opener. Gordon has gone 11-of-34 since that night, including 2-of-4 on Tuesday. While the percentage isn’t great, he’s remained confident in the shot, and opposing teams have been forced to respect it more. That’s good news for the Nuggets and those who have Gordon rostered.

AG will be sidelined for the second night of this back-to-back. Peyton Watson should slide into the starting unit for this game, though there could be a few minutes for Zeke Nnaji or Hunter Tyson off the bench.

Gordon is managing a left hamstring injury and could miss Saturday’s game against the Pacers. The 30-year-old power forward is off to a hot shooting start this season. Peyton Watson and Zeke Nnaji would be the primary candidates to see extra minutes in Gordon’s absence.

Gordon dropped 50 points in the Nuggets’ season-opening overtime loss to the Warriors. The 30-year-old power forward failed to record even 20 points in the next four games, but has now bounced back with at least 20 points in the last two games. Gordon’s shooting seems to be improved this season and the Nuggets are in no position to curb his usage on offense this year.

Gordon hasn’t approached the heights he reached in Denver’s opener, scoring 50 points in a loss to the Warriors. In fact, Monday’s effort was his first 20-point game since then. However, Gordon is still shooting the ball with excellent accuracy and averaging 2.5 three-pointers per game. The veteran forward is providing top-50 value in nine-cat formats, something few fantasy managers expected before the season began. Maintaining that production level may prove difficult, but Gordon’s improved shooting has done wonders for his fantasy profile.

Gordon had an unreal start to this game, making his first eight attempts from beyond the arc. He ended up setting a new career-high for both points and three-pointers, with the 10th triple giving Denver a lead late in the fourth before Stephen Curry forced overtime. Gordon only added five more points in the extra frame, with two of those coming after the game was all but over. It was a monster performance that was wasted in the loss, though that aspect won’t matter for fantasy managers. Gordon has certainly improved as a three-point shooter in recent years, but this was a performance that he certainly won’t replicate.

Dealing with what was reported as a Grade 2 left hamstring strain, Gordon shocked many by playing in Sunday’s game. Give him credit for attempting to play through the injury, and early on, it appeared as if the Thunder weren’t willing to test Gordon’s health thoroughly. While effective as a rebounder, the Nuggets forward could not provide much else in his 25 minutes on the court. The defeat gives Gordon time to recover from his hamstring injury, and he should be good to go when training camp opens in September. Gordon has primarily been a late-round player in Denver, and that’s unlikely to change in 2025-26, even with his improvement as a perimeter shooter this season.

Gordon will surprisingly take the court after being diagnosed with an injury that should have kept him out for multiple weeks. How many minutes he plays and how he looks will be things to keep an eye on throughout the winner-take-all contest.

According to Shams, Gordon will need several weeks to recover from the injury. He’s been looking for ways to play on Sunday, “but it is becoming physically improbable to do so.” Gordon hasn’t officially been ruled out, but there’s little chance he takes the court, which is a devastating blow for Denver. Gordon has averaged 16.8 points and 7.3 boards in the 2025 postseason, and his production will likely be picked up by a committee of Russell Westbrook, Julian Strawther and Peyton Watson.

Gordon is said to be a true game-time decision after he injured his left hamstring in Game 6. His availability appears to be in doubt, though the Nuggets hope he will play. Tyson has missed the last three games with an ankle injury. He wasn’t part of the Nuggets’ rotation, but could see some minutes if he’s healthy and Gordon is out. Russell Westbrook, Julian Strawther and Peyton Watson will all have added importance if Gordon is unavailable.

Gordon injured his left hamstring during Denver’s Game 6 victory on Thursday. While ESPN’s Shams Charania reported Friday evening that the forward’s status for Game 7 is in serious doubt, the Nuggets are hoping that Gordon will play. He’ll be evaluated once he arrives at the arena on Sunday, with the medical staff determining Gordon’s availability and, if cleared, how much he can play. Peyton Watson, Russell Westbrook and Julian Strawther will all have heightened importance if Gordon cannot play.
