Grimes hadn’t had more than 14 points in a game since January 7 against the Wizards, when he had 16 points. The 25-year-old shooting guard had a remarkable game on Sunday with the point, assist, and three-point totals all well exceeding his seasons averages. Grimes’ upside remains limited, though he has been seeing more minutes since Paul George was suspended.

Grimes missed Philadelphia’s last two games before the All-Star break. His return means fewer minutes for Justin Edwards, and MarJon Beauchamp (G League) is likely to be inactive.

Grimes was unable to play in Monday’s loss to the Trail Blazers, which led to more minutes for Justin Edwards. Also, MarJon Beauchamp played 20 minutes off the bench in his first game as a 76er. Neither he nor Edwards is worth the streaming risk if Grimes remains out.

Added to the injury report on Monday afternoon, Grimes will not be available to play in Portland. His absence frees up rotation minutes for the bench, with Trendon Watford potentially taking on more playmaking duties for the bench unit.

Grimes is a very late addition to the injury report and could leave plenty of minutes available off the bench. Justin Edwards should be in line for an extended role if Grimes ends up missing this game, though his upside for fantasy managers will be limited.

Grimes is back after a two-game absence, and the timing couldn’t be better for the 76ers. With Paul George beginning a 25-game suspension for violating the league’s anti-drug policy, there will be more minutes available to Grimes, even if he continues to come off the bench.

Grimes has missed the last two games for the 76ers, but he is expected to return this weekend. Justin Edwards has taken on extra minutes with Grimes unavailable, but he should see a smaller role with Grimes likely to play.

Thursday’s game will be the second that Gimes has missed due to a sprained right ankle. Justin Edwards played 24 minutes in Tuesday’s win over the Bucks, and he may take on a similar workload against the Kings. However, there is not much to gain from streaming the second-year wing.

Grimes was a late addition to the injury report and has now officially been ruled out against Milwaukee. Justin Edwards and Eric Gordon should be in line to take on extra minutes, though neither has enough upside to consider streaming in.

Grimes is a late addition to the injury report with a right ankle sprain, which doesn’t bode well for his availability. The severity of the injury is unknown, but it’s possible Philadelphia is taking a cautious approach on the second leg of a back-to-back set. Justin Edwards and Eric Gordon may see a few extra minutes if Grimes sits out, but neither are appealing fantasy streaming options.

Less than a year after he was dealt from Dallas to Philadelphia, Grimes hit five three-pointers on a night when the player he was traded for (Caleb Martin) played four minutes. When he’s on, Grimes can provide solid late-round value despite coming off the bench. Over the past two weeks, he has been a 12th-round player in eight-cat formats.

Grimes is back after a one-game absence. He’ll likely come off the bench and bolster a Sixers reserve unit that features several quality players. Grimes is averaging 15.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 4.4 assists per game, but has been limited to 11 total points over his last two appearances. He’ll have a chance to put up stronger numbers in Friday’s contest.

Grimes did not play in Tuesday’s loss to the Nets, resulting in more rotation minutes for fellow reserves Justin Edwards and Eric Gordon. While Edwards may remain in the rotation if Grimes plays, Gordon could fall out entirely.

Grimes was initially questionable, but he’ll end up as one of three 76ers to miss this game with an illness. With VJ Edgecombe also out, Jared McCain and Justin Edwards should both see a large bump in minutes.

Grimes has been a key reserve for the 76ers this season, and losing him would significantly impact the bench unit. There may be additional minutes available to someone like Eric Gordon, but there’s nothing to gain from streaming him.

With Tyrese Maxey (illness) unavailable, Grimes made his fifth start of the season on Friday. The rebounds and assists were encouraging, as was his recording a steal and a blocked shot. However, given Grimes’ shooting ability, fantasy managers likely hoped to get a bit more from him in the points category. If Maxey can’t play on Sunday in Atlanta, look for Grimes to remain in the starting lineup.

While the 76ers welcome back Embiid, they’ll be without Tyrese Maxey, as he is out with an illness. Grimes moves into the starting lineup, with the move also meaning that Edgecombe will have the ball in his hands more as a primary playmaker. Both players now boast higher fantasy ceilings.

Grimes had the hot hand on Friday and used it to finish as the Sixers’ leading scorer for the game. He was especially dialed in from deep, accounting for more than a third of Philadelphia’s 17 made three-pointers on the evening, while also making contributions on the glass and finishing as one of the Sixers’ most productive passers. Arguably, his only blemish was the five turnovers he committed, which were nearly half of Philly’s total. Still, Grimes was productive off the bench and continues to find ways to contribute.

Grimes missed Tuesday’s game with a calf injury, but will be back on the court on Thursday. With Joel Embiid (knees) also likely back on Thursday, there likely won’t be high usage for Grimes, but he should return to his normal allotment of minutes.

Grimes did not play in Tuesday’s win over the Wizards. His absence led to Justin Edwards picking up additional minutes off the bench and Eric Gordon entering the rotation. That may remain the case on Thursday if Grimes remains out, but only Edwards would be worth a look in deep leagues.

Grimes is unavailable due to a sore right calf. With the reserve guard having played 47 minutes in Sunday’s double-overtime loss to the Hawks, there will be a lot of minutes available. Justin Edwards’ playing time should receive a boost, but he has not been consistently productive enough to impact fantasy basketball.

Due to a sore right calf, Grimes is a late addition to the 76ers’ injury report for Tuesday. With Paul George (knee, back) questionable, this could be a spot where Grimes starts if he’s able to play. If both players sit, Justin Edwards and Jared McCain will have added importance, with the latter being the player worth streaming in 12-team leagues.

With VJ Edgecombe (calf) back after a three-game absence, Grimes returned to playing a reserve role. However, Grimes started the second half in place of Edgecombe and ended up having an excellent night. Edgecombe only played 20 minutes in his return, but that will likely change as he plays more games. Grimes enjoyed an excellent night and will continue to play the sixth man role, but nights like this won’t come often.

Grimes made his first start of the season on Sunday, filling the void left by the injured VJ Edgecombe. He wasn’t as impactful as he’s been in previous appearances this season, but Grimes remains a player who needs to be rostered in 14-team leagues. Managers in 12-team formats may hold off for a bit, especially with the 76ers playing only one of their three Week 6 games before Thanksgiving.

The 76ers remain without Joel Embiid, and Drummond will be the starting center until that changes. The other absentee is VJ Edgecombe, who is out with left calf tightness. He’s replaced in the lineup by Grimes, who was already playing well enough to be rostered in deep leagues. The move into the starting five makes him a worthwhile streamer in 12-team formats, and maybe some 10-teamers as well.

Despite Philadelphia not having Paul George or Kelly Oubre for Wednesday’s game, Grimes was still used in a reserve role. Justin Edwards (8/2/2/1 in 23 minutes) was the choice, but after a quiet first half, Grimes replaced him in the lineup to begin the third quarter. Even if George can play in Thursday’s game against the Bucks, Grimes has played well enough this season to merit being rostered in some 12-team leagues.

While he wasn’t in the starting lineup to begin Monday’s game, Grimes was effectively the 76ers’ “sixth starter.” Replacing Dominick Barlow in the lineup to start the third quarter, he played 36 minutes, with only Tyrese Maxey, Andre Drummond and VJ Edgecombe playing more. Rostered in 41 percent of Yahoo! leagues, Grimes will be worth holding onto for the foreseeable future. In addition to Paul George’s minutes restriction, the 76ers have to navigate Kelly Oubre Jr.'s (knee) absence. Grimes won’t lack opportunities, and he’s providing top-100 value in nine-cat formats.
