AJ Green shot 6-of-9 from the field and 4-of-5 from the foul line in Sunday’s loss to the Cavaliers, scoring 20 points with two rebounds, two assists and four three-pointers.
Mainly an option for fantasy managers needing three-pointers, Green has lived up to that expectation thus far. The Bucks guard has shot 10-of-17 from beyond the arc through three games. Sunday’s performance was Green’s best, as he mixed in a few shots in the paint and his first five free-throw attempts of the season. He remains a player who should be called upon solely for three-pointers, but Green has earned a place in the starting lineup and consistent opportunities. He should be on the radar in deep leagues, even with the Bucks only playing three games during Week 2.

According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, AJ Green has agreed to a four-year, $45 million extension with the Milwaukee Bucks.
Green has found success in the NBA as a premier three-point shooter, though his long-range abilities haven’t translated to fantasy success. He can be a worthwhile streamer when given extra playing time, but he’s otherwise off the fantasy map outside of deeper formats.

AJ Green shot 5-of-5 from the field and 7-of-7 from the foul line in Thursday’s win over the Pistons, scoring 22 points with three rebounds, three assists and five three-pointers.
With Kyle Kuzma unavailable, Green was inserted into the starting lineup for Thursday’s game. He took full advantage of the opportunity, hitting all five of his three-point attempts and leading the Bucks with 22 points. Green has not been much of a fantasy asset in Milwaukee, but he’s worked hard to earn rotation minutes. While not a player who has to be selected in most drafts, there may be times when Green is worth a look as a streamer, especially where there’s a need for three-pointers.

AJ Green tallied 19 points (6-of-11 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, one assist, one block and six three-pointers in the Bucks’ Game 5 loss to the Pacers.
Green had another effective night from the three-point line. Green’s contributions from beyond the arc in Game 5 give him 18 three-pointers in the series, which account for all of his made field goals through the five games. The second-year guard out of Northern Iowa led the Bucks in scoring through the first two quarters and ended his sophomore campaign on a high note. He should remain an important piece for Milwaukee going forward but is not a player who has to be targeted in most fantasy drafts.

AJ Green (shoulder) is out for Sunday’s game against the Pistons.
Green’s sprained right shoulder will sideline him for Sunday’s regular season finale. Given how many Bucks rotation players are inactive for a game that will not impact playoff seeding, Andre Jackson Jr. will merit consideration in active deep leagues.

AJ Green provided a boost off the bench with 12 points (4-of-5 FGs, all 3PTs) and two rebounds against the 76ers on Thursday.
Following a two-game absence with a shoulder injury, Green was back playing his typical reserve role in Thursday’s win. He logged 19 minutes and had one of his stronger performances since the All-Star break. This was a well-rounded game from the Bucks as Green was one of seven players to score in double figures. Green’s floor spacing will be important for Milwaukee in the postseason, especially if Damian Lillard isn’t able to return.

AJ Green (shoulder) is available to play against the 76ers on Thursday.
Green will be back after a two-game absence, which means he should be back to playing a large role off the bench. Both Gary Trent Jr. and Kevin Porter Jr. will lose out on some minutes with Green back, though they will both hold value in deeper leagues.

AJ Green (shoulder) is questionable for Thursday’s game against the 76ers.
Green has missed Milwaukee’s last two games, freeing up additional minutes for Gary Trent Jr. and Kevin Porter Jr. Even if Green is available on Thursday, Trent and Porter are worth streaming in deep leagues since Milwaukee remains without Damian Lillard (calf).

AJ Green (shoulder) is questionable to play against the Suns on Tuesday.
With Green sidelined on Sunday, Kevin Porter Jr. and Gary Trent Jr. filled out the backup guard minutes. KPJ scored 28 points in 23 minutes, while GTJ added 10 points in 29 minutes in what was a rough shooting night for him. Both players will have streaming appeal if Green is sidelined.

AJ Green (shoulder) is out for Sunday’s game against the Hawks.
Green will sit out Sunday’s game with a sprained AC joint in his right shoulder. His absence means Gary Trent Jr. will be even more valuable to the Bucks offensively, as Damian Lillard (calf) is also out. Trent should be streamed in deep leagues.

AJ Green (shoulder) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Hawks.
Green is dealing with a right AC joint sprain, hence his inclusion on the Bucks’ injury report. His absence would leave the Bucks light on bench options, which is highly important with Damian Lillard (calf) out indefinitely. Gary Trent Jr. will have added value if Green is unavailable.

AJ Green shot 6-of-9 from the field in Wednesday’s win over the Mavericks, accounting for 18 points, two rebounds, two assists and six three-pointers in 31 minutes.
Green’s shot was falling on Wednesday, and his six three-pointers were one shy of his season and career highs. Since the All-Star break, the Bucks guard has averaged 9.1 points and 2.8 three-pointers per game. Green will undoubtedly get his opportunities to produce, especially with Andre Jackson Jr. no longer in the rotation. However, he’s unlikely to significantly impact fantasy basketball when the Bucks are whole (or close to it).
